Hi friends!
Kindly help me resolve this problem: My 'sound' laptop doesn't permit me to log into the cpanel of my website. The cpanel opens quite alright, but the login button is not highlighted and as such, it doesn't permit me to login, even after I have put the right Username and password. It however opens in others systems. What should I do?

But I wd love to ask u this question: Is it possible for one (a Hosting reseller) to pull out of an erring Hosting Provider Account and move his Clients files to a new location under another Provider, when he is not comfortable with the Provider's service? Pls I would love you guys to advise me on this. I wanted to start offering Web hosting services as a reseller to Hostgator, but they proof to be very harsh with Nigerians. They asked for my ID, which I sent to them. Then they said I must scan n send a copy of my statement of account bearing my GTB Visa Card number, which the Bank advises against, saying that it can be used to defraud me. Their other alternative,Wired transfer is too costly. How else can I sail through?

Secondly, If a person starts offering web hosting services as a reseller to any Company and after getting some clients, he discovers that his Source Company is not doing well, how can he move his clients' files to a new provider? How will such move affect his business?

Hi all@ Please I wd love you to advice me on how to go about my desire to embark on a web hosting biz. I actually started picking interest in the biz and went on to purchase a reseller package from Hostgator, but they seem to be too harsh on Nigerians, as they asked for my ID Card, which I happily scanned n sent to them. I'm scared of going for Nigerian Hosting Coys, as I'm not sure of their viability and continuity (though I may be wrong). So, I need your candid advice. I don't dream of selling hosting space to people, only to have them lose such afterwards.

Simply google and download any of the free uninstallers online.
Some programs sometimes don't wanna leave ür system.
Then uninstall the software with.
Try getting revo uninstaller. It works like charm.

Hi all! Please I need your help on this issue. I used my GTB-issued Visa Card to purchase a Reseller Hosting account from Hostgator. But they needed a confirmation from me. They said I should send a scan copy of my Natonal ID and the visa card showing the last four digits of my Card number. Afterward, they said I should send a scanned copy of the Statement of that account, showing my Card Number, which my Bank really frowns at , saying it's fraudulent for any Organization to request that the Card number should appear on the Statement. They only show the Visa Account Number and not the number on the Card. So Hostgator has now refunded the money. What should I do now?

@ Blackweaver. I've tried what you said by uninstalling and re-installing the Eset anti-virus but it still failed to be updated, the system says it can't see server. Even the mozilla firefox still fails to respond when I'm connected to the internet via zain lite. Please what else should I do. Opera often works and internet explorer on few occasion.

Well! It is better if one could have both practical experience and certificate in any endeavour. But the worse is to have a certificate that is bigger than your knowhow. So, it's not bad to go for certification, but one must also get a reasonable experience. Otherwise, you'll disgrace yourself.
