Being an African young lady sometimes we do not have choice, because of what our society says. Plus, nobody is perfect! Sometimes, u find ur type, but some reason it does not work out.

Are they still active in movies? I miss decent Christian naija movies.

Names that sound simple and cool, also they have to have good meaning. I have a lot a names, but people sometimes have something to say about them. My english name is so old school, and I am tired of close Yoruba friend calling me by that name. Also, my Yoruba name is too damn common! So there are many things to think about when naming your child. I am going to give my kids many names too!

Balkan u r an ediot. First of all there are some parts in yorubaland, that if a Yoruba woman marries an Igbo man, they think she can't get husband.

One of my freinds is in the states she is 26, but she has bad past relationships. She is planning to be a single parent, plus she does not want to go to Nigeria and bring anyone here. Although, all the akata guys in her area are useless. Should she search a little more for mister right before she makes that decision?

I don't think it is too young to get married, after all that is an adult. Infact, many young ladies ranging that age are not married, because guys their age group, are not ready to get married. These ladies, especially in our culture get blamed.

Your pastor is married and that is a big sin! You need to pray about this and probably find another church. Also, u need to pray to God, to find u a God-Fearing single man. Now that u are seperated with kids, u know it is not easy, so please stay away from ur pastor.

This thread is kind of funny to me, because how many whites can act African things. I have seen white people and foreigners in the African films but not too many. The post that said Yoruba films only put Yorubas that one na big lie!

These are just a list of few non-Yoruba who been in more than one film.

Even many of our everyday actors and actresses are not from Yoruba origin. For example, Rachel Oniga, Doris Simeon, Mercy Aigbe, Ricardo Agbor, etc.

Now I prefer Yoruba ones, to the English films. Most of the Nollywood stars don't act anymore and too many parts for one simple story.

There are many things wrong with a married man living with his parents. Already, many women have problems with their in-laws, who do not live with them, talk less being under the same roof.

In my opinion yes, to a certain degree! If the person is old enough to be ur daddy, grandpa, then yuck! Although if the person, is really rich and looks young for their age, nobody 30 yrs and above though! Also, I do not want someone younger than me.

Well pray hard and finish ur studies kai kai! Although, I don't know de situation in Naija O! Naija young men here like someone who is educated, they do not want liability that much! (These men are not all that themself)!

Close friends with the opposite sex, might most likely lead to something. If they are not close, then their might not be anything in mind. For married people I do not agree on friends with the opposite sex. Also, it causes troubles sometimes, because people might think u are dating the person.
