laykorn: Why, sir? Making a critique on a writer's work, on the same thread will ensure the writer tries to avoid making mistakes that will lead to that. In addition, creating another thread for criticism or for comments have been tried before and it didnt go down well. It also makes my job easier. |
Literature › Re: The Nairaland Literature Board And The Change It Needs by Obinnau(mod): 5:24am On Apr 30, 2015 |
laykorn: I think this attitude for some of the readers is caused by some of the writers' attitude towards criticism.
Based on this, D9ty7, I have a suggestion. I want to suggest that all criticism - whether constructive or not that should be made on any writer's work not be made on the same thread with the work. I'm saying this because I don't believe that anyone of those writers who feel bad about being criticised really hate for their mistakes to be corrected, but it could be humiliating - or something close to it for their mistakes to be pointed out on the same pulpit where they are being called the bomb by their fans.
Please understand, D9ty7, that I'm not trying to justify their acts - or even their feelings, but I'm just trying to contribute my quota to the success of this.
Goddluck brother. No I disagree with this. |
