Religion / Re: Are You Afraid Of Death by nyameke: 12:34am On Jul 19, 2012 |
There is nothing to fear about physical death. Physical death is an illusion because we are all spirits having a human experience. Spirits do not " die". When its time to move on your spirit disengage from your physical body and moves on to other realms until judgement What you should be afraid of though is spiritual death after judgement because that death is eternal |

MacDaddy01:they both suffer same effect And that means therefore that the brain is same as mind? Dude I put it to you absolutely that they are not the same. Your mind is the real you and your brain which is part of your body is only your physical " vehicle ".. Btw can you explain to me why a person whose brain is flatlining on an EEG can be able to describe in vivid detail what had been happening in the operating theatre after he was clinically dead? Also tell me if its the same mind/ brain in operation when a person’s brain is unconscious or clinically dead and the person has vivid memories of an out of body experience or a near death experience.. |

MacDaddy01:lol this dude here.. what is your I can walk over that bump without my vehicle got to do with the analogy again? Pay attention my friend. My response was to show you how foolish your alcohol test analogy was as tied to your no brain no mind rhetoric. You can't tell me just because your brain and mind feels the effect of alcohol it proves your no brain no mind theory. That's just utter nonsense and unintelligent. |
Religion / Re: An Atheist That Is Afraid Of The Dark!! by nyameke: 9:50pm On Jul 18, 2012 |
Abyjah:Thanks for the compliment .. No they both are the same thing bro. Mind needs substance to exist as. Spirit is the essence of consciousness and the substance of Mind. Spirit is mind, because spirit is intelligent. Both words are synonymous as I said earlier .. Mind and Spirit are one and the same. We all exist as spirit and we all exist as mind. We are spirits/mind having a human experience that's it. Btw before I go any further with you I want you to tell me in your view what the spiritual realm and mental realms as you alluded to are . I think you are trapped by the partial viewpoint of what the mind is.. |
Religion / Re: An Atheist That Is Afraid Of The Dark!! by nyameke: 9:26pm On Jul 18, 2012 |
MacDaddy01:man you ignorant man. What is your analogy got to do with the brain and mind being separate? Let's say your mind is you and your brain is your vehicle. Are you telling me that if you were driving and your vehicle goes over a bump on the street, you and the vehicle won't fill the effect of the bump at the same time? And if you do your conclusion would be " no vehicle ", no you"? What? My friend go back and think again |

Religion / Re: An Atheist That Is Afraid Of The Dark!! by nyameke: 8:07pm On Jul 18, 2012 |
MacDaddy01:your mind is your spirit my friend. Son we only differentiate between the mind and spirit with the word..the word pierces into the dividing asunder between soul and spirit, bone and marrow. We use language to separate inseparable things in order to describe them. The soul is made of spirit and the bone is made of marrow. The mind is spirit and the bone is marrow. 2. Your mind and brain are two different things and not the same. physical brain is not the mind. The physical brain dies when the physical body dies, but the mind survives physical death. Your physical brain is more like a receiver that's it.. |

MacDaddy01:Not trying to jump into you and buzugee argument but you have to know that a phobia is of the mind and all things are of the mind.. Mind is spirit and spirit is mind. They are all one and the same..So in essence one can say a phobia is spiritual/mind.. And thus your phobia is spiritual. Ain't got nothing to do with religion though |

MacDaddy01:That's why I said you might not have realized it.. but I still stand by what I said though..you are just being in denial .. I might be able to help you here though so let's talk.. let's throw religion, atheism bla bla inclinations and beliefs out for now.. What makes you really afraid of the dark. What feelings and thoughts comes to your mind when you're in a dark place. Mine used to be sensing a presence around me and I used to hate that. |
Religion / Re: An Atheist That Is Afraid Of The Dark!! by nyameke: 12:39am On Jul 18, 2012 |
Btw your post is very revealing. You might not realise it but it seems like even though you have consciously used reason and logic erroneously I might add to become an atheist your heart/subconcious mind still somehow acknowledges the spiritual.. Because all the catholic bla bla reasons you gave are nothing but excuses son.. |
Religion / Re: An Atheist That Is Afraid Of The Dark!! by nyameke: 12:20am On Jul 18, 2012 |
Your situation is quite common actually.. I used to also have fear of the dark but those days are behind me now.. It's all in your head son..Our life and realities are run by our subconcious mind and the truth is that even though you have consciously decided not to believe in spirits, ghost stories, the boogeman and other weird stories that you've been told since you was a kid, You have somehow failed to convince your subconcious mind to dissolve those beliefs.. You wont get rid of your phobia even if you repeat to yourself a millions times " I'm not afraid of the dark", if you can't convince your heart or subconcious mind of it.. |
Religion / Re: If Satan Goes To God For Forgiveness Do U Think God Wil Forgive Him? by nyameke: 11:14pm On Jul 17, 2012 |
Good question but that would be impossible because Satan just like all fallen angels cannot be saved. Why because 1. Jesus died as a human with a common soul base of the entire human race from the Adam. Angels were created individually 2. Angels possess greater knowledge and awareness and exists in non linear time. Their decisions based on an act of will is therefore not influenced by time like us humans.. Once they make a choice it will last till the end of time. Therefore you can bet that they do not anyhow make choices, they make choices based on the full awareness needed to make it out on their freewill. Their choices are definite and transcends time and space.. That is why Salvation is not necessary to be made available to Satan and fallen angels anyway because they would never accept it even until the end of time. They already made their choice to disregard the Most high.. And because their decisions transcends time even if they manifest in this realm and become humans like us and live in linear time they would still not believe in God or the salvation story. To them they are their own god and answers to none other but themselves.. |

tobechi20: Women have made men go against their wish.Another stupid and ignorant post.. With that kind of thinking you should rather BEware OF YOURSELF. Women are not the problem you are.. Only a weak and unintelligent mind will think that. Stop shifting blame and start taking responsibility for your actions might help you in life.. Responsibility is power son. did Eve force Adam to eat the fruit? Adam had a choice and he made the wrong choice so why blame the woman.. |

Delafruita: there's no disputing the fact that nigerians love, cherish, adore God.the christians however, are in a class of their own.its no secret that most christians resign themselves to faith and believe "all things work together to them that love god and are called according to its purpose".they also believe "in everything, give thanks unto the lord".this attitude accounts for why christians believe they have no business in politics and believe their "pastors" dont need to criticize the leaders.even the ones that choose to be active like tunde bakare meet condemnation from christians.. Your title I must say is very misleading ,senseless and stupid.. First of all your arguments do not support your title..All the examples and instances you gave are because the people all involved are IGNORANTS including you or you wouldnt come up with that title.. God will never and ever in a million eons be the problem of nigerians or anyone.. The only problem and disease Is IGNORANCE my friend. |

Religion / Re: Is Jesus A Prophet For His People Or Messiah For The World? by nyameke: 2:57pm On Jul 08, 2012 |
buzugee: let me give a good analogy of the story of the canaanite woman.lol funny analogy but true.. That whole passage was about faith.. Jesus said he came for the lost sheep. In other words those lost and without faith in the Lord.. A child is innocent and helpless and obviously can't fend for himself. A dog is a natural hunter and can fend for himself. So why would any sane person give a child's food to the dog? .. Jesus is basically telling the woman that what she seeks she already has. Faith is what brought her to jesus so that her daughter would be healed. If she didn't believe that by seeking the help of jesus her daughter would be healed she wouldn't have left her ailing daughter and sought the help of jesus. Now that's faith. That's why her response was fascinating and humbling at the same time..The woman response was that DOGS do eat the crumbs at the masters table sometimes. The master here is jesus. She is basically saying that when your faith is not up to that task you have to seek the help of one with more faith and who better else than the master himself thealpha and omega and king of kings.. And thus the Lord replied woman you have great faith and as such your request have been granted .. Everything in this universe is based on faith or belief. Jesus said that if you have faith and do not doubt and tell a mountain to move to the sea it will.. One thing ignorant Christians have to realise is that jesus didn't only come to teach us about salvation but a whole lot of other things and this passage was one example.. With faith you can heal yourself and others and do the "impossible" and people will term it miraculous .. |
Religion / Re: Is Jesus A Prophet For His People Or Messiah For The World? by nyameke: 1:20pm On Jul 08, 2012 |
gbadexy: There are some verses from the Bible which gave the suggestion that Jesus may have been a prophet to the jews like the prophets before him rather than messiah for the world.I don't see the problem and fascination with These verses. It is a non issue really and much ado about nothing if you truly understand what metaphors mean. there is nothing complicated about those verses.. There are numerous examples in the bible where jesus used metaphors to convey messages. Only those that could HEAR understood him.. Jesus didn't disrespect or insult the woman or anyone..Going by your argument one could also say Jesus disrespected the Israelites because he referred to them as a" sheep".. Now Anyone who has spent time with a Sheep know that they are one of the most stupidest animal alive. No? But you and I know he wasn't referring to the Israelites as stupid.. The keywords that explains the whole passage are " lost sheep" and " faith".. |

buzugee: oh we are all over the world. we got scattered all over. some ran into india ( called the land of elam in biblical days ), some ran into europe ( and ruled europe in the dark ages ), some had already left before they finally got kicked out of northeast africa ( israel ) by the romans, they went to the americas and became the olmecs. however the majority of them ran into west africa. so west africa is the stronghold of hebrew israelites all over the world. this is the 'wilderness' described in the book of revelation 12 vs 14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. the woman is israel, the dragon is the roman empire and the wilderness is interior africa ( west and south africa ).lol I agree with everything you just said except your quote and its connectedness to the topic but you and I will het into that another time.. |

Well you didn't have to post those videos because I'm 99.9 if not 100 % certain that the Israelites are or were blacks just like the Egyptians.. Then again it might help those who are not aware.. |
Religion / Re: Great Nairaland Bible Teachers How Do You Interpret These 2 Verses by nyameke: 2:13am On Jun 30, 2012 |
buzugee: yeah the ancient egyptians were hamitic. the ancient egyptians are modern day somalians. they were displaced from that land by the ishmaelites (arabs) and greeks and romans .ok your last sentence on other parts of Africa settled it so we good ... You had said the blacks in America are part of the real jews and since most if not all the slaves came from west Africa as you rightly pointed out, I thought you was alluding to west Africans and the slaves offshoot being the ONLY Israelites.. Because I knew they were scattered out all over the " world" |

And since we are on that topic let me also add the Egyptians to that list.. And based on your previous statement are you insinuating that west Africans are the forgotten Israelites? |

There is a one or two explanations for the revelations verse you quoted and you and I have gone back and forth with on another thread a while back so I will leave that alone.. Now I have really not thought about your second quote but I will give my perspective on it based on how I understand certain things.." Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their unclothedness!" Literally it means what it says but I think there is a deeper meaning to this verse when you break it down to its essence. Why? Well the secret to the real meaning of that quote would lie in the word "unclothedness" The first meaning people would associate with that word is nudeness or having no clothing on, but.t naked etc .. But that word could also mean a lot of things..If I tell you buzugee my most innermost fears, dreams and my most guarded secrets, now that's true unclothedness because I have laid bare and open up my soul to you..It makes one vulnerable and powerless. Now imagine you using deceptive means to get to rhat part of me (barest part of my soul) without me willingly telling you my most guarded secrets and fears.. That's foul play So the essence of that quote is woe onto those who uses act of deceptions to get to that unclothedness of others.. Let me also add that literally it doesn't make sense to get your neighbor drunk just so you can gaze at their naked body. That would be an act of gayism provided your neighbor happens to be another man.. And if it was a warning to gayism I believe the scriptures would have been more specific and used the word "man" instead of "neighbor " , because your neighbor could be a male or female.. To conclude I guess those who would go with the literal meaning would have their reasons but I choose to go with it essence. Let see what others have to say |

Goshen360:bullshit the fallen ones described as giants does not mean " fallen ones" = giants lol. The bible gave the clues as to what the sons of God meant in that same passage by giving two different words sons of God and " daughters of men" but people refuse to open their eyes . And I'm not even going to bother about your feeble explanation to jesus conception lol |
Religion / Re: Bible Teachers,Let's Prove "Nephilim" Myth In Gen.6:1-4: Are They Fallen Angels? by nyameke: 6:31pm On Jun 21, 2012 |
Dude sons of God in that passage meant angels.. and yes in the scheme of things we are all sons of God so Adam being called the sons of God is not the point here.. You have still not answered my question. Can you tell me how the conception of jesus came about.. Are also telling me based on pictures that you posted when a fallen human mates with daughters of men they would produce giant like humans because they are fallen? Wow the mind of certain people |
Religion / Re: Bible Teachers,Let's Prove "Nephilim" Myth In Gen.6:1-4: Are They Fallen Angels? by nyameke: 5:49pm On Jun 21, 2012 |
“You are mistaken, not understanding the Scriptures, or the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven” (Matthew 22:29-30). I see Frosbel and others quoting this bible passage.. People are told that here our Lord jesus said that angels are sexless, but is this really true? Jesus compared men in heaven to angels in heaven. Neither men nor angels are said to be sexless in heaven but we are told that in heaven there will be no marriage.. I don't see where no marriage should mean sexless.. And also your rants about been impossible for spirit beings to mate with humans, I have one question for you.. Can you in your wisdom tell me how the conception of Jesus came about? I'm waiting. You need to open your mind and reason man and stop spewing all the nonsense you have been fed by your pastors . 1 Like |
