Sequel to my earlier thread (link below), on how I embarked on the the serious business of semen retention. And how I am not sure on how to handle the situation because of my girlfriend wanting to spend the weekend with me.

In the thread, I noted that my baby girl hasn't really gotten the gist about me intentionally avoiding any physical meeting with her in my crib. And also, wouldn't know how best to contain the situation is she becomes insistent.

I guess she's finally seeing the handwriting on the wall. And it's been many days since we last had any form of coitus. Me, I intend going celibate for long. If not longest. But getting her to understand wants to come up as a burden for me.

Trust me, I love me some good pvssies. But then, some weeks ago, I came across a séx spiritual thread here on Nairaland and decided to give it a big shot.

I was quite curious about the whole semen retention activity. Positive comments on the thread made it more interesting. People were busy affirming how good and necessary it is. Hence, I decided to investigate more.

I watched countless YouTube vids, internet articles, asked questions. I even urged the OP to make a similar thread (he also talked about making affirmations). From what I gathered, a lot of successful and wealthy individuals that includes; Nikola Tesla, Steve Jobs, Mohammed Ali, Gates etcetera were all semen retention proponents. The practiced it wella.

I also read some original writeups and excerpts from some of these individuals, and I guess, my curiosity was fulfilled to the brim. I decided to give it a first hand trial myself.

It has been 12 days since I hadn't had sex. And the results have been amazing. I confess that first of all, my productivity level doubled. My cognitive thinking was a lot brighter (my codes and designs are living proves). I sometimes, randomly get happy goosebumps.

Now, that's not all, there's a big politician who I've been courting and looking forward to winning the contract of handling his 2023 image identity and campaign design/output materials. Camry 2012. If you're in Abuja you can also be using it for Uber or Bolt during the weekend.

15 minutes is enough to trek up to 1 kilometer for a grown man. Let's say you trek 15 minutes, 5 times to different jobs in a day, that's 5 x 1km = 5 kms.

Trekking 5 kms everyday, well, that one don de pass exercise oh!
