Why not let INEC declare the winner, Atiku knows how to contact the president if he so wishes before the official declaration of the winner.
Mutiu Okunola, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ikeja Federal Constituency, has disrupted the proceedings of the result collation of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the Ikeja Local Government Area in Lagos.
In a video recorded by SaharaReporters, Okunola accused INEC of changing the figures of the result in favour of Abiodun Faleke, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to an eyewitness, Okunola jumped the fence to gain access into the centre.
He threw the result sheets to the ground in anger, and was generally unruly. A few policemen present at the centre failed to arrest the situation, and simply looked on while Olunola constituted a nuisance.
He was then accosted by some persons at the venue of the collation, but instead chose to fight them off, and in the fracas, a woman was thrown to the ground.
Attempts by another officer, who eventually came in to try and manage the situation fell on deaf ears, as he kept shouting.
ozo13: no be the same tvc journalist hang out I watch yesterday.u decide to choose the part of their analysis that favoured pdp but left the part that they also said will favour apc.they said as atiku is trying to get vote from Buhari strong hold(north east/northwest) is the same way Buhari wanna get a good vote in some southsouth states like akwa ibom and delta state even river state. And be rest assure that the deceitful 98% voters turn out Jonathan had in many ss /se like river and delta ain't going happen again.u think Buhari just made that ballot box snatcher threat for noting abi.pdp caucus knows their plan to use such method had been block that was why they wr ranting up and down then.they had accepted the reality that now is going to be a one man one vote.so all the bogus 98% voters turn out lie in 2015 will be unveiled tomorrow. And be rest assured for the southeast that wanna vote their own son obi base on sentiment will be the same way southwest will vote their own son base on the perceived igbo sentiment in this election.Yorubas don't jus like making noise online like the way people from that side make noise online.u think they will allow u to disgrace their own son with ur sentiment abi.count down .....18hours to go.......... . We go clear una doubt tomorrow
It's even sentimental to say SE would vote massively for Atiku because of Obi and SW will reject Buhari despite the VP candidacy of Osinbajo. Politics of bigotry and partisanship led us where we are today as a nation.
blackgold2018: And to recycle or renew this energy you'l need petroleum products to produce them. You people have to understand petroleum products can never go extinct. The demand will only reduce a little due to your point raised.
The demand wouldn't be enough to make him the richest in the world. That's my point.
So on Point! Some HR personnel are not even qualified enough to be at the other end of the table conducting an interview for a potential employee. I know of an employer who invites applicants for interview just to threaten the current staffs because he feels they are not doing enough despite their obvious commitment to the job.
Please who knows about the above mentioned organization. Please kindly share with me as I received recruitment test invitation from them.. I am presently in Ogun State and the test is at Abuja...
a reputable NGO. Please, grab with all your might!
Oyerinde16: My brother don't let's deceive our self, unless u are as ready for a job with high security risk, don't bithrr going there, the federal government had not being able to provide adequate security there for its personnel's talk if aid workers, most NGOS in abuja warn u and ask if u are ready though they will provide precautionary security measures yet its still security risk. don't paint it as save as walking relaxed by 10pm in abuja or other relatively safe places, I will apply but let people know what they are going into.
read through again, I never said there are no security threats in the North East but it's not as bad as the media paint it.
Ayowumie: Many of the people that comment on Nairaland job section are still 'minors' without career path. They are still too young to understand opportunities when they see them. Why would a Doctor complain of seeing patients? He can't because it is his job to provide medication and cure.
If you are an aid worker (or you aspire to be one), what is the big deal when you see openings in Borno or Yobe? These are the places donors are currently interested in hence the job openings you see daily. Someone in the comment section said What ever happens to Dangote having refinery in Lagos? The positions in Yobe and Borno are because those are the places where the positions are required.
Not all job openings are meant for everybody. That you are not interested should not make you discourage people who are.
They were in Rann. It would surprise you to know that these positions are very very competitive.
Yes, BH is still a problem. But not much of a threat to aid worker as the Media portrays it. There are still some places that are not safe to go and all NGOs take pre-cautionary measures.
You made my day with all your response to each comment. Sincerely, people don't understand how this NGO thing works, the fact that most of their job offer is based in the North doesn't mean you are signing a death warrant when you accept it. I know of many applicants (me inclusive) who would jump at the opportunity to volunteer for these NGOs based in the North East, let alone full job offer. Most of the so called jobs in the West here are nothing compared with NGO jobs in the North. Exposure to international work ethics, on the job training with globally recognised certification among other benefits.

IamHeWrites: A Gala seller moved people to tears by his actions when he spotted a group of prisoners in a van stuck in traffic.
The prisoners were being transported in a Nigeria Prison Service van heading to Ikoyi Prison but were stuck in traffic. As usual, the prisoners stretched out their hands through the tiny holes by the sides of the van and the Gala seller's next action surprised everyone.
He took the Gala he was selling and began distributing to the prisoners for free. When the van began moving, he dropped his basket by the side of the road, grabbed a handful of Gala and ran after them to make sure everyone gets a share.
His kind acts got him the attention of other road users and someone who was moved by his action, shared the story.
