Psquare performing but the sound quality is really poor.....wow

I dare say that it's only the performance by the south African girl then followed by lagbaja that the sound quality was good. Flavor is on now....he and the band are barely pulling through.

To save takes discipline. My cut off to savings arena is non negotiable. The only situation I'll touch is if the doctor told me I'm gonna die if i don't maybe do a procedure and that's the only place money will come from. I will say no to family friends and relatives if that's my last hope of meeting a need.
I came to this hard stance when i realised that if i crashed financially today I'm first of all on my own so i better have back up. I have a very good paying job, i own part of a successful company, Im also going through the motions of getting a start up fully owned by me to sustain itself and widen the margins. All is to create a good balance and diversity in savings, investment and consumption ratios.
Every acquisition for status comes last. The day a colleague mistakenly saw the balance in my savings portfolio he didn't show up for work next day. He confessed he cried at home all day determined to know how i did it. Today he is diligently putting away 40% of whatever income he makes. His blood pressure has also come in check.
Mind you I'm no bribe taking, kickback collecting dude. Just your guy next door.

The bank can not be held liable for what they have not taken procession of. The twist is that there is what is called occupiers liability. If i fell and broke my arm within the bank premises due to a wet floor i can sue and get compensated if the bank did not make diligent effort to inform me of the possible hazard....just like they warned that my vehicle is parked at my risk within their compound.

@scratcbro .......with awareness comes the availability of choices which may translate to money.....no one will even talk to you if they are not aware you exist and can offer the service.

You will notice they are long and the font is always small....as far as I'm concerned they don't want you to read but to accept. However it is the most important stuff. As much as possible i get my lawyer to read and point out the risks therein. A colleague is currently trying to get a refund for a payment she had made.....after going through the terms and conditions i told her to forget the 100k. They referred her to the back of the invoice for terms and conditions and a refund was stated as a no no. Last bullet always read.....your life may depend on it.

I passed through mm2 and the old terminal thrice within the last 5 days and this was my experience......must this unwanted welcome party as you step out of arrival hall be there....taxi bla bla. Can't there be a desk that just assigns taxis to whoever wishes to take one....then the stench at the car park near the fcmb atm area...i held my nose as i used the machine. Wow......who said its wrong to affirm. With all the wrong things flying around our kids won't fair badly if they have a store of the right things in Their system...more so they are bringing to being and shaping their destiny.

I have my me time in my study where I read, work, think, plan, meditate and do my affirmations. They also know that when I'm in my study things got to be quiet so they don't really see me do my affirmations and visualisations.

In traning up my kids I try to pick up a few things my parents did rightly, I believe, and add some I've picked elsewhere. I've come to appreciate the importance of affirmations and I want my kids to have it as a norm especially with the barrage of negative stuff flying all around.

You have to understand the mentality most civil servants have. Though not all. Most actually feel they've done enough by simply showing up. On the other hand they see first hand how the directors and permsecs are padding contracts and collecting various bribes from contractors and service providers and when you show up asking for service and they can't shake you down being rude becomes second nature. No crime bothering on corruption in the public space succeeds without the active participation of civil servants. They have perfected the art.
