Nigerians grew up with culture and religion and not science and philosophy. So it makes us a bit backward. We are not used to philosophical and scientific enquiry.
It's like Isaac Newton is not our forefather. Our forefathers were idol worshippers, dibias and babalawos and witch doctors in the village. So just get it.

My Uncle is diagnosed with same condition. I really understand how she feels. It's not easy living with people with such condition especially in Nigeria with zero awareness on Mental health. I remember years ago it first started my family kept jumping from one pastor to another, accusing enemies of having a hand etc. I kept telling them it's a mental conditions no one believed me. The response I usually got was "madness doesn’t run in our family". When they finally listened and he was admitted in the pshyc ward the difference became clear

Are universities not design to create solution for human development using education and research? Do u know that perception of north being poor is because of economic activities are done in a more traditional cash based system where products and services are exchange for money in cash including savings due to belief that conventional banking is Haram because of usury or interest.

Banks purpose is security of depositor funds and provisions of capital or finance for business growth.

The north is not able to tap into that and it's hindering development.

The university seeing best practice in the Muslim world especially UAE, Saudi Arabia etc believe this will address these issue and bring massive development and access to funds for business and people who have issues with usury or interest based banking.

This won't affect conventional banking courses and its not compulsory that Christains have to study it like it's not compulsory for u to sturdy hausa, Igbo,Yoruba or any other course. The course u sturdy at the university is ur choice, the university only offer u course to choose from.

Thats the problem with many of you people here. Everyone who object to one sides submission is either an IPoB, Zombie or Heardsmen or Afonja. You guys have to grow up and have healthy conversations.
Sometimes, I wonder how more warped it can be..!

Secondly, before you jump into people’s submissions, first try to know the reason for the response. Its called qualitative analysis and we and other organizations use this to know who to recruit or who not to and it very well reflects in aptitude tests conducted.

Simple, UK have no written constitution so their laws can easily be amended, Nigeria does have a written constitution - meaning we need to pass through a lot to amend it.
So because of these the masses don’t really have a hand in determining what can be changed or what cannot be changed in the constitution
Whereas in UK, an individual or organization or union can aproach the court and successfully change a law. (Rigid & Flexible)

Finally, you guys can throw as many tantrums as you want; likes and shares don’t pay my bills, same as insults, applause or gests or name calling. Thank you.
Glad u could explain what u mearnt... Let me apologize for d toxic words I use initially... Na as this place be na im make... No vex... I like cerebral people... What u stated is d real deal... But many Nigerians don't understand it...

And to cure your own comprehensive deficiency, I specifically said UK HAVE NO WRITTEN CONSTITUTION.
The law that said they can have referendum was just based on judgments (which you refered as 'documents'); the law which can as well be changed tomorrow by their legal system.

My people (Igbos) has been schemed out again. It's happening all over again,by 2023,APC and PDP will come to the southeast and be shouting vote for us we will complete the second Niger bridge,we will restructure Nigeria,we will release Nnamdi kanu and we will give you Biafra on platter

Nigeria obviously is about to make a big mistake, the silence of the Eastern leaders as regards to the presidency should be a thing of worry to every discerning minds except of course the zombies wired to hate the truth. Igbos deserve a shot at the presidency in 2023 and anything aside this will completely distintegrate igbos from the rest of the country because an average Igbo man will be left with nothing to still call himself or herself a Nigerian

Nigeria should do the right thing in 2023. Stop the hate
tell PDP to give u igbos ticket 2023 d presidential ticket of APC is for South West and osinbajo is the man...

I honestly cant understand how someone will graduate will first class and be jobless.
Well, Most times, the naija education system rewards only people who can just memorize and then pour down on exam days while most of them are not intelligent.

One time i was working somewhere and was on an interview panel only to see a guy who had Second Class lower but cant express himself correctly.

The Problem is not that there are no jobs, the problem is that, there are not enough skilled graduates to take on lots of jobs.

If you graduate with first class, what do you have upstairs? I graduated with 3rd class and have never been unemployed and have never gotten a job through connection.

I saw jobs online, apply and get them.
is this a generilization or what... So that something is unemployed means they didn't Worth their first class or cos you were lucky means other's shut up... Na wa oooo

So excited for my state team, at least we use this one hold body. In times past, Bayelsa used to have 2 teams in the premier division until Seriake administration spoiled every single sector of the economy in the State. I wish this is a stepping stone to greater things, and hopefully seeing Bayelsa united in the NPFL soon.
two teams... You didn't think about the sustainability of the team...
