Blogger, na wah o. I earlier thought it was an FG event. After viewing i realized it was just a personal event. It's purely private affair.

better listen to others that dont take it serious.....

me i will just bash you endlessly....
You must be dumb
Who is taking it serious
What's my business with what someone chooses to call herself
I can decide to call myself king of Nigeria, nobody will arrest me
My point is with you who just made it a tribal or regional matter just because people made comments you don't like
People have the right to make comments and it's not a regional issue
Use your brain

So you realise it's a private affair
So what brought all the talk of region into it
Is your brain so empty theonly thing you can think of is tribal bigotry?
How are you even sure the event happened in Yorubaland cause I can see some Northerners there
For all you know it might have held in Abuja yet you're talking about region
You see how daft you are?

and....??

is it a official title written in the constitution of nigeria....??

why get worked up because of that....
Exact question you should ask yourself
Why are you defending what is not in the law
Are you a bandit?
People have the right to make remarks since it's Nigeria and not Yorubaland
We have been having first ladies since 1999 and people have derided it as unconstitutional including Yorubas like Wole Soyinka and Femi Falana
I never heard anyone tell them to face their region or ask why they are worked up
But we have to make space for simpletons like you

yes the same nigeria....

yorubaland say they like it the way they are....
best you can do is respect how they do their things....

if you dont like it then stay in your region....!!

you cant go to the north and demand from them to dont have sharia laws....
why are you disturbin yorubas with their own way of life....??

What nonsense are you saying unofficial spokesman of Yorubas
She was called Queen of Nigeria not Queen of Yoruba

but demandin from others to think like you in their own region is pure madness....

you must respect the rules of your host regions or you must stay in your region....!!

anything else is not acceptable....

BABAawoo47:
if we have trade surplus, how on earth is naira depreciating? Abi I'm missing something
Naira is depreciating because 1411 people that went to COP28 will all require dollars without brining any commensurate export.
I've always said it that it's the political elites and their wastefulness that's killing the naira and not necessarily imports as we assume.
Except NBS is not being truthful, this info, the third this year justifies my stand

It is this claim of investment they all use to gaslight the public when they go on their jamboree yet nothing on ground to show for it
Since he grabbed office, Tinubu has run to nothing less than 7 conferences. Yet the economy is still in ICU with no respite in sight

The problem with Many of you is that you are small minded, think like simpletons and cannot see the big picture. The purpose of the conference is to source for funds for climate related and green energy projects.. When you hear for example that one village is being electrified with solar, or solar water pumps or solar boreholes, farming irrigation, flood abatement programs, this is often where the money comes from. If you are not there to present your green energy plans, you will not be a beneficiary. Most of the money is free money, not loans.

UAE alone is handing out $4b to Africa at this conference. Is it a country that isn’t there they will give the money to? Is it a ministry that isn’t there they will give the money to? US is also allocating $3b to Africa, other countries are making pledges. If you are not there you cannot benefit.

Yes there are people out there for a jamboree but there will be more funds coming to Nigeria than the total bill for the entire Nigerian delegation public and private.

The least Nigeria can expect out of what UAE alone is allocating to Africa is $300m…likely a lot more. The total cost assuming all 1400 participants are government sponsored (not so) and all actually attended (again not so) @$15k a head is $20m

You are the same people that if you hear another country received funding from COP will come here shouting why was Nigeria not there when they were sharing free money we could have used to recharge dry lakes, control flooding, provide irrigation for farmers, electrify villages, convert vehicles to CNG etc?
How much funds did Nigeria get from COP27?

In 2009, ASUU signed an agreement with government. In 2013, government told them that they could not pay them the money completely.

Fee increases were guaranteed from that day onward.

The honest truth is simple. University is an expensive undertaking. See how much fees Oyedepo and the Adventists charge for Covenant and Babcock uni respoectively....and recall that Oyedepo himself once said that the only help he got from government was in getting land (which he still had to pay for anyway...just that the process was speeded up).

Yes, your greatgranddady went to school for free...back when a university had less than 2000 students, not the over 40000 or more they have now on average. Yes, they go to school for free in this country or that country...in return for the kind of tax that if we charge am here for Nigeria, people would think that Lucifer has replaced our leadership with his minnions.
Therfore our leaders should collect estacode for going to dubai to play in dollars

In the days of your great granddaddy, estacode was paid in naira not dollars end there was no COP jamboree to waste money on

Yeah. It's easy to write this claim so as to appear neutral but you have to rest when caught in your unguarded moments such as this.

It's obvious now your aim is to shield govt from responsibility by preaching the people are the problem not the govt.
