My brother, as long as he sat for that paper, they cannot accuse him of forgery, that's not a forged result, period. Even on my own WAEC certificate there was a typo error there, I went to my secondary school and they discovered my name was accurately written and the fault came from WAEC, till date it is yet to be rectified.

APC is just desperate because of 2023 presidential elections. You cannot accuse someone of forgery just because of an error on a certificate. It's going to be overturned eventually.

I don't really know what advice to give you though. But...

You just have to bear in mind that IETLS is a lot easier than WAEC. There are no trick questions, they just went to see how good you are at using English in everyday situations.

I didn't go for any tutorials, rather, I downloaded Baron's IETLS. You can download in from Google FOC. It should contain the audio and PDF.

Read the tips on the first few pages and practise the exercise and you should be good to go.

If you have a good grade (2.1 minimum) and your bachelor's was in the science field aka STEM, I strongly recommend you aim at the US. Use that money to assiduously prepare for the GRE and TOEFL so that you get a fully funded position. Depending on your overall profile, you might get one and you won't need to spend 6 million However, your likely entry will be in June/July/August 2024 as you apply for next year's Fall season ahead on resumption in 2024.

P.S. The program must be fully funded. That is, you get paid to study, you won't pay a dime. So, it is the reason you are meant to write the GRE (hit 330) and attain a good TOEFL score to stand a chance.
