zeb04: There is every possiblity she is not even intrested.

undecided I can imagine those guys deleting my number.....I don't even know if they are alive or not orishirishi.

When a lady is intrested, she wil let you know. Simple as that
it's not as simple as that. "she will let you know" is not the same as "she will tell you."

JesDivine: Not even if I was not so fly would I waste my time caring about what you think or say. I have real headaches to handle, adding social network headache to it is just sheer stupidity on my part. So if you want someone to throw your teen age tantrums with, check the next door.
lol. Such a pained response to my single sentence. Too much information girl.

I didn't ask if you have a headache or if you think you are _stupid. Only wanted you to put your picture where your mouth is, or else keep shut. Now that you have chosen the latter, it's all good.

fnep2smooth: i just remember when i was jobless, my whatsapp contact was filled with many girls i have been toasting for ages. Some times when i send them Hi, the only respond i will get is hey, And that will be all for the week and the trend will continue like that till i will give up but my mind keeps telling me not to delete their number.
So few months later i got a job at a construction company. The day i started working and my boss showed me my office ( nice place ) i sat down on the rolling chair for sometimes until something came into my mind ( take a pix ) and i did ( Just one pix ). I upload it on whatsapp and facebook and from that day my whatsapp never rest. The first message i got was " have you got a job " and i Said Yeah, told them the company name and the next question was " is that your office " and i said yes.
Bro, from that day am the boss. So my humble advise is. Pls get a job, be the boss and you will never lack ladies in your life.
My humble advise
Really humble of you to assume that op is jobless, and advertise yourself as an improvement from the op's status to the ultimate ladies man.

Little problem is, your epistle didn't even slightly answer the op's question. He didn't ask for tips on getting girls. Read the topic again and answer without using too much I's. It's unhealthy.

JesDivine: Op, re you the person on your profile? If yes, then I think I know why she's always giving you the 'am busy' excuse. #NoOffence
where's your own picture, miss 'I'm-so-fly-I-look-down-on-birds'? undecided

It's normal. But don't rejoice yet, maturity isn't always the reason. The reason isn't always a healthy self - esteem either (you opened this thread to receive validation or even praise, from the public, remember). At times, the reason could even be self-defeatism.

That said, the reason for yours, I think, is you have not learnt to look beyond the superficial. To you, looking 'fly' is the real basis for attraction. But your subconscious yearns for something different, something better, and that's why you get disappointed.

When you meet someone with qualities you subconsciously want, you'd play the chasing game, and wonder what has come over you.

Nairaland General › Re: Lack of exposure and Illiteracy which is worse off? by Oahray: 9:59am On Jul 16, 2014
Funny comments here. Lack of exposure isn't black and white. No one totally lacks exposure by the way, unless he's locked away in a dungeon since birth.

Anyone who reads books or is into the social media or uses the internet pretty well, cannot lack exposure. He can only lack social skills. Unless a person is mentally lazy, literacy exposes one same way as personal experience... In fact, it helps us better 'experience other people's experience' in a way illiterates cannot.

Now, illiteracy...

jossi994: you got me with that.. Interesting piece of info. True.
One book i feel a strong emotional attachment to is 'Purple Hibiscus' by Chimamanda Adichie.
I find it hard to explain but i can relate with Kambili's every emotion and observation. Especially the part where she falls in love with the missionary priest.. I felt a little tug in my heart, felt like i'd lost someone very dear to me.. reason? Dunno, except for the fact that i had dreams of becoming a priest until certain factors came to play.
Am i sounding weird here?
its called catharsis. Nothing weird there.
Christianity Etc › Re: My Demon Experience During Sleep by Oahray: 8:37pm On Jul 14, 2014
It's sleep paralysis. Nothing supernatural about it. You are very superstitious and fear the unknown alot, that's why you seemed to experience all that. It's your mind.

It's normal to be horrified when we experience sleep paralysis (unless we become enlightened about it), but the extent of horror depends on our minds.
