my brother when I said the card is offline it means it already has a storage device that enables it store data. It mean every registered voter data is already loaded into each card refer , but the reason why they limit it to a particular unit is cause of time .if it's allowed to search for all the data of nija people it will take days . So it's limited to unit to make is faster that's why it takes like 2 seconds to read the data . So if the card is been cloned then it means they will have to input the data in all the card readers again cause they don't know which unit they will take those cards to lol. Peace election rigging is limited by 80percent

do you know what those encryption codes can do. With a badass IT team of hackers and programmers, cards can be created and inec database hacked. And fake polling units created and etc etc. Its not just about the card reader ok. Cloning is real.

@obioraval, dont forget TUM. It is an awesome school. Try and get your certificate, if you cant, call the program coordinator at TUM and explain everything. If you sent a certified copy of your transcript, also let he/her know then i think you have to promise to make it ready before the beginning of your 2nd year in school. Its not a big deal but you have to first of all try to get the certificate. I think they can make a concession for you. Dont forget: call the program coordinator or send them a mail explaining d situation.

Thanks Bro. I really appreciate your help. Sure, applying to 2 other schools. 2 courses in TUHH and 3courses in TU darmstadt. Below is an excerpt of the mail they sent me. I will begin processing my Certificate based on this.

I used Statement/Notification of result in applying. My certificate isn't ready yet. The course actually Matched my Bsc course.

Did you apply for Bsc or Masters degree. If it is Bsc course most German uni dont accept WAEC for undergraduate studies.

AK has been helpful and he has contributed immensely to this thread no doubt but truth be told, he is over doing it these days, making peeps lazy and all that.
Questions peeps ask lately on this thread are just pathetic. You want to go for masters and you can't use your discretion on little issues makes me wonder how some peeps graduated from school. E.g. AK's write up in the last pages of part1 of this thread dealt with alot of issues including how 3rd class graduates and grad with less than 3.0cgpa can gain admission in Germany and he has made reference to that write in this part2 yet, peeps keep asking the same questions. The most annoying part is that esdajo still gave a clue using himself as an example and peeps are still asking to give lists of school that will accept 3rd class and the school that gave him admission. It is just pathetic.
Please don't get me wrong, am not saying peeps should not ask for help/question but let us try and do some little research on our part. You just can't keep asking questions like list of schools to apply to, that offers this, that accepts this, if you can photocopy your certified documents etc. Like seriously?

Well, here is the deal, They may accept a reference letter from a doctor too. The term "University professor" in Germany does not necessarily mean a "full professor" here in Naija. For some, they have a form for their reference letters while for some, they can either accept one from an employer and one from the school or either while for some, a reference letter is not compulsory. Whichever way, make sure you look at each school's requirement with detailed scrutiny to see what they require.
That's the best way I understand and can answer your question.

True about the professor ish. So far the person is a lecturer, u are good to go. Make sure u use school letter headed paper and the person stamps and signs. He/She could also put email for easy access.

You could meet different professors. Or let them use a To whom it may Concern. And b4 they sign, u make 5 copies. Then they sign and stamp

Photocopy data page of ur international passport. Go with completed application form for each school and attach necessary documents. Goodluck
