Poster you did well. Real detective job. I am enjoying this forum. Wish the government will put a little effort at monitoring the projects. |
I guess Forbes is recognising him for dragging our economy 5 years behind. The imperialists are there again. |
Another political jobber on the prowl. He made some valid points though. What is clear is that all these politicians are using the opportunity of Ojukwu's death to lobby the Igbos again. This time, they must tell us what we stand to gain. We cannot be used and dumped. SE is really juicy for any serious politician to toy with. This has become very clear. |
What became of Murtala and Maman Vasta - NEMESIS. ![]() |
Okay ooo. Thank you we do not care for our heroes. So If Mike Adenuga, a Yoruba man was magnanimous enough to make this offer, what does it tell you? He simply recognises a hero when he sees one. He is also telling you that you that the haters on this forum are BIG FOOLS. I am happy that the level of tribalism and bigotry existing on this forum does not exist in the real world. I have a lot of good Yoruba, Ijaw, kalabari, efik, ibibio and Ikwerre friends. We all have mutual love and respect for each other. Please grow up - haters. |
Obasanjo is right! YES! Ojukwu should have apologised to the Nation for that war which achieved nothing and to Ndi Igbo and the entire south-south for taking them to war and desserting them when poo hit the fan. And also for setting Ndi Igbo backwards. He was a brave coward and died a cowards death.
Why should anyone respond to this foolish aboki. You are already doomed. Foolish Alhaji. If you have nothing better to say, keep your trap shut. |
May her soul rest in peace. My condolences to El Rufai and family. |
You see you do not understand The SW actually love GEJ and even the political positions you are gloating about is not as it seems you know read this"How Nigeria is shared under Jonathan" http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/11/how-nigeria-is-shared-under-jonathan/ Of President Jonathan’s 42 ministers, there are only 12 women compared to 30 men. The North has 22 ministers to the South’s 20. The South-East produced only five ministers. North-West and South-South top the ladder with eight ministers each while South-West, North-East and North-Central each has seven ministers. The South-West, which produced Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, is in-charge of five ministries, namely: Foreign Affairs, Trade & Investment, Police Affairs, Agriculture & Natural Resources and Communication Technology. The South-East produced four core ministers – Labour, Aviation, Health and Power in addition to having the Deputy Senate President, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Secretary to the Government of the Federation. The North-West and South-South also led the park in appointments into top positions such as service chiefs and leading government agencies with nine slots each. The South-East has eight; North-Central, seven; South-West five; and North-East, two. Figuratively, out of 865 top positions, North-West has 218 (25%); North-Central cornered 154 (17.80%), North-East, 139 or 16.07 %; South-South, 158 (18.27%), South-West, 167 or 19.31%; and South-East, 123 slots (14.22 %). A peep into 11 topmost slots 1. Dr Goodluck Jonathan, President, Bayelsa, South-South 2. Arch. Namadi Sambo, Vice President, Kaduna, North-West 3. Senator David Mark, Senate President, Benue, North-Central 4. Justice Dahiru Musdapher, Chief Justice of Nigeria, Jigawa, North-West 5. Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal, House of Reps Speaker, Sokoto, North-West 6. Senator Ike Ekweremadu, Deputy Senate President, Enugu, South-East 7. Justice Dalhatu Adamu, President Court of Appeal, Niger, North-Central 8. Chief Emeka Ihedioha, Deputy Speaker House of Reps, Imo, South-East 9. Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, SGF, Ebonyi, South-East 10. Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, Senate Majority Leader, C/River, S/South 11. Hon Mulikat Adeola Akande, House Majority Leader, Oyo, South-West Going by this sharing under Jonathan, you can tell they are not complaining unlike before thanks to Afenifere who does not speak the mind of an average SWerener Also south-east is not any better off. I am sure you know the power of vice and sfg compared to even a majority leader. Think of it Now Tinubu has rivalry with Gej because of PDP. It has nothing to do with ethnicity. He had the same with OBJ and Afenifere. It all has to do with the party. I hope we have an understanding
Inspite of my self, I say thank Alhaji Harem. This is quite revealing. |
This news was on Rythm 93.7 FM this evening. There must be some truth. Very Very welcome option. |
Beaf:It's quite unfortunate that reading through the tread by Alj Harem, I did not see any element of remorse or condemnation of this abominable act. VERY VERY UNFORTUNATE. This type of hypocricy is what have been fuelling this crises in the north. Most opinion leaders in the north are silent (thereby giving tacit support to these killers. ONE DAY, THERE WILL BE REVENGE. I see that day coming sooner. |
highland:Happy Boko Maloud |
Please we cast the final stone on Diezani and her cohorts, we should also review the years of Rilwanu Lukman and all the frivolous oil blocks he gave out, even to unregistered companies. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. |
Hausa Fulani Hegemony at it again. The strue enemies of Nigeria will stop at nothing to bring this country down. We have already jumped and passed. The thieves including their thieving boss should be arrested and jailed. Period. |
Amechi has simply relaxed since this second tenure. This promise of electricity has been on since the Odili days. 5 years after Odilli the promises continue to queue up on each other. Almost all the roads in PH are impassable. Going to work daily and coming back home is a daunting task in Ph. I tire. |
Are these Fulani herdsmen human beigns at all? Or are they the same as the animals they are rearing. This is a cause for concern. |
It is amazing that a criminal and a criminal family such as the Abachas are still moving about freely in Nigeria, no questions asked. It amazes me more that no muslim or better still high ranking northerner will ever see anything wrong in the level of looting this evil family have carried out against the Nigerian state. NOT ONE OF THEM WILL EVER CONDENM WHAT IS BAD/EVIL, AS LONG AS IT IS DONE BY ONE OF THEM. I wait for that mallam called Alhjarem to prove me wrong. |
Sweetnecta, You are a big fool for insulting other bloggers. Lagos shia is even more matured than you are. The fact remains that everyone should try and practise his religion without causing inconvenience to others. Why block roads for hours. Be it christian or muslim, it is wrong. Kudos to France. ps: Catholics only have procession and do not stand still blocking any major road. They are also not agressive to anyone during the time. |
Please I want to state that Amechi just stated the obvious. The UNESCO report published just two months ago confirms his assertion. The issue is what are the northern stake holders doing:? Are they towing the line of the popular Wada Nas (remember him?) The minister under Abacha that promised to reduce the quest for education in the south. Laughter wan kill me. |
SLS - A big NOOOOOOOO. He will destroy this country completely. The man has no respect for alternative opinion. |
I have a high respect for OBJ. The man is exceptionally blessed with good health. |
I am simply impressed with the man's sincerity. He may not be a gramarian but the message was well understood. I am really proud of Mr President. He has shown a good grasp of the various ministries. For the first time, somebody explained what is really happening in the power sector. God Bless GEJ |
I am at a loss at what this cleric is saying. So Americans came to Nigeria, changed to Northern Nigerians, wore caftans and drove into the UN building/Nigerian Police headquaters/other drinking joints in several army barracks, police stations etc and bombed them. This is serious. Did any one listen to the demented man called Ahmedinejad of Iran on yesterday's 9/11 aniversary? All blames to America. Something is really wrong some where. This cleric is the one that is hiding from the truth. He is simply saying that Boko Haram is anonymous. Highest level of Hypocricy. I cry for Nija. |
They were always saying Ibos will sell themselves for money. Guess who is selling their lives, and in pieces now - Hausa/Fulani. So even the 'angelic' muslims are also this money crazy. Tufiakwa!!!!!!! Turakin and IBB go onnnnnnnnnn. ![]() |
@Jos kid you have enlightened me a bit. I think its time our people begin to forgive Gowon. He may have been used indeed, but how I wish he really saw far into the future. Truth remains that as a leader, he ought to have seen and known he was being used. Alhjarem There is no law in Nigeria that makes settlers to become authomatic indigenes of their area of settlement. The Hausa/Fulani should note this. Jos belongs to Beroms simple. No Ibo man living on Maidugari can today claim ownership of that place. Your people are simply trouble makers. People like you are fanning the embers of war. It will one day erupt and engulf you and other supporters of this evil carnage. |
This is another kudos to the great Catholic and Apostolic church which have not wavered over the centuries to work for mankind. This again proves the fact that God provides for his own. The catholic church never goes cap in hand begging for funds or sapping people financially. Neither do they dwell in prosperity preaching. God simply fights his own battles. He has done it again. |
what is sesame seed? can someone post a picture? |
The man is fund of taking off when the heat is on. He never expected Baba Iyabo's reaction. Remember how he stepped aside for Shonekan, dropped his ambition for Yar Adua, chickened out for Atiku. Long and short of it, IBB is just a coward. I wonder why Jonathan is not probing him for the $12Bn gulf wind fall. |
