1. Ihedioha did not satisfy the two third spread that is constitutionally required but the first runner up nwosu has been disqualified so that may no longer matter.its complicated.araraume also has a case against him.uzodinma has a strong case bordering on inec omitting his scores from 388 polling units which if added will make him winner.one of the judges at the appeal court declared him winner.

2. Concerning uzodinma,i think i have answered you in question one.with the two third spread now untenable,uzodinma case on wrongful collation is solid.

3. with nwosu disqualified,aa is out of the race.its now pdp,apga and apc.i dont know much about araraume's case.but if ihedioha loses,the likely beneficiary will be uzodinma.

If I am not mistaking the funding plan for this project along side major infrastructural projects like the Mambila dam was rejected by the Saraki's Senate and some people applauded, it has been reintroduced still people are calling the 9th Nass rubber stamp for agreeing to approve.
