Hi everyone,

I worked with this company for over 3 years. The company kept deducting pension and taxes every month without remitting. I have left the company for close to a year now and still no remittance.

Please is there any body I can report this to directly? Or I have to approach a court?

It’s annoying because mine ran into a million and this company is doing this to all the staff.

Please I need advice on how to approach the matter.

It's just like the life of a Judge , there are some judges your lawyer can help you meet Nicodemusly and help cook a favourable judgement for you in a case but there are some , even your lawyer will tell you " hmmn , Oga if na that judge , forget am o , he no de collect bribe , we no fit influence am ".

I understand this is Nigeria where people are crazy about connections. People think that because you're from their village, you're supposed to give them a free pass. They won't go through the normal process, and when you refuse, they start to hate you and spread rumours about you.

It is happening to me at the place I work. It's becoming too much because I won't budge. Sometimes I feel like crying. How do I get around this? Why won't people just do things the right way I've never expected anything from anyone because they are from my village or because I know them.

How will 46 members win votes against 63? They are clearly in the minority and they can’t do shit. The Senate president has the final say on all matters and he can even rule that the minority has it against the majority in extreme circumstances. The threat of defection is just a media strategy to get juicy committees and nothing else.

I like your reply. He was meant for another post, but Asiwaju saw him fit for Security issues than the other that was set for him since before Primary Election. Tinubu has all his list of loyalist, people are just lobbying in noise, if u can't be resourceful you won't get anything. He(Asiwaju) has promised himself a free run in 2nd term without a match, so he'll appoint those that'll work well so that re-election back into the office won't be a stress.
