We are still trying to come to understanding why Garba Shehu, the Presidential

Spokesman to Muhammadu Buhari buying over $800,000:00 at CBN rates and

selling off to public at N362 per dollar and the recent #iStandWithBuhari

N2 Billion scam and ow this.

We call upon the authorities to check this information and do the needful.

If we do not collectively fight corruption , it will kill Nigeria.

At a time the citizens of the country are queuing for PMS and a bag of garri is

Mehn! I can't think straight. We started out the EFCC graduate cadre aptitude test at 11PM and finished at 12AM. I wanted to go home, but decided to sleep over. We're all tired and worn out. The test was kinda easy for some of us, but the punishment they gave us made us to lose concentration. I have not eaten since morning and my body is so itchy right now. I wish the day will break fast.

Where you slept was a rivers state govt property not Efcc office. The much I know is that the Obi Wali Oil and Gas conference centre has enough bathrooms where u could have washed. Hope the mosquitoes ddnt feast on you so much. This is just one of those things you face on your way to the top. Congrats in advance bro.

I think it was deliberate. I was there last night and the guys finished around that 12am as op said. But sitting for an Efcc exam shouldn't be a straight forward thing by my calculation. Stuffs like this tests ones preparedness for the job.

The average rivers man has a poor idea of politics. They see everything from a very myopic and illogical point of view. For them, wike is the best thing to happen to rivers state even in the face of all the killings, kidnappings, armed robbery, lawlessness, imposed school fees, refusal to pay overseas scholarship, little or no funding for primary health centres, aboandoning of his predecessor's agricultural programs and returning militants to mainstream politics.
What is happening in rivers today is a direct result of the strategy deployed by wike to win elections even when the tide favoured the pdp. The last time we had a rivers so insecure was when odili did same against his benefactors, marshal Harry, AK dikibo and co.
Like ekiti, some rivers pple call wike grass root politician because he thrives in mediocrity and trivialities. Truely, a pple get the leader they deserve. Wike spends more money in paying local tabloids to advertise his substandard roads and sniff around amachi's anus than he spends on the real project itself. in rivers state today, the health, education, security and agricultural aspects are virtually non existent. Wike is called best gov rivers has ever had for making already existing roads narrower with open drainage system. They compare him to Amaechi in such a hurry as though his tenure of 4yrs comes to an end next month. For them he has surpassed ameachi in every aspect of governance. This is the river of today.
The rivers APC is on point on this.

My point exactly.
1. The pictures did not capture all the so called officials together in same maeeting with fayose.
2. Fayose and his gang of shameless conspirators mentioned names of zenith bank officials that visited but did not tell us the name of the one that porpetrdly knelt down.
3. The resolutions of the photographs looked like the one with the guys in black ties was taking at night. Maybe after the real officials and press men had left.
4. The video I saw did not also capture this scene and these men were not there in that video.
5. The video ddnt also show the officials begging. Instead we had an edited video of a guy asking questions right there while the men were still seated with the gov. mind you it was suppose to be a meeting with the gov and not a press conference so, questions should have waited till after the meeting.
6. The video was edited from the point where the so called zenith official was struggling with the whole set up to when fayose addressed the press in the absence of the same pple he said came begging.
7. We did not Realy get to hear anything reasonable comment from the banks staffs.

Finally, it was a poorly done job ones again.

Odubu is from my local govt and my village has felt the hands of this administration immensely. It is uneisebto want to outshine your boss. As a deputy gov he is to serve the purpose of his boss.
As for the choice of Obaseki, he may have been chosen by his boss but he sure has more quality than Pius Odubu. If Ize Iyamu picks the pdp ticket, that will give it to APC. Both Obaseki and Iyamu are from Edo south which means their deputies will come from Edo central most likely. Edo north is in for APC already with the support the gov has from his area. My village for instance, is the most populous community in my local govt area and we are voting for APC. Odubu never cared till Oshiomole came to our rescue. Erosion had almost washed half of the village away when Oshiomole showed up and mended things.

My dear this is not about marriage or bride price persay. There have been cases of women paying their own bride price thru their husbands who are not strong financially. Respect is the key here. All you need do is know your role in the marriage and you are in. On the issue of bride price being man's creation. I think it is both cultural and biblical. Recall Abraham sent his servant with the bride price to get a wife for Isaac. You can also ague that getting married in church or court or wherever should be abolished. Pple should just cohabit and start making babies.

Having said that, I will like to say that the who gender equality thing is not only misunderstood but also misapplied by many. I doubt if there is anywhere in the world today where women are paid less compared to their male counterparts on same job. Neither is there a place where women are shut out politically. Here in Nigeria, Gbemi saraki contested with her brother Bukolafor the govship of kwara. In Taraba state just recently a woman almost clinched it. Clinton slugged it out with Obama but lost to a superior Obama. Now she is bulldozing her way thru all the male aspirants yet she is a woman. I also do not think a Tiwa savage will be paid less than a Psqure on same Glo endorsement deal just because she is a woman.

Even before the (s)election, we in Edo all know Oshiomole's errand boy was gonna be declared winner. And now, we're at a quandary. Do we vote for this puppet who'll automatically continue Oshiomole's overwhelming underachievement that's masked by hypocrisy and propaganda or do we vote for Osagie Ize Iyamu another thief and political prostitute whose only goal is to dip his hand into Edo's state treasury? Now this is the dilemma we're in and it's a dilemma that has plagued the Nigerian political scene for ages(lack of credible candidates) as elections are monetised and those credible candidates may not have d financial clout to battle these charlatans.
