That "sometimes" is only applicable from January-November... There's always cash scarcity every December in Nigeria. Cash and fuel has always been issues in December. I doubt you base in Nigeria, because this talk no even require arguments if you be naija base.

Nigeria problem is not problem of the present, it's been in the past, present and it's going to be there in the future.

We resulted to POS in the first place because of cash scarcity at the ATM.
You go to atm booth and stand for hours and still end up unable to withdraw.

POS agents aren't responsible for this problem, they're only feeding on the problem which further worsen it
