. . . .if these were the only two credible candidates in 2015? |
It is possible to clone a human but you cannot clone a spirit or soul. I think these oyibo people have tried cloning a human and they produced a monster - that is a human without a conscience, feelings, etc. Likewise, when they cloned the sheep they had all sorts of problems - the sheep just aged at an accelerated rate and had all sorts of imperfections such as arthritus etc. Human cloning is mad - man should not play God. Here's more sh.i.t the white man gets up to in the name of science: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvZThr3POlQ |
. . . . another new argument for the arguers. Ngwa. . . . . Argue, |
manny4life: This is what "cutting corners" gets Dana Airlines. The Insurance Carrier should launch an investigation, should they find serious negligence and deficit on their part, they should not pay. In addition, I hope Dana Air understand that this ICAO Compensation does not exempt them from both criminal and civil lawsuits. Hopefully, by the time they're left hanging, they'll go bankrupt and shut down. What a rash statement. Has the cause of the crash been established? Would pilot error remove liability from DANA AIR management? If the insurance company were to launch an investigation, do you think they would be biased in their findings in order to get out of making a payment? What crime would be Airline be charged with if and by what authority? Can a civil and criminal case be brought simultaneously? |
Relatives - Is the money divided amongst all the relatives of the deceased? Because if so I'm related to at least 6 people on that flight? What is my estimated cut?
Who amongst the relatives are entitled to claim? Parents? Cousins? Husbands? Wifes? Sibblings? Uncles? Aunts? Nieces? Nephews? Grandparents? Wahala awaits . . . The compensation/money issue will tear families apart - Thats typical of Naija! |
. . . . .and the money is coming from where?
Insurance company - Dana may have to pay a small amount equivalent to the excess on the policy. |
The Airline doesn't pay that - the insurance company does. Part of the ticket fare goes towards paying the premiums. Lets hope its not a Nigerian insurance company. And as already stated - what about the victims on the ground, in the buildings etc? Also, say 3/4 members of the same family lost their lives - I guess they pay 3/4 times $100,000? |
So they cut you open then stitch you back up for N700,000? Nice work if you can get it. Indians are the most immoral people on this earth - they are even more immoral than Nigerians! Most of the doctors have fake certificates they buy in the market in India. Even in the west they are frequently exposed as 'quacks', frauds and killers. What we have here is a sympton of capitalism - maximise profits no matter what - even if it means somebody dies! Thats what modern day doctors and pharmacists tend to do - maximise profits and forget about ethics! But the bottom line is this - Does Nigeria have anything like a medical council or watchdog that oversee's and reviews hospital practise? What does our Minister of Health actually do? If you have access to 'army / police' thugs you should just storm the hospital and take a few of them away - thats the only way they will listen to your greivance. A similar thing happened to me some years back involving 'Koreans' and an expensive 'gen' that wasn't performing as advertised. They thought they could mess with me in my own country - it wasn't until their premises were stormed by people in uniforms that they started showing the utmost respect and the matter was settled promptly. |
Biafra4tharmy: people like you should think before talking. Nigeria wil be better when we recognize and listen to Prophet TB joshua. You never know what u got until u loss itYeah - Your right, Nigeria would be better if we listen to TB - Lol So whats going to happen this week? No vague prediction with an unknown date please. |
That hanky looks very starched still - no sign of tears. |
Because we are very tribal 'Place of birth' wont work. An 'Hausa' man born in Lagos wouldn't want to be associated with lagos - he would rather refer to his state of origin. In fact, most people in Nigeria would want the same - especially those born in undesirable places. |
Nairaland does not claim to be a news agency - its posters are the main contributors and a good proportion of them are imbeciles. |
That wont work - state of origin indicates which states debts you are liable for. So if your from Kano, living in Lagos your actually liable for Kano states debts. Its how they raise bonds in the bond market - its based on the number of recorded births from that state. The more births registered - the more the state can borrow - as its the states citizens who are liable. You can reside in 10 states at once - but can only come from one. |
Poverty is the cause - so again back to our leaders who have not helped alleviate poverty. And everybody knows Nigerians are immoral animals - forget that 99.9% of us attend churches and mosques. We are conditioned to be immoral savages who would stop at nothing for ill gotten gains. |
TB Joshua - the prophet of doom! TB - what are your predictions for the upcoming week so I can plan my movements? |

ARIK AIR - BEWARE!! |
They are unlawful and you have the right to not consent. Its a 'Human Right' to go about your business without being molested or abused - if this is no longer the case then let all men go grab the nearest woman and start feeling her up under the guise that you are fighting terrorism! There is no law that requires you to be subject to such treatment - and as for these silly acts politicians and lawmakers come up with - do not consent to them! |
. . . was a gun held to his head? Why did he not refuse to fly the plane? The pilot is culpable here - The Pilot is solely to blame for all the lives lost. Stupid man, |
