England ladies now crying, after accusing Cameroon girls of being too emotional. . Karma is wonderful. |
We take risk every day if are unlucky and die in the process it could be argued that our death was avoidable, do you get my point? dingbang: |
When you eventually die by the same logic it could be argued u killed yourself. You life involves taking series of calculated risks Which we all take daily. dingbang: |
8 years as Vice President and you never thought to develop Nigeria to become like this Dubai that you so admire. What a shame. |
Who Pinnick that is above the laws o Nigeria? The one FIFA commands that must head NFF SMH |
The same Ndume who had been caught on 2 occasion sheltering Boko haram commanders in his home, now shedding tears IDP victims of Boko haram. smh. |
Can I make a comparative analysis of Ojukwu and Nnamdi Kanu? I then want us to reflect is seeking Biafra should be a priority for us at this time. |
You are right. This case has long been quietly dropped and apparently forgotten.Today same Obasanjo is going upandan accusing president Buhari planning killings of southerners using Fulani herdsmen. OsunAmazon: |
But what do you know of Nnamdi Kanu? is it because he woke up one day in 2014 and start shouting Biafra, that we must support him? |
If she molested you molest her back na! ![]() |
Just ignore Yyeske , this thread is for Igbos only objectively reflect on validity of IPOB agitation to Biafra, with confusion , distraction distortion of a analysis that would result from tribal e-wars that invariably occurs. |
Any ideas? oalandAgents2: |
Yyeske, If you are not Igbo please stop commenting. Note the title of this thread. |
A friend staying alone in her village compound having returned from township, is worried some villagers my attempt to poison her. What types of poison could be used? What method could they try? What precautions could she take? |
How can NK ask for referendum Which a democratic instrument of a democratic system he has shunned? Who take him seriously? banom: |
What blood.? More blood is being in the North So called "Herdsmen" killings are not tribalistic politically sponsored by corrupt politicians in my opinion. superlightning: |
So we can see the clear and urgent reason Biafra was declared in 1967 Question is there a clear and urgent reason to be today agitating for Biafra as Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB are doing? Ojukwu despite having 100% was never gunho about Biafra, never made any type of hate speech |
White People collecting ECOWAS awards Yet we can't even get into their country without almost impossible to obtain visas. When can we get strong and true African leaders? |
If she sexed him , and he cannot forget and move on, he should have returned the favour and sexed before she became engaged na! ![]() |
How can I become a pastor? |
Please when I was 9 or 10 years old and saw pornagraphic magazine with naked women, I began fantasising about sex with women, so I find it really difficult to relate with those males who experienced this as a child and call it abuse. As a 15 year old I had one close friend who was grown woman worker in a company a worked briefly one summer and nothing ever happened ; even today see that as missed opportunity. Please these males who consider they have been abuser enlighten me about how the experience it has negatively impacted you. I genuinely would like to understand. |
It is my belief that majority of Igbos if a referendum was to be conducted tomorrow will probably vote to leave Nigeria. But is it really Nigeria that is holding us back? Are we more impoverished by other tribal groups? Some says Nnamdi Kanu is agitating for freedom, but who asked him. Our eternal supreme leader and father, Ojukwu told us to work hard and succeed in Federal Nigeria. Ojukwu even supported and had a good personal relationship with our current president PMB and supported his 2003 presidential campaign with an Igbo VP candidate. Is Nnamdi a genuine Igbo nationalist and leader that Igbos should follow? Just let us leave emotions and sentiments aside and objectively reflect on these issues. |
I have to respectfully ask non-Igbos to leave the thread so that we Igbos can objective look at the validity of IPOB's agitation for Biafra without the distortion of tribal rivalry. I have read the points made from UK Igbos and non-Igbo in the to-and-fro to justify the 1966 & 1967 massacres of Igbos or otherwise. Let just make the point that in any conflict no party is entirely blameless. But apportionment of blame is not the purpose of this thread. The write up about Ojukwu's Biafra was done simply to show the country extraordinary situation on the ground, that led to decision by Igbos to break away from Nigeria. |
So Igbos all just abandoned their properties in Lagos and Western Nigeria because they wanted to gift them to the natives? There is no embellishments here it is a matter of historical record go and do research. oyatz: |

Referendum from democratic system he chose not to participate in, why would he now expect the federal government to take him seriously? Furthermore please correct me if I am wrong, but I cannot recall IPOB or Nnamdi ever seeking to get a mandate from the Igbo people to agitate for Biafra on our behalf, or is by force that Igbos must become Biafra? Federal government knows all this , in short they cannot take him seriously and him himself cannot be serious. superlightning: |
Did I say I have finished? kanubiafra: |
Thanks skyman200: |
Please my Igbo family why is Nnamdi Kanu's IPOB agitating for freedom? Is he not free? Somebody else mentioned IPOB is seeking a referendum, but did not state who he is seeking that referendum from. Is it possible to achieve referendum whilst remaining outside of the politics of the country and existing democratic structures? |
It is irrelevant, the point that needed to be made was that Igbos were being massacred, this thread is simply trying to highlight the situation on ground that made the Igbos take the decision to unilaterally declare the independent Republic of Biafra. I cannot even answer the question even if I wanted to because as a victim, I can only second guess or speculate on the motives of the perpetrators of the massacres which would likely vary from one region to another. The main thing to understand that there is no justifiable reason ever of massacre of innocent men women and children. Unik3030: |
There's never any justifiable reason for taking innocent lives or massacring people. The only point you need to note was massacres were taking place and were on-going. Afospecialk: |
