The image below aptly captures the difficult position Abba Kabir Yusuf has found himself in since aligning with the All Progressives Congress.

Since Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s emergence, Nigeria has become a laughing stock among nations. It shall never be well with those who worked, endorsed, and supported this regime. |
The so-called ‘city boy movement’ isn’t telling Nigerians what Tinubu has done, it looks more like money laundering disguised as empowerment, where a few items are handed to a select few |
saintopus:Why Rivers state no follow You mean that there's no governor in Rivers state Are you implying that Rivers state has remain in perpetual state of emergency courtesy of Tinubu and the notorious drûñkàrd |
Amupitan has lost every shred of integrity and credibility....resigning would be the only honorable thing left to do. |
aswani:They are far better than the current NADECO wannabe, drug bárón, certificáte fórgér and identity thiéf |
Peter Obi took a little-known party to remarkable heights....no one can take that away from him. Now he’s part of a coalition with other emminent nigerians to rescue the country from the worst regime in its history. |
madridguy:You’re rooting for a confirmed, cataclysmic failure as minister to lead Oyo State? They deserve far better than that. |
Sacked or resigned...the bottom line is, he no longer holds the position. |
Parachoko:Apart from Oyo state, mention any other state not govern by APC that Tinubu won in 2023 |
Wale edun is just the fall guy Tinubu looted the money. The scale of looted and siphoned funds that would be uncovered after his tenure in 2027 could be so staggering that it will shake the very foundation of this country. Nigerians will curse him for removing the subsidy, subjecting them to untold hardship, and asking them to endure it while their patrimony is looted. |
Didijiji:Bursted 💥 |
Let them wait, Tinubu , Gbajabiamila and the APC will send their hoardes of supporters to invade the venue |
AntiChristian:People like you never allow a thoughtful thread like this to flow, you derail it with bitterness and ethnic bigotry |
Op, What do you mean Nigerians aren’t paying the full cost of electricity? Are you saying we’re not aying the full cost of electricity blackout? Because that seems to be the only thing supplied consistently. Even the government you’re defending has already admitted it failed woefully in the power sector. The Minister of Power just apologized in March 2026 over widespread outages and poor supply. So why drag Peter Obi into this when the government itself has openly acknowledged its spectacular failure? |
INEC under Amupitan can continue to fool itself |
DomPerignon minister of Peter Obi and Obidients affairs You are having serious nightmares |
DomPerignon:DomPerignon minister of Peter Obi and Obidients affairs You are having serious nightmares |
Lithiumite:This cherry-picking is futile, it only feeds your jaundiced, myopic narrative. Olusegun Obasanjo oversaw $16 billion wasted on failed power projects. How much has Tinubu spent so far? Let’s wait till his tenure ends. Nothing in that video is new to Nigerians. |
Biodun1929:Times have changed, bro. If you don’t get it, Tinubu clearly does, that’s why this whole campaign of calumny is in motion. |
Lithiumite:The Hausa-Fulani you try to malign is 100% far better than Tinubu. The South is more concerned with who actually makes life easier, whose thoughtless policies, masquerading as economic reforms, won’t inflict untold hardship, hunger, worsening insecurity, and electricity blackouts. That’s what the South is looking for, and right now, Tinubu isn’t an option. |
The only statement INEC is expected to issue at this point in time is nothing but the resignation of it's Chairman |
There’s nothing in that video Nigerians haven’t already heard. The smear campaign is old and tired Atiku Abubakar is Tinubu’s nightmare. At least He’s no drug baron, certificate forger, or identity thief.. Nigerians know his age, his lineage, where he worked etc there's no controversy They’re jittery because they know that with Atiku on the ballot, Tinubu won’t see the five million votes he got from the north last time. And the south is not buying the 'it's the turn of the south narrative' They also know Atiku is the only candidate who can match Tinubu, money for money, madness for madness. With Atiku on the ballot, no body will rig and tell him to go to court. It won't happen Tinubu should drop the campaign of calumny and prepare for a real contest |
Look at the NADECO wannabes whom their hoardes of supporters claimed will develop this country and make it work |
Reading this reminds me of that famous FFK statement
|
socialmediaman:Absolutely 💯 |
Cunha247:This is the honorable thing to do |
Anybody today can defeat Tinubu. On his own, he can’t even pull 500,000 votes nationwide. He relies on governors, senators, reps, LGA chairmen, agberos, and thugs to intimidate voters and snatch ballot boxes. No real mass appeal, just criminal machinery to snatch it, grab it and run away with it |
MICHEALADEX:If you say I should face reality, isn’t this, under Tinubu’s regime...the reality we’re living in: the most wicked and draconian regime in this country’s history? |
Movement Boku A breath of fresh air |
It’s now obvious that the Tinubu administration has the worst budget funding record in this country’s history. Even with all the money at their disposal, claiming to have surpassed it's revenue target in 2025 and despite removing the subsidy they claimed was blocking progress, budgets remain underfunded and infrastructure neglected. Nigerians should be asking: where did the money saved from subsidy removal go? |
