Kaduna state is a state located in northwest Nigeria. Its capital city is also called Kaduna. The state is located at the Northern part of Nigeria's High Plains. The vegetation cover is Sudan Savannah type, characterized by scattered short trees, shrubs and grasses. Soil type is mostly loamy to sandy type. Substantial amount of clay is found also.

In 1967, Kaduna became the capital of the North Central State, which was created from the Northern region. By 1976, General Murtala Mohammed gave the state its name. In 1987, the military administration of General Ibrahim Babangida created the state of Katsina from Kaduna.

Interestingly, the Nok tribe, one of Africa's earliest civilizations is located within the area that makes up Kaduna. The state slogan is The Centre of Learning because it is home to a number of prestigious institutions. The Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA), Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Nigerian College of Aviation, Zaria, Barewa College and Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic among many others.

Why did u care to distinguish between uvwie and Warri south? Just because you wanted to project your itsekiri LGA to readers maps by undermining other places often referred to as warri? What is even in your warri LGA that we don't have double in Uvwie? Would you also care to tell them that the refinery we have here is in Ekpan and not in warri. Maybe I should create a thread on "Why warri refining and petrochemicals should be called Ekpan refining and petrochemicals"

3 . Okere Road/Giwa Amu/Avenue

The last but not the list on my 3 most dangerous areas in Warri is the aforementioned areas ( These are areas are connected by traders, customers, taxi drivers, Keke drivers and host of others.

Rumours has it that these places houses some of the deadliest bad boys before the advent of Vigilante and other security agents.

So when next you are in Warri or planning to visit Warri, make sure you are at alert and be vigilant.

Feel free to ADD yours to the list ( you never know, we might be saving foreigners planning to visit Warri someday)

2. Omenta Junction/Bazunu/Stadium Road

This places are the headquarters of badboys because it's close to the Warri Main Garage and at such very busy and at night people are usually targeted.

This areas link you to different part of Warri such as Upper/Lower, Sam Warri, Enemejuwa and host of others, so traders, customers and workers returning from work are usual target. ( First timers take note) Lol

Hi House,

I am a silent reader and regular visitor of Travel section, well as a Waffi boy I think it's plausible and explicable to list somethings to outsiders and those planning to visit Warri should in case of incasity.......Lol

Well, for those intending to visit Warri (Warri South LGA), here is a list of 3 most dangerous areas where your phones, chains or valuables could disappear in a twinkle of an eye

Note: I am just doing this to enlighten the general public, not to ridicule or downgrade my home ( Warri) because this is where I live most of my life.

In no particular other, here is the 3 most hostest location in Warri.

1. Hausa Quarter/Igbudu Market/McDermott Road

This place is the hub of Warri and houses the most biggest market in Delta State and as such very busy. The bad boys (Awala boys) usaullly capitalise on strangers visiting the market............Here you could loose your phone, gold necklace and hand bag.
TravelRe: Warri Vs Asaba Which Is More Developed And Better by odinga1of: 10:45pm On Jun 28, 2019
MrSurd:
Reasons pls?
I would say Warri, because it borders Okpe n Uvwie n Udu LGA ( as in close by) things are cheap in Udu( food stuffs) in terms of company (maybe you might be lucky to get a job)

So Warri is more alright........ Note: Most politician in Asaba owns houses and lives in Warrri too, they just go to Asaba coz is the Capital city.........

I don't know whether to say you sound confused or stupid.
Abba Kyari is a part and parcel of Buhari's government. Without him, there's no Buhari. He's the key person running Buhari's government. You chose Buhari for a second tenure, yet you don't want Abba Kyari. It's like ordering for cooked jollof rice and beans, and you don't want to see beans inside it. Only a confused person will do that.
Boss u just quoted one of the guys that campaigned for Buhari for second term. Yet he doesn't want Buhari righthand man.......

PoliticsRe: Why Senators Don’t debate Dstv, Mtn, Airtel, Glo And Other Service Providers by odinga1of: 10:25pm On Jun 21, 2019
sarrki:
DSTV clones all the senators decoders. They have free access to all the channels from month to month

Mtn/Glo and other networks recharge for each of them amount worth 100.000 naira for free every month to make calls.
When they resume plenary you cannever hear any single senator stand up and speak against the reckless charges especially from network providers.
You have to subscribe up to 9000 naira every month for you to be able to stay online everyday and nobody is talking about it.
It’s time we take this to their doorsteps.
If they cannot speak for us, one day we shall speak for ourselves
The real corruption we are talking about is this. When those who can speak for you have their mouths sealed, why won’t DSTV and Network providers charge Nigerians the way they want
Wonders
Lol, Oga you come the reason wella now.......I thought you carry BuHari for head before?
