Is this a joke?

Nigeria will win Ivory Coast and go on to the final against Ghana but the SE won't lift the trophy.

The first Nations Cup I can remember watching was Senegal '92. Then I began to pick interest and watched Tunisia '94. I can remember the then Head of State, Late General Sani Abacha speaking with the players and coach via phone.

Of course, I remember Atlanta '96. I did not watch South Africa '96. My interest for football continued to increase up till 2002 and after that, I stopped watching football. I was consciously avoiding watching football matches but I was also trying to build myself to the point that if my favorite loses a football match, I would not be affected in a negative way. After all, isn't football a form of entertainment? Thank God that today, I watch matches as a neutral.

More often than not, I look at the technical aspect of football. I examine the tactics involved in a football match and what could be done to ensure victory by both teams playing a match. I may prefer a side to the other for some reasons but I'm not a die-hard fan. After all, I don't stand to gain much apart from the enhancement it gives to the brain and the pleasure of being entertained. But I stand to lose much if I allow it trouble me like others do, especially when entertainment turns to embarrassment. (Hope I didn't derail)

You just came out of a relationship and you want to enter into another. Why not give yourself a break? It's not what about people will say about you. It's about the reality of life. Why not try and look back at your past relationship and take some lessons from it. Are there things you did wrong? Are there things you did right? Were you in the right/wrong relationship? These and others that you know better are things you need to sit down and examine in the light of your future and destiny. Forget about what people will say because they will always talk whether you're doing the right or wrong. Please face the reality and not your emotions because they could be deceptive. God bless you.

Mr Keshi, it's not the fault of the fans. Your boys haven't performed up to expectation. However, SE will win CIV but won't return with the trophy. They'll be beaten by Ghana in the final.

When I first saw this thread, I thought the free visa would be for everybody but while reading through, my thoughts were 'so it's for them (the high and mighty in WA) only; these people are selfish.' After reading I felt 'well, those guys won't grant his request. Not with all that they know about us.'

But 100 000,000,000 Zimbwabean dollars for just 3 eggs is way too high. The currency is highly devalued. Personally, I don't see Nigeria in the next few years. For me, I think Nigeria will go all the way to the final against Ghana but will not win the AFCON.

For me, I think Nigeria will win Ivory Coast in the quarter-finals, win Mali in the semis but will lose to Ghana in the final. Ghana will win the AFCON.

I just hope this news doesn't start up another round of name-calling and insults...
