MrMcJay:That is a lie, Are you saying Hospital Outreach, Motherless Babies outreaches, School outreach, Prison Outreaches e.t.c done by Churches are not Charity? |
FOLYKAZE:State can only collect PAYEE and most Churches (Pastors and Worker) pay their PAYEE to the state government. For Limited Liability companies owned by churches, they pay corporate tax to FIRS. But donation and offering giving to Churches are classified as Charity., they wont be taxed. |
LOL, BMC crew should come and save LionDeLeo ![]() But Aragbe no try at all. Osun debt profile is put at N179 billion by the NBS. That small state..... |
AZeD1:1. Who imports diesel and Kerosene 2. How did the NNPC arrive at the figure 171 3. If PMS is subsidized, is Kerosene subsidized? 4. If the FG /NNPC is not paying money, what are they paying to bring fuel into the country and at what cost 5. Can we see the profit and loss statement of the NNPC? ![]() Note: the NNPC is not supposed to pay any money to Marketers since marketers don't import fuel. |
hegelian:Some of them dont even know what they are talking about. They just repeat lies told them by the spin doctors. |
AZeD1:Have you ever registered a company before? Just asking. You cannot sue a company without the signatories . |
AZeD1:At times you need to keep quiet about issue beyond you.
|
AZeD1:NNPC is not the only agency making money. FIRS and Customs bring in Trillions every year. Note: Every spending by the NNPC must be approved by the FG, including Joint venture agreements. |
https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/231610-budget-osinbajo-responds-to-senate-ultimatum-directs-nnpc-others-to-comply.html The acting president, Yemi Osinbajo, has issued an executive order outlining the timeline and procedure for government offices to submit their yearly budgets, less than two days after the Senate demanded offices comply with the relevant fiscal law within two weeks. The Senate had on Wednesday asked Mr. Osinbajo to ensure the submission of the budgets of 31 government establishments, including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the Nigerian Ports Authority. Section 21 of the Fiscal Responsibility Act demands that proposed revenue and expenditure of the mostly 31 revenue-generating and state-owned companies be submitted to their supervisory ministers not later than end of August of each financial year. Lawmakers have for years accused powerful agencies like the state oil firm, NNPC, of non-compliance. The Senate said the executive had breached the law “year in year out”, and issued a two-week ultimatum for compliance. |
AZeD1:Is the FIRS no longer revenue generating agencies? By logic if revenue generating agencies don't get allocations. Why is the FIRS getting budget allocations. Why is President Buhari including NNPC in the Yearly Budget Proposal? |
kaystick86:Don't mind those liars |
AZeD1:LOL, You mean FIRS and Customs dont get allocations? http://www.pulse.ng/news/local/buhari-president-sends-2016-budgets-of-nan-nnpc-36-others-to-nass-id5282978.html https://www.businessdayonline.com/senate-passes-n152bn-2017-budget-firs/ |
AZeD1:Have ever heard of parastatals. CBN, NNPC, INEC might be independent, but they are still government agencies and not private entities. All their revenues goes to the Feds through the TSA, they get yearly allocation from the government. So if NNPC is paying subsidy it means the FG is paying subsidy. |
AZeD1:Mr Know all, Every agencies are supposed to remit all their revenue to the TSA. |
“And don’t forget that the way that the NNPC trades is that, in many cases, NNPC is actually giving fuel; there is 445,000 barrels of fuel. “So really what you are seeing, in many cases, is more or less an exchange for PMS. So at the moment NNPC is paying the cost.” So how did they arrive at N171, if they are exchange in Fuel for PMS. |

tsdarkside:You forgot South Africa is part of BRICS. May South Africa is located in the Middle of nowhere |
tsdarkside:Where did you get the information from? Don't tell me you are using the schools of few people to justify the rest. Few Nigerians are suffering in SA the same way they are suffering all-over the continent. Nigeria is one of SA biggest trading partners, close down all SA companies on Nigerian and see the diplomatic reactions from thier President. |
tsdarkside:I have everything against that. West Africa is economically better with Southern Africa than the North. Do you Know how peaceful and prosperous Nigeria will be, if we are not in the same country with the North. Northern Africa got no economic advantages to the ECOWAS. |
tsdarkside:You are very funny. Do you really know what Regional power means in International relations? Allowing Morocco into the Ecowas region, is slowly merging West Africa with North Africa. Taking into consideration that West Africa in relatively peaceful compared to Northern Africa. |
