Is Biafra a legal entity like Britain? Where is the signed referendum that joined it to Nigeria in that name?

Crime / Re: I Was Scammed On Jiji.... JIJI is Filled With Scammers..please Help!!! by Nuezha(m): 9:21pm On Jun 18, 2016
chiamakaaa:
I've been scammed on jiji which is so sad as I haven't been scammed before. It happened like this

I was browsing on my phone and and ad of jiji just popped up, I opened it and I saw an iPhone 6 selling for 60k ,it was too good to be true but I called the seller whose name is Mis Chuks Rebecca on jiji and phone number is 08103003614 and it told him what I wanted he told me to send my address, the item I want and colour to him and he will send it to jiji to deliver it as he wasn't in Lagos. He later said that the iPhone 6 is 50k because of their black Friday sales. In about 5 minutes I got a message from jiji not a number telling me my booking Id is 448199sp and I will get a call from their agent who will process my booking.
In about 5 minutes someone called me with an uncoded number and said he is a jiji agent and told me my item, price and address,he voice was very deep and he wasn't so audible, I was scared initially,he said his name is mc Morgan and I would have to pay a booking of 5k,I told him I would not pay this until delivery he said they wouldnt deliver until I pay it as most customers keep them waiting and don't show up at the point of delivery.I transferred the 5k to the sellers account which was a big risk I took.
On my way back I called the seller who said he had gotten the alert and that he will contact jiji and my order will be coming soon.In about 20 minutes someone called me,he was speaking pidgin said he is the driver from jiji and that he is with my item"shey na only one item wey I get?" I said yes.In thirty minutes again I called him back,he said jiji hasn't told him to deliver my item that I should call them.
I called the so called agent whose number is 08100738293 and he said a customer sent people to rob their bus after collecting his delivered item and they were instructed not to collected cash at hand I have to pay the money to the sellers account which is Goodnews ventures, account no 4444978519, diamond bank...I told him about the no payment before delivery policy and he said because of the incident the rule has changed and that jiji was angry because of the huge sum lost,he also said other customers were complaining and said sorry for the inconvenience. I didn't want to pay the money,it was like GOd was talking to me but I didn't listen...my conscience kept on telling me not to but I saw cheap iPhone so I was happy.
I later called the seller argued that I will follow the driver and pay the money as soon as I get the item but he said it was jiji's policy not his and there was nothing he could do about it.told him there Is no diamond bank around my side,so he sent me a gtb account with account name adebayo vincent ,account no 0177754350 and I quickly rushed to pay in the money before the bank closes.. The agent said the seller is trusted and it isn't a scam because I told him I suspected they were scamming me...till that night seller kept saying he hasn't gotten the alert. The agent gave me another whatsapp no to. Send a pic of the teller to him,I sent it and then he said my item will be delivered.
The next morning the agent called me and told me that my item will be delivered before 12 and that my money will be refunded if I don't want the item.when it was 12 I kept on calling the agent, driver and seller. The agent and driver blocked my number while the so called seller doesn't pick my call again.
This happened about three days ago..and I even saw a someones post yesterday that he's been scammed with jiji by the same good news ventures.Jiji hasn't replied my emails,my tweets, they don't even have a customer care number. I've been telling them my experience with comments on instagram,, they didn't reply and now they've blocked me..
Please I need your help !!!....need my money back and I also need you to warn people about the risk of shopping on jiji..they have no customer service number, they don't reply their emails, tweets, when you complain on instagram, they block you!!!!......Jiji should be blocked and these scammers should go to jail!!!!...The screenshots shows another persons complain about being scammed on jiji.

Your money is not lost if you can make a case with the police. You have phone numbers, and BVN tagged bank accounts.

It will take time but they will be arrested. The police will flash the accounts, cancel their ATMs and play along in another booby scam.

This is one way out of many tactful methods the new improved Nigeria Police use.

I recently recovered 1.2M thru the help of NP, and only parted with 50k I willingly gave them to show appreciation, and the case is in court.

Please for the sake of others, let us report all criminal cases to the police.

Right now as I am writing there are about 12 opening of top managers positions on Jobberman. ask your self why did this people leave.?

You see dear friend, in the firm you don't own and you work with, you're like one of the four tyres of a car where the car is the firm: if it punctures, bursts, tears, wears, ages, bulges or warps, it will be replaced just to ensure that the car keeps moving.

Or for whatever reason the car owner decides to make his car look as good as new, he changes the tyres even if they still look good.

I am sorry that you found yourself in this position. I can never work in a Papa-mama-pikin limited again. I have learned from my experience; I registered a firm and my wife and children aren't shareholders or staff. Learn from your own experience and move on. Don't taken a pound of flesh.

dallyemmy:
OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: WEDNESDAY 1 JUNE 2016

THEME: THE LORD, MY HEALER

Memorise:

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Psalm 147:3

Read: Exodus 15:26

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

Message

The New Testament is full of accounts of people who were healed, just to convince us that healing is possible through Christ Jesus. There is so much virtue, glory and power in the name of Jesus. Everyone who had an encounter with that Name or with His person never remained the same, irrespective of the degree of their sicknesses. All things are possible through the name of Jesus (Mathew 19:26). Through the name of Jesus there is so much power to overcome all forms of sickness and infirmities.

"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow." Philippians 2:9-10

If only you will see that Jesus has paid the whole price for our redemption so that we might be free from all sicknesses, then you can boldly accept the fact that Jesus is the source of life. The Lord Jesus gave to us through salvation; life, health, peace and so much abundance. He Himself took all our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. He is always willing to do things to manifest His Word, and to let us know a measure of the mind of God towards us.

If you are in need of one miracle of healing or the other, or you have been afflicted with all manner of sicknesses, the Lord will show forth His perfect cleansing and healing power in your life. All you need is to have faith in Jesus. Peter and John were helpless and uneducated, but the fact remains that they had been with Jesus and they knew practically what His name was capable of doing. They told the man at the beautiful gate to stand up and walk and the man received his healing immediately. There is someone reading this devotional this morning, it doesn't matter how helpless or hopeless your medical report has indicated, the Lord will change your story in Jesus’ name. Through the name of Jesus, the incurable can be healed. Through His name, the lame will walk and the blind will see. Through His name, lepers have been miraculously cleansed. In this world of ours, where new diseases are always surfacing and doctors sometimes cannot identify them, you need to rely absolutely on the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. He is able to heal those who are broken hearted and destroy all satanic forces. Through faith in His name, deliverances become a daily occurrence.

“They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them: they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” Mark 16:18

By the special grace of God, Jesus Christ had become my personal physician since I came to the knowledge of this truth. This is why every time I have the opportunity to minister to people, I just follow the instructions of my faithful physician and allow Him to glorify Himself. I don't bother myself about how the healing will take place; I just do as He commands.

One major cause of sickness is sin. If you live a life that is pleasing to God, sickness will never find a place in your body. It doesn't matter how many people are falling sick around you, the promises of God to keep His children from being affected with what affects others is kept intact. If you are allowing sin into your life, then you are sending an invitation to sicknesses because sin and sicknesses are related. Repent today and follow the path of life. When we turn back to the Lord, our nations and immediate communities become healed and free from every satanic influence.

Prayer Point:

Father, destroy every root of sickness in my body, soul and spirit in Jesus’ name.

BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: 2 Chronicles 12-13 and Ecclesiastes 1:5-11

AUTHOR: PASTOR E. A. ADEBOYE

HYMN 6: WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS.

1. What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer!
O what peace we often forfeit,
O what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer.

2. Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.

3. Are we weak and heavy laden,
Cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Saviour, still our refuge;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In his arms he'll take and shield thee
Thou wilt find a solace there.

you're blessed.

Our bodies are God's temple for sure but for sure He need a Temple Mount. If u disagree, then what is the need for this New Temple in Rev. 21:21 ?

Dear friend, I do not mean to judge because I have no power under heaven to do so, but it is not out of place for me to open your eyes to this truth.

The vision of John the beloved in CHAPTER 21 is of a City not a temple. Having said that, please let's go down to the succeeding verses of the chapter you quoted for a better enlightenment.

Revelation 21:22-23
King James Version (KJV)

22. And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

23. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Remain blessed.
