A four-stroke engine (also known as four cycle) is an internal combustion (IC) engine in which the piston completes four separate strokes while turning a crankshaft. A stroke refers to the full travel of the piston along the cylinder, in either direction.

The four separate strokes are termed

Intake stroke: intake valve opens and the piston moves down allowing the fuel-air mix to enter the open space.

Compression stroke: the piston moves upwards. This compresses the fuel-air mix by forcing it into a smaller space. Compression makes the fuel-air mix explode with greater force.

Power cycle: spark from a spark plug ignites the fuel-air mix. The explosion forces the piston down the cylinder.

Exhaust cycle: the exhaust valve opens and the piston moves back to the top of the cylinder which forces the exhaust fumes out.

The bottom of each piston is attached to the crankshaft.

As the pistons are forced up and down they rotate the crankshaft, which after sending the power through the transmission, turns wheels.

Most cars have at least four cylinders. More powerful cars have more. For example a V6 has six cylinders and a V8 has eight.

Despite the fact that most telcos in Nigeria are now offering various bands of 4G networks,the prices of data/data caps and connections are still nothing to write home about.
To me, they are not responding to the consumer demands,rather they are taking their customers for granted,at least when it comes to data networks.
Some would say it depends on the area which to me is not an excuse.
But still,I might be wrong.
Who do you think is offering the best services among the Telcos in terms of the following and state your reason/s?

1-Data connection availability and reliability-i.e is the connection there when and where we want it?

2-Network Download/Upload Speed-i.e Making and keeping a connection is one thing,but the actual speed of the connection is another entirely.

3-Performance relative to Cost-more data less price

The typical radial tire consists of eight main parts.

1-Inner liner:
An airtight layer of synthetic rubber (the modern equivalent of an inner tube)

2-Carcass Ply:
The layer above the inner liner, consisting of thin textile fiber cords (or cables) bonded into the rubber. These cables largely determine the strength of the tire and help it resist pressure. Standard tires contain about 1,400 cords, each one of which can resist a force of 33lb.

3-Lower bead area:
This is where the rubber tire grips the metal rim. The power from the engine and braking effort is transmitted from the rim of the tire to the contact area with the road's surface.

4-Beads:
They clamp firmly against the tire’s rim to ensure an airtight fit and keep the tire properly seated on the rim. Each wire can take a load of up to 3, 968 lbs without risk of breaking. There are eight of them on your car - two per tire. That’s a massive 31,746 lbs of resistance strength. An average car weighs about 3,307 lbs.

5-Sidewall:
It protects the side of the tire from impact with curbs and the road. Important details about the tire are written on the sidewall, such as tire size and speed rating.

6- Crown plies (or belts):
It largely determines the strength of the tire. It's made up of very fine, resistant steel cords bonded into the rubber. This means the tire can resist the strains of turning, and doesn't expand due to the rotation of the tire. It's also flexible enough to absorb deformations caused by bumps, potholes and other obstacles in the road.

7-Cap ply (or "zero degree" belt):
This important safety layer reduces friction heating and helps maintain the shape of the tire when driving fast. To prevent centrifugal stretching of the tire, reinforced nylon based cords are embedded in a layer of rubber and placed around the circumference of the tire.

8- Tread:
It provides traction and turning grip for the tire and is designed to resist wear, abrasion and heat.

THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Blend

Up to 30 different kinds of rubber, fillers and other ingredients are used in your tyre’s rubber. The ingredients are mixed in giant blenders to create a black, gummy compound that will be sent on for milling.

Mill

The cooled rubber is cut into strips that will form the basic structure of the tyre itself. At the milling stage, other elements of the tyre are prepared, some of which are then coated in another type of rubber.

Build

It’s now time to make the tyre – from the inside out. The textile elements, steel belts, beads, ply, tread, and other components are placed in a tyre-building machine. The result is a ‘green tyre’ – a tyre that is beginning to look finished.


Cure

The green tyre is then vulcanised with hot moulds in a curing machine, compressing all of the parts of the tyre together and giving the tyre its final shape, including its tread pattern and manufacturer’s sidewall markings.

Inspect

Trained inspectors using special machinery will now carefully check each tyre for the slightest blemish or imperfection before it can be shipped for sale. In addition to that, a selection of tyres are pulled from the line for x-raying to check for potential internal weaknesses or failures. Our quality control engineers also randomly select tyres off the line and cut them open to ensure they meet Dunlop standards.

It is the objective of every Muslim in this world to somehow do all the good deeds possible that ensure going into Paradise. A Muslim knows that the life of this world is transient and the eternal life is in the hereafter, that is why his or her objective is to get an eternal life that is in Paradise and not vice versa.

The lines below try to give ten most common ways by which one can ensure entering into Paradise God Willingly.

Faith And Good Deeds

In Quran, Allah Almighty says:

“But those who have faith and work righteousness, they are the Companions of the Garden: Therein shall they abide forever.” (2:82)

From this ayah of Quran the way to entering heaven is pretty much clear. In order to enter the Paradise where life will be eternal, a Muslim has to firstly have faith in Allah Almighty and all His powers

Seeking Knowledge

This might seem a little odd, but it is a fact that seeking knowledge also leads to heaven. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in one of His hadiths in this regard in the following way:

“He whosoever takes a path that leads to knowledge, Allah, the Almighty will pave his way to Jannah.” (Muslim)

Going To The Mosque

Another simple way that can play a pivotal role in a Muslim going to Jannah is going to mosque. The mosque is a place of worship and it is a place where Muslims gather and submit to Allah collectively. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in a hadith:

“Whosoever goes to the Masjid and returns back from it, purely for the sake of Allah, Allah the Almighty will prepare an abode in Jannah for every time he goes and comes back.” (Muslim)

Ayatul-Qursi Recitation

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in a hadith:

“He whosoever recites the verse (2:255) after every obligatory prayer will not be forbidden to enter Jannah…” (Nasai)

Being Good To Parents

Parents are perhaps the most respected of people to a person in this world. They are the ones who bring the child to this world, feed him or her, take care of the child and then spend their lives in upbringing the child in the best manner. In Islam also, the importance of both father and mother is as high as it could get for a human being. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said in a hadith:

“A father’s pleasure is Allah’s pleasure, a father’s displeasure is Allah’s displeasure.” (Tirmidhi)

Furthermore at another place He said:

“Paradise lies at the feet of your mother.” (Nasai)

Help An Orphan

The importance and significance of parents can only be realized and understood by those who do not have parents. The kind of life such people live, the ones with parents can hardly imagine, let alone try living it. In order to keep the Muslims motivated towards supporting the orphans, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

“Myself, and the person who sponsors and orphan will be in Jannah like this (and he pointed to his index and middle fingers).” (Bukhari)

Lenient With People

In a hadith, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

“Allah the Almighty let a man enter Jannah because that man was easy when buying, easy when selling to others, easy when he passed a judgment and easy when he sought judgment.” (Bukhari)

Patience

Patience is one of the key preaching of Islam. The one thing that the world and its dwellers need at present is patience. If they are patient then half the problems of this world will be solved. Moreover, the importance and significance of patience rises even more when one is in tragedy. For such people Allah says in a Hadith Qudsi:

“A believing slave servant of Mine will get his reward from Me upon the death of his beloved one, but such a person must show patience and perseverance for the fate of Allah Almighty, and if he does so, his reward will be Jannah.” (Ahmad)

Integrity

Prophet (PBUH) said in a hadith:

“Guarantee me six things and I shall assure you of Paradise: (a) when you speak, speak the truth, (b) keep your promise (c) discharge your trust (d) guard your chastity (e) lower your gaze and (f) withhold your hands from highhandedness.” (Baihaqi)

Quran

Above all, Quran recitation and Quran reading is perhaps one of the most effective ways of entering Jannah. With Quran recitation a Muslim gets reward against every alphabet recited which consequently results in an increase in the good deeds which come in handy when pursuing Jannah

Conclusion:

In a nutshell, the aforementioned are a few of the many ways of entering Jannah. There are numerous other ways as well, all of which are based around the premise that a Muslim has true intentions of entering Jannah and sticks to the path of righteousness.

Video assistant referees will be used at next year's World Cup in Russia, FIFA president Gianni Infantino has confirmed.

Infantino had first talked about introducing video assistants at a meeting of the International Football Association Board in March.

Speaking at a congress of the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) in Santiago, Chile, he said: "At the 2018 World Cup we will have video referees, because so far the results are very positive.

"It should that not happen that, in 2017, almost everyone in the stadium or at home will see in seconds if the referee made a mistake, and the only one who can not see is the referee,'' added Infantino in quotes reported by Brazilian newspaper O Globo.

The Club World Cup, staged in Japan in December and won by Real Madrid, was the first tournament where video assistants were used where they were able to help referees with decisions on goals, penalties, red cards and cases of mistaken identity.

Infantino had already said in March he wanted video refereeing for the next World Cup but problems such as slow decision-making by video assistants needed to be sorted out first.
