In terms of Pre-Masters course and Masters course, i really don't understand it on the basis of tuition fee payment. When applying for a masters course in Information Technology, I want to study the postgraduate course at Salford Uni. for the aim of a career change, but I saw Pre-Masters course too. Will the tuition fee of the course be paid separately from Masters course, or will the tuition fee cover both the pre-masters and masters degree course?

It is not easy to print those documents before hand. Covid19 test in naija is to be done withing 72hrs before departure, Passenger locator form is to be completed within 48hrs before departure. In my case most of my 48hrs stretches through Sunday when all photocopy centers in my area were shut. I had to go from one closed shop to the order calling the phone numbers on their banners, offering them money for them to come open their shop on a Sunday. I got lucky with one sha.

Passenger locator form 48hrs to take off, e no dey easy for the brain. If you're to look for accommodation, to have an address to put in your passenger locator form and/or Day 2 and 8 test order, that one na x1000 brain pain

Is it a must to put an address on the locator form?

Immigration is the most useless unit. Can you imagine these guys insisted that I declare my BTA and show my CAS. I don't have but the guy started quoting some inexistent immigration laws. I tried convincing him like a normal person, guy no gree. Na so I switch to my werey mode, started snapping him, he wasn't even wearing complete uniform. I said I will implicate him, so he went to some of his ogas sitting far away and said something to them, came back to me and told me to meet the ogas and explain to them. Before getting there, they directed me to where to board, lol. They didn't even see my CAS.
At customs, no wahala, guy checked my passport, asked country I'm going to and asked for course of study. Guy said I should make us proud.

Please and please, if you papa no be rich man, try to print your covid test result and passenger locator form. In airport, one page is #1000 o. I shock! They even pasted the amount for each service on their wall.

NB: You don't owe any frigging body at the airport money unless you want to do sadaqah(willingly give out).

UK Tier 4 Visa Application - 18th September 2021(Priority). I am the main applicant and my wife is the dependent.

Course of study- M.Sc in Information Technology and Network Management at Robert Gordon University at Aberdeen, Scotland

Biometrics - Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at Ikeja TLS for myself and my wife. My wife had appointment but I did walk-in as I can’t wait till 24th September because school has resumed since 13th September and my own biometrics was meant to be 24th September.

Monday 27th September 2021 - Received first NSF Mail

Monday 4th October 2021 - Received 2nd NSF mail. Shortly after I received a call and an email from UKVI for a video interview slated for the following day 5th October for 9:30am. ( At this stage we have disposed of most of our things at home and we’re practically sleeping on the floor. Imagine the tensions that were already creeping into our mind and lives?)

Tuesday 5th October 2021 - Video interview commenced as scheduled and lasted for about 1 hour. Questions asked ranges from reasons for my previous three visa refusals from 2003(two refusals) and 2016(one). The also asked reasons for the 13 year educational gap between B. Sc (2008) and intending M.Sc(2021) and what I have been doing in-between those years. They asked other others ranging from why I wanted to study IT, why I chose Robert Gordon Uni, what myself and wife were doing for a living amongst other sundry questions then the interview ended.

Monday 11th October 2021 - Wife’s profile moved to VAC and later that day a pickup mail was delivered .

Tuesday 12th October 2021- My profile moved to VAC and a pickup mail was sent later that day.

We both travelled to Lagos on Friday to pick up our passport with our visa inside.

It was a torrid journey which started in May 2021 and had a lot of delays from my university(Olabisi Onabanjo University) failing to process my transcripts on time to RGU first offering me a pre-masters which I rejected to the real masters admission coming out late on the 1st of September 2021. What about having to go to the Ikoyi registry to correct numerous errors on our wedding certificate which they made three times? The numerous near accidents on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway amongst others.

In all these we thank the good lord that the whole project was successful at the end.

As a vaccinated person, is it necessary to still book and pay for pre-departure Covid test in two days before traveling to UK?

No they have January intake too But not all courses are offered in January though

if you are not fully vaccinated, you will be stopped. With the reference number, the visa officers are able to see what test you paid for . If you are required to hv days 2 and days 8, kindly book both as it is mandatory for you

Yes, it is.. U can search it on google.. even google map can pinpoint the location within Scotland. Check its university ranking too at Qs University if u wish

University of Plymouth is better in ranking than Bolton
Bolton is part of greater Manchester which consists of Salford, Manchester etc, Plymouth on the other hand is some how close to Exeter and somehow close to South West London...

but how do you rate universities of Plymouth and Bolton respectively and their student environment or community in terms of job prospects/opportunities ?

I think "Emirates" and "Qatar Airways" fly direct to Manchester airport... They both do layover from Dubai and Doha respectively before flying to Manchester.

Private accommodation like the one mentioned are usually on a high side. Maybe look for shared house accommodation. It's slightly cheaper than these ones.

This UK private accommodation matter is difficult issue. If I am arriving by flight to UK Manchester without booking any accommodation before arrival, is there any chance of finding where to stay for that day of arrival? Is it possible to secure private accommodation (NOT Hotel) on the day of arrival in UK Manchester?

I have checked online sites like AmberStudent, Fresh Student Living etc and I couldn't find any contract that doesn't last beyond 4 months. How can one secure an accommodation of 1-3 months contract?
