They take biometric info for all visa applications even for transit visa. (I know this for certain).

But what I don’t know is if that will matter since his biometric info has not been collected before by Spain or UK (or was it?). If he comes back to Nigeria and make a fresh application to UK without mentioning Spain, I don’t know if UK will bother trying to find out all the countries he has visited that he has not mentioned in his application form.

I guess you are asking about the passport photograph. Like the poster said go to the website: www.travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1318.html, for all the information you need.

I think there is an adage that says 'Once beaten twice shy' if you have been scammed before, I expect you to learn from it. Nobody can give you genuine visa outside the embassy, so if you must travel at all cost then get all the America embassy visa requirements yourself and stop patronizing scammers.

And while you are at it, please give serious thought to what Dubino said. Believe me it's nothing but the whole truth.

When a crime has been established, there is very little the embassies can do, except to plead. The statistics should rather be a warning to many other Nigerians who are breaking or planning to break immigration rules to watch so that they don’t add up to the figures

i was in jamaica on vacation early this year you should go to negril to do the zip line and the ski lift. Also there is this hot in mo bay called grand lido braco they have a nude beach there if you ever wanted to see one. One last thing there is this strip club called shades it's a must on tuesday and thursdays. Drink lots of red stripe.
