So, previous mentioned 10 days after arrival no longer matter. The mail was clear enough and addressed all what you need BRP for (work, house, etc) can be done presenting the mail.
He can check back again anytime. my bro still hasn't received mail till this day. He went today again to the post office shown on his 'decision letter', and they said his BRP is not yet ready |

After generating the quote you will receive an email with a unique reference from WU, account number, swift Code, Bank name etc. Print it out as you will use this details and form when filling your Form A at the bank. Oh, so all this Form A gist na Western Union option sef.. lmao.. i don loss |

My bro has been in UK since 19th Oct, and he still hasn't gotten his BRP. He has not even received any mail message from the post office that will notify him of the BRP delay... Is this normal pls? They have never met me. However, they took the risk to stand as a guarantor for a three-bedroom flat. It's been God all the way. Please feel free to ask me a question of gratitude to this forum in my own little way. very heartwarming... I wish to study at Scotland too. jayanne123: Hello room. I got a conditional offer at RGU this week, and I had to notify the RGU admission office by email that I request a deferral. But I still haven't accepted the conditional offer. Is it a good decision to defer an admission offer without accepting the conditional offer yet? Pls I need your advise
Please when did you apply to RGU? I did something similar around the same October period. I had earlier sent a deferral letter to RGU admission office. But I later got an advise from someone to accept the conditional offer, and so I later accepted the RGU conditional offer and answered the two questions (on the mail) b4 the admission office approved my deferral request letter for Sept 2022 intake. |

BAMADE2021: RGU, will tell you to reapply. I had their offer for September 2021 and sent them an email for deferment, I was told to reapply. Anyway, maybe it depends on the courses. Also, you can only defer the admission you have accepted, Therefore, accept the offer, wait for 1 month and defer it, and if they are not agreeing, reapply later. Below is the email I received from them.
Hello
We've been able to resolve your question about Fw: Your offer is available, your reference number is 000140649.
You can view the resolution, or add further details using the button below.
Resolution Details:
Many thanks for your email requesting to defer your offer/application to a future intake.
The information the university now collects at application stage has changed. These changes affect some areas of general information collection but also relates to the UK’s exit from the European Union and new UK Immigration Reglulations.
For this reason we are unable to defer your application.
We would therefore encourage you, as you continue to hold an interest in a programme with RGU, that you re-apply via our online Application Portal to ensure that all new and current relevant data is collected.
If you wish to submit an application for a future intake, please let us know to enable us to withdraw your current application.
Kind regards
Kind regards Andrea Annal Student Admissions Service My RGU deferral letter to Sept 2022 was also approved immediately after I accepted their previous conditional offer. |

His illegal status will likely affect your application because it will be difficult for them to believe that you are not going to abuse the visa rules if granted a visa. Aydceo: I think I need to share this for some family applicants. I got my visa sometimes in August and I hv 4 dependents but the money in my account couldn’t carry everyone so I hv to apply alone and state that I will be traveling alone meanwhile I applied with the balance of 19m in my account after paying my tuition. I came to the UK in September, got my BRP and accommodation paper and sent copy back to my spouse, two weeks after my arrival my dependents group of 4 submitted their application with the same account but not the same statement now with account balance of 18m though I hv some debits and inflows but I never allow the balance to down below 18m for two from from the time I applied. To God be the glory they all got their visa yesterday.
My Advice; If you do not have the capital to apply together, apply alone and come over get your BRP and other documents to show that you are already in the UK then your family members can apply after.
Meanwhile the system here is different am not trying to discourage anyone but be ready to adapt to difficult situation most especially if you plan to school and work, my school is 7hrs lecture daily with breaks in between so it’s kind of difficult to school and work
Good luck Which university did u enrol? Mine is also a 6hrs daily lectures at RGU (conditional offer)... I'm wondering how one can study and work too at d same time since lectures are six hours per day. How do you handle both long lecture hours and work at d same time? how do you manage your time in this way ? |
