CultureRe: What Do U Think About The Illuminati, Freemasonry E.t.c; Do They Even Exist? by nyameke: 10:23pm On Sep 20, 2012
arcmichael: It does not matter how well prepared we are- the end has already been decided. Just like a mathematical probability founded in mere thesis but yet to become an established reality...
So helpless are the efforts of man in a bid to prevent what can not be prevented- just like holding back a sneeze; sooner or a later, thrilling air is sensationally let out via the nostrils.
So pathetic to watch people become slaves to their own choices whilst subconsciously fulfilling a divine will far greater than theirs!
Deny it all you want but we are all headed just like a raging liquid towards the tiny end of a funnel like tunnel with the end at the very end. Scary huh? Well one shouldn't be because it marks the beginning of the end of an intriguing era... Once again we'll never know until like liquids, we hit the base of the empty bottle called life be it here as mortals or there, in eternity!
who decided that end the illuminatis? and what end are you talking about. cus last i checked no one has decided my end. i make my own end.
magic my friend has no use of mind. it is plain illusion and trickery. this is the difference between (Pagan) religion and magic
ok im not talking about "magic" for entertainment purposes or trickery. Magick or real magic is what im talking about, and yes it is all mental work.

chrsistiaity/islam dont have spirituality and christianity is just man worship.
what spirituality are you talking about? and how is christianity just man worship?

your last point is interesting and again partially accurate. have you noticed how i refer to Gods as spiritual forces. the re parallel entities to material beings. to compare a God with that of a human, (like for example, musims/xtians say God created man in his image) is WRONG!
1.there is nothing wrong with referring to gods as spiritual forces because that's what we all are. we are all spiritual beings/forces having a human experience and thus we are all gods.
2.understand that every human being is an individuated aspect of the ONE GOD.but your second statement tells me that you don't really know who you are. I will let you explain why you think it is wrong to compare God with a human though before we move on.

but wat you said above has so far no scientific explanation. The Gods are different transcedental SPiritual FOrces that govern the Universe. (Pagan) Religion exists to try to influence these Spiritual forces (in the form of appeasment/rituals, etc.). unlike the christian God, you cannot love a Pagan God. you only revere, respect and try to have your lives influenced accordingly by The Gods. we have many Gods, because different Gods/ Forces govern different spheres of nature/life/being itself.
1.The "gods" are not different from you at all like you think and they do not govern anything. like i said some of the so called gods of pagan religion are actually not spiritual beings at all. eg there is nothing like god of the sun, of harvest, of thunder, of death etc.
2. what are these spiritual forces that you keep talking about because we might be talking about different things.
3.why would anyone want to have their life influenced by the gods? Even God does not influence anyone but gives you the power to choose him or reject him as aa created volitional creature. so why let another created creature like you influence you? let me tell you why you are here bro. you as a free will spiritual being manifested in human form is here to live your life the way you deem fit and experience this physical focus and then disengage when you're ready. people and other spiritual beings have power over you and thus influence you based on the power that you give them.

your very definition of God is wrong. Our Gods are not the same as christian Gods. Our Gods are connected to use and the material & siritual world is inseparable
1.I don't remember defining God in my post? btw there is nothing like christian gods. There is only One true God period.
2.explain the bolded.
CultureRe: Why are more Afro Caribbean's afraid of water? by nyameke: 5:55pm On Sep 20, 2012
And fyi i know plenty of continental africans who cant and some dont want to learn how to swim lol.

Its all about the individual.
Exactly.. Most people do not know how to swim period.. jamaicans just have a higher percentage that's all tongue
CultureRe: Why are more Afro Caribbean's afraid of water? by nyameke: 5:43pm On Sep 20, 2012
ezeagu: You can be the one to prove that majority of Africans are afraid of water. As for me, I've never heard of Africans on coastal regions not being able to swim, along with that many people in Nigeria for example take baths, wash, and fish in rivers, lakes, and streams.
what's the total population of Africans who live in coastal areas? And out of those who live in coastal areas, what percentage actually knows how to swim. Because I know living in coastal areas alone does not give one an affinity or inherent knowledge of swimming..

Cmon son your contention albeit interesting is flawed and you know it.. Majority of the population in the world don't know how to swim period. The inhumane treatment of Caribbeans during slavery has nothing to do with their disdain and knack for going days without dipping in or touching water grin grin
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Rain Makers by nyameke: 2:10pm On Sep 20, 2012
can you please explain the above bolded? infact your explanation is very accurate. it is what Pagan religions are about. on how to concentrate on a particular Spiritual Force and influence it. That is why we have so many Gods/Spirits.
I didn't see this earlier but what I meant in simple terms was that rain making (a form of psychokinesis)like all real magic phenomenon involves nothing but the use of the MIND.. The rituals and ceremonies are nothing but props and actually unnecessary...

Btw not just pagan religions but all religious( christianity, Hinduism, Islam etc ) so called magical phenomena all involves use of the mind/spiritual to influence other spiritual forces.. The secret ingredient to all magical deeds are focus/ concentration and the most important factor FAITH.

Let me also add that most of the so called Gods of pagan religions are most times not gods at all but higher energies/ frequencies or spiritual forces in a fourth dimensional world
CultureRe: Why are more Afro Caribbean's afraid of water? by nyameke: 12:37pm On Sep 20, 2012
ezeagu: The majority of Africans aren't afraid of water. This is actually a problem in the United States and Caribbean:

how did you know majority of Africans aren't afraid of water. Any idea or statistics how you came about that?
CultureRe: Africans Agree Somalis, And Ethiopians Best Looking Africans. by nyameke: 2:18am On Sep 18, 2012
Somalians and ethiopians best looking in Africa? You must be high on cemetery dust.. Any African who thinks Somalians are best looking must have never seen an average somalian or they have an inferiority complex to light skin people .. Are you kidding me
CultureRe: Why are more Afro Caribbean's afraid of water? by nyameke: 9:58pm On Sep 17, 2012
Ok so then what do you link to with the majority of Africans afraid of water?. Is it also due to colonialism? Or What do you also link the majority of caucasians also afraid of water to? Perhaps due to Roman colonization?

Why do people always find ways to connect and link the unlinkable.
CultureRe: Do You Believe In Rain Makers by nyameke: 9:07pm On Sep 17, 2012
It's really not " magical " if you understand the science and process behind rain making..it is all mental work and seeks to manipulate the environment and shift reality using mental power... You don't have to be a voodoo priest or pastor to be able to do these things..

prince3009: @Poster, your post is really inspiring and has made me realize the mistakes i made as a man and never to repeat them again. I ended my relationship about a week ago when I discovered my fiancée was cheating. I was guilty of #1 and partly #8 points in your posts simply because I wanted to make her happy and feel comfortable in the relationship like I promised her on the first day we met. Little did I know that I was being manipulated by this lady.
I made a firm decision never to love foolishly again (that is if I would ever fall in love) cos now I know that Love is only a fantasy that is conjured up by an over-zealous mind yearning for acceptance from another person waiting to exploit the situation.
My good friend decryptor who is an ardent member of Nairaland was able to help me discover that I had been wasting my time giving out love for nothing only be taken as a big fool by this same girl.
Though it still hurts me but not as much as it did as at the time we found out her escapades with other men, I was grateful that I did not discover it late enough because this was a lady i intended taking to the altar by February next year. At times when I look back, I wonder what I did wrong to be hurt and deceived by someone I loved and trusted so selflessly. I made sure she never lacked anything and called her daily just to keep my mind off other women
Right now, the mere thought of settling down scares me like hell because I marvel at the way she made it look like she was so faithful to me until my instincts and sub consciousness made me feel otherwise. Well, no need to bore you all about it… the whole story as decrytor put it is here for you to read. https://www.nairaland.com/1038650/she-cheating-harmless-chat

I just wonder if good, Godly and marriageable ladies still exist. I still wonder, but I’m through with the quest of trying to find out and i wish other men who are in it the best of a "non-existent" luck.
sorry about your ordeal and I hope it doesn't repeat itself.. The honest truth is you brought all of it on yourself and its a good thing that you've realized what you did wrong..

I will say this though if its true love you looking for then you shouldn't give up because of your experiences with this babe. That's silly ..Man up and be a " real man" and you won't go through this again.. Because A stable woman will never cheat on a real man that she is attracted to and loves.( the women in the house can confirm this )...

You can't let your past determine your future or who you become if its not what you want.. let your present determine your future. Only fools live in the past.. The past is gone and would never come back. learn from it and move on..don't start treating women bad or give up on your search for love because of one woman..

Develop your Alpha qualities and everything will be fine..
I chase her for almost 3 years but in the end,i bought her a blackberry torch barely a month after it was launched for her birthday and she fell for it. . . .fuuuuuuuck anybody that says money cant buy a woman.Everybody has price, all you need is to get the price right.
lol see stu.pidity. you Chase a woman for three years and she finally gives in after you buy her a blackberry and you're actually happy? What other things did you buy her within those three years..

Btw she only gave you sex and not her love. I will say she did out of pity for all the trouble she put you through for three years and being nice to her on her birthday..

No one should be happy for getting a woman or sex because of money spent.. You're basically telling yourself you're not good enough for..

Socratez20: Nice 1 @poster, love gurus and experts on nairaland, pls what does a guy a guy do when he asks a girl out and she says 'yes' do d persn stares at her, kiss, hug her...what does he do?
its all about attraction bro.. if she gets attracted the moment you guys met you all can do whatever you want to do. Kiss, hug, etc..

If you have not done enough to attract her to you yet you would come off as creepy and desperate and might be the last time you will ever see her. If you're unlucky you might even get a hot slap for that..

Btw most women don't have a problem with "hugs".. you can use hugging a woman most times to send a message that you're not intimidated by her. Just don't go around trinna kiss a woman who is not attracted to you yet..

Just act normal, be yourself and take her out and if she likes you, you will have her.. just don't try to impress her to get into her pants because that will get you nowhere..btw I will say about 99 percent of women know the moment they meet you if there is the likelihood that they would sleep with you or not so the impressing thing that guys do is absolutely unnecessary ..
Thanks for the lessons in differentiating between an alpha and beta male. It is not a crime not to know a few things but trying to bring down others while correcting them is at best, pathetic.

By the way bro, I am sure you go the message I was trying to pass across and that is the issue. I will appreciate it if you could make your rebuttal to my opinion instead of concentrating on mistakes on definition. I believe that my inability to differentiate between the two does not mean I do not have the right to air opinion.
I don't think I disrespected your personality per se but I apologize if you feel otherwise..

I usually do that's why I barely contribute or comment on threads. Some of the ignorance displayed on nairaland can be appalling sometimes and you can't help but say something
