It's so obvious that you do not know GOD!
Thank you very much PR staff member of dr. firefly,

The God I know is GREAT and don't need staged miracles by an OBVIOUS fake Pastor, I thank God I don't have to lie for a living, Your lot are the reason Nigeria is where it is, plenty of Churches and plenty of Scammers,

@Ademiro(another of the ID sharing lot), you think Benny hinn and the Osborn crew are the standards? You better go back to your Bible and verify like the Bereans of old did with Paul, I feel sorry for you all but will keep y'all in my prayers cheesy

Looks like he wanted to be a model, I maybe old fashioned but a "Pastor" is the last thing that comes to mind when I see a picture like this,

I wonder when they will release the album he was seen rehearsing in Seyi Rhodes' documentary! They will buy it up because it was from their "daddy", somebody need to test the water in Lagos, might be making people dumb and dumber.

People exist in this forum who would argue that Eddie Long is innocent because no Court found him guilty, we'll see what they have to say now that Mrs. Long has moved out and filed for divorce.

I thought the "Church" released the statement on her behalf yesterday, either way, she took her time to come up with this,

Like Herman Cain who just announced he was pulling out of the GOP primaries, Eddie Long handled this thing badly, it might be a Georgian thing considering but are from the state of Georgia,

Since you said T.B Joshua(Tuberclosis) . I say here, in the name of of The God of Prophet T.B. Joshua, be inflIcted with the same tuberclusis you prophesised for yourself in Jesus name, Amen. May you not have a generation because you are already cursed.
This is the Christianity Christ preached about? I think NOT!
We are our own worst enemies for the most part, show me anywhere in the Bible where our Lord Jesus Christ taught us to rain so called CURSES down on those we disagree with in the name of defending our "mog". If the curses you trained his way is AGAINST the WILL of God for his life, don't you think the return address on that curse will return it to SENDER huh huh huh

We have to applaud her courage unlike some other "Pastor's wives" who live separately from their husbands either in the same house, different house/city but don't divorce because of the title, privileges, and or cash.

o yea! the Bible says Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, but did the bible say Jesus is old fashioned yesterday, today and forever? You know how you talk to your earthly father for something or you discuss your plans or businesses with him, datz how our Heavenly Father longs for us to talk to Him. He wants us to be free with Him,He says 'cast all your burdens unto me' tell Him your worries, your troubles, your pains and plans,He'll be happy that you are Talking to Him and He'll direct your path. The most beautiful girls come to PERFECT except you. in the Bible,God our Father wants us to be beautiful not to look like some1 of 50yrs old wen we are actually younger, in the Bible, how did Esther win the heart of the king? It is trough beauty pageant. Do u prefer sending ppl going to night club to spoil themselves? You dress the way you want but a decent dressing and come to church. so many churches now adays are so boring. you go to church, after offering, you pick up your bag and bible and you go home, tell me, isnt it boring?. churches now have taken the sweetness of Christianity away. Jesus is a Yoppy Saviour, do you know how beautiful He is? I'll advice, dont say wat you dont know. the problem with we Christians is that we dont have time to listen to our Father, we always talk,we talk and complain alot, but we should try to communicate with Him. discuss with Him. you talk to Him and He talks to you. Christians are busy condemning what we wear to church while Muslims are busy taking over the world, in the united states churches are being sold to Muslims, continue condemning!!!
What's "yoppy"?? can't even spell? Computers come with spell checkers you know!

"firegirl" is dr. firefly, they don't just share computers, he is actually the one with these different IDs,
Dr. firefly is a wanna be rapper so we must be patient with him since he appears to be someone that would have been assigned to the little school bus if he were in these parts. It is only a matter of time before his SCAMS unravel and he will have to go back in DRAG grin grin
Christianity EtcEddie L. Long's Wife Vanessa Long Files For Divorce by ogajim(op): 4:34pm On Dec 03, 2011
Hours after announcing she had filed for divorce from megachurch pastor Bishop Eddie Long, his wife, Vanessa, issued a statement Friday saying she had withdrawn her petition.

John Amis, AP Vanessa and Eddie Long, the beleaguered pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, have been married for more than two decades.

.Vanessa Long had issued a statement early Friday morning saying that she had filed for divorce Thursday from Long, the pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.

By early afternoon, she had a change of heart.

"Upon prayerful reflection, I have reconsidered and plan to withdraw my petition for divorce from my husband, Bishop Eddie L. Long," she said in an emailed statement bearing the New Birth logo. "I love my husband. I believe in him and admire his strength and courage."

She went on to blame "years of attacks in the media" for her initial decision to seek a divorce.

It was a reversal of her statement Friday morning in which she said, "After a great deal of deliberation and prayer, I have decided to terminate my marriage to Bishop Eddie L. Long. Accordingly, I authorized my attorneys to file for divorce on December 1, 2011," Vanessa Long said in a statement.

Last fall, four young men accused Eddie Long of coercing them into having sex. Their lawsuits were settled in May, then dismissed.

Also in Vanessa Long's first statement: "It is my sincere hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously, harmoniously and fairly. I ask that you respect my privacy and that of my family, as my attorneys and I have agreed that we will not try this case in the media, and I do not intend to make any further statements concerning this matter." The couple married in 1990. They have three children together, Edward, Jared and Taylor.

The lawsuit dismissals, first reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, prevent the four defendants from suing Long again for the same alleged offense.

The accusations made against Long by Anthony Flagg, Spencer LeGrande, Jamal Parris and Maurice Robinson alleged that the bishop used his influence, trips, gifts and jobs to coerce them into sexual relations.

Long denied the men's allegations through a spokesman shortly after they became public in September and told his congregation he planned to "vigorously" fight them.

He "wrote books" we can't find even at CMS bookshop, he owns "7 companies" before the age of 12, I wonder if the offices got burnt and he can't find the registration certificates, Oh I forgot the Lagod Island local govt. council should have it, my bad!

I bet dr. firefly is in here with one of the IDs, he needs to step up as a real man and take our questions! All these posts are coming from the same IP, and which one of these new IDs belong to the receptionist lady? Pastor JoAgbaje has EXPOSED himself once again with his defense of this gangster wanna be so called pastor, this "emperor" has no CLOTHES!
Joagbaje:
Your opinion doesn't count with me. Getting personal with me doesn't change the truth. The man is being unjustly attacked . By you all. Is he a christian ? Yes, is he a minister ? Yes, Is he a miracle worker ? Yes. Did he use their offerings o by hummer ? No. Does he have businesses which fetch him money ? Yes. Has he one anything contrary o the word of God ? No.
Why calling him names? On what ground ? Because he rides a yellow wheel spinning hummer. This is sick.
You appear to be many things here Jo, Pastoral validator, medical examiner(miracle verifyer), accountant(since you know where the source of the funds for the H2 came from), and mechanical engineer (wheel spinning cheesy), I feel sorry for you and will keep you in my prayers, the old me would have wanted to put you out of your misery lipsrsealed

There is no need to wonder why the country is the way it is, leave Seyi Rhodes out of this, he didn't put the words into firecracker's mouth, I weep for Nigeria because this is not the same country I left or grew up in, I remember when folks used their brains and studied their Bibles too.  cry cry cry

Beaf:
I wonder if you told your Western friends out of the now legendary low-self-esteem you have shamelessly paraded here that, Abeokuta, Benin and Badagry are in "Africa," instead of Nigeria?
I wonder too if that low-self-esteem made you tell your guests that you were buying air tickets to "Africa?" I guess you must have stood atop Olumo Rock and proclaimed Abeokuta to be "Africa" as well.

Learn not to be fake and ashamed of your roots. And never ever step up in public to demand special status just because you live in the West and describe yourself as something ridiculously named as "NID's" (which for the umpteenth time, reminds me of AIDS).

Obhiesan, obokhian, ekabo omo ara oke/ajeokuta ma mu omi  cheesy

I don't know where you guys find the kind of  Nigerians described above but I do think while some may try all they can to fake it, they might not be doing that just to forget their Nigerian part. It could be them trying to be understoof, Americans are notorious for their unwillingness to understand anything not said in the way they know it.

6 years might be relatively insuficient to sum up the behaviors of thousands of folks but it is understandble if you are speaking based on the circle you have operated in. For instance, Soccer is a give away because only "foreigners" play that game.

The point I have tried to make here is to show folks that those claiming to see Nigerians who claim Africa instead of Nigeria are DEAD wrong and DISHONEST because it is a sample of the small individual environment as opposed to the hundreds of thousands of Nigerians that live in the US for instance.

I trust a census more than some of the data available on here, just saying wink

I now know why I stick to the "Religion" channel on NL because it is hard enough dealing with folks there who distort the written Word let alone deal with "posers" in other channels with English comprehension skills way below 2nd grade level, omase oooooo shocked shocked shocked

I have traveled to Nigeria with an American born friend and took him from Badagry to Abeokuta to see the Olumo rock and down to ancient Benin City, dude had so much fun he wants to go back when both schedules permit.

I don't need to go into anymore here until I see what our Nigerian lover beaf has done with his Euro neighbors/hosts.

Some people aren't happy with their situation and as such tend to want to spread that to even virtual contacts, it is well and we'll keep you in our prayers.

The underwear bomber kid thing happened almost two years ago and I don't know why folks you worked with "attacked you early this year", I've worked around "Judiciary center" area since 2002 and couldn't recall anyone making fun of me because of one rich kid who has lost his way. They might have asked about it during lunch or something, you might just work some some folks who don't understand things in a global way.

I don't know that you have read all previous posts to sum up what the "beaf" is on about, I guess one is hiding their "Nigerianess" by displaying Nigerian decals or bumper stickers, Washington DC is only 67 square miles dude and I doubt you live in the city anyway. A couple can't sum up the thousands of Nigerians in the DMV, ATL, Houston, etc.

You don't have to be SE style vulgar to make your point either, it is clear "beaf" has zero comprehension skills but that could be attributed to him being in a non-English speaking country, I have loads of friend in Germany who have to practice English among themselves to remain sharp.

I actually admire his ability to battle, especially when he is being triple-teamed cheesy
Having a thick skin is good while living outside the shores of Nigeria due to the challenges that'll be thrown your way but I didn't know the English language was this hard for some folks to comprehend.

Living in Germany, France, other parts of the so called Shenegen states or eastern Europe kills your English language skills because you have to communicate with a language other than that but I had no idea it kills one's English comprehension skills even at an elementary level as exemplified by "beaf" dude with his "pan-Nigerian" rants. Does it help if I only eat Nigerian food for the most part? Get some education dude even online ones lipsrsealed

Dude admits I was talking lots of shxt, he must be a toilet to have taken it wink

You really don't UNDERSTAND the English language as you have displayed on here repeatedly, You know my whole body of work from a few posts, congratulations master psychic cheesy

I don't host strangers and would have offered to show you around if you can get a visa to come over here or hang out next time I am in Nigeria, you are full of SELF HATE from what I can see from your posts, drop the IGBO/weed while you are at it, those things mess you up big time.

Everyone in North America doesn't speak with a fake accent, maybe you don't notice that because of the very small sample of experience you seem to be venting from, nothing beats EDUCATION I tell you.

Anyone that's come in contact with Nigerians in these parts will tell you we don't back down like some of our African brothers and sisters but you don't seem to know that and you can remain stupid if you want or take a notebook and learn something that will help you in the future.

As far as you're concerned, I am talking a lot of sh*t cheesy
PoliticsRe: Why Do Nigerians In Diaspora Refer To Nigeria As Africa? by ogajim(m): 8:18pm On Nov 26, 2011
I can see you either didn't go to school or listened in class and such can't comprehend anything written in English!

You wrote "my white friends", as we say, if you have to count your friends by their color or pigmentation of their skin, something is wrong somewhere and no SHRINK on NL can help you with that.

Did you just discover the word "snitch" or you're trying to act ghetto? Ignorance is a disease in my book and like I said in a previous post, get some education while you still can.

People are people in my book so I don't feel a need to classify color, I have worked for, with and have had different colors of people work for me too. You sound like a real IGNORANT little boy, you don't even UNDERSTAND my last post based on your lame response grin

You were unable to provide any information to rebut my post and instead trying your Ajegunle attack style to see if it works, Don't be like those who leave Nigeria, keep one foot where they are and keep the other foot in Nigeria, even the Bible said you are either hot or cold, no lukewarm state kid.

I only comment on "religion" section threads but bumped into this one accidentally, STUPIDITY is not MANDATORY for you, so you still have a chance to slow your roll and get back to basics ABURO cheesy cheesy cheesy

@ $tunna,

You are SO RIGHT about this "beaf" kid, I was wondering why he was acting up on NL now I can see he is just craving attention, he reminds me of some of our people I used to encounter in Germany who I would speak pidgin to and they will be responding with "what's up men?", one cracked me up so hard one day when I asked him where he was from in America and he replied he was from "Georgia", when I asked where in Georgia he replied Georgia so I had to educate him that Georgia was a state and not a city. I would advice him to learn how to speak German if that's where he is, could chip in for Rosetta stone wink
PoliticsRe: Why Do Nigerians In Diaspora Refer To Nigeria As Africa? by ogajim(m): 7:38pm On Nov 26, 2011
I don't know how this "beaf" dude could have passed the WAEC English test with the low level English comprehension skills he has displayed here so far displayed on this thread. The fact that he has "white" friends is encouraging too, you want a cookie for that as well? grin

In the interest of full disclosure, I would like to know where you currently live so I can take you to school for real. Just like I tell the folks that I come in contact with about the STUPIDITY of lumping everyone together because of previous experience I would like to inform you that just because you have seen some Nigerians do things a certain way don't mean we all do it that same way, do you even know Nigeria enough to know the country has various ethnic groups with various traditions and ways of doing things?

Your posts reek of the "fresh off the boat" syndrome and I would advice you to get some real education aburo so you don't end up like some of the folks you rile against in this thread, Nigerians are all over the place and I am sure they act based on what is around them, their experiences, etc.

I have gone to Nigeria with a coworker and he still talks about how much fun he had years later, in your own little mind I hid the fact I was Nigerian enough to have attracted someone who wanted to go with me after he saw me put my leave in, A mind is a terrible things to waste kid! cheesy cheesy

The folks I interact with have Passports which means they've been somewhere outside of the continental USA and would ask a follow-up question of where in Africa if I were to say I was from Africa. One might here questions like "are you from the islands or Africa?", I have seen a few cases of BAD BELLE on NL concerning how those at home view those of us that have made it out of there.

All "overseas" no be the same brother man, if you read my initial post and know a little comprehension, you would have seen where I narrated meeting a grand ma who went to college(university) with our first President Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe, some folks here know more than you think they know about the outside World!
