Romance / Re: Why Are Men Scared Of Getting Married? by olaboy1: 10:31pm On Apr 20, 2018 |
revontuli: I think it’s more of Swedish thing. I have dated 3 Finnish girls and one was living between Swedish and Finnish border Lapland. Although they also complained about the social interactions here, but I felt it would be the same if they were in Finland. The Swedes I studied with had to move back to where they were born because they couldn’t integrate properly and make friends in a different city from their place of birth, some even abandoned their studies half way. Even stockholm is like that, they must live in the little Kommuns that they have their families. Depression is an understatement, almost all the women I’ve been with have anti-depressant pills in their fridges. Watch the clip below to get a grasp of what I’m talking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvFZULPiiuk |

revontuli: I am talking specifically about Sweden. Sorry they don’t live far away from family. My post is not about festivals and concerts that happen once in a year, I’m referring to daily life. If they move 2hrs away they can’t make friends, friendship and human bonding is not what the country is founded upon. But if you still don’t believe me, try and check the statistics of the country with the most single people and also see the video below. Generally everyone is like you described in your last paragraph. Are concerts and festivals daily activities? https://www.svtplay.se/video/10458343/the-swedish-theory-of-love |

MrBrownJay1: I have been with over 70 Scandinavian women in the last 10yrs, you don’t need to school me about the women here. I still maintain they are very boring to be with. The only time they enjoy life to the fullest is when they are on vacation. I’ve gone on vacations with them and it’s a different ball game but once we touch back Arlanda they become the usual misanthropes they are. Your description is when they are drunk on the weekends, I’m talking of everyday life. |
Romance / Re: Why Are Men Scared Of Getting Married? by olaboy1: 6:07pm On Apr 20, 2018 |
MrBrownJay1: My post is about all Scandinavian women and the society as a whole, it has nothing to do with marrying for papers. Whether the girl is 2/10, 8/10, 10/10, my point is they have no socia life, they have a big need for space and friends from the outside world and choke the closest people to them like families and love ones. I dated one that I would consider to be 9/10 by my standard and she would meet her mother for coffee almost everyday and doesn’t have any random friends she would meet apart from mamma. I don’t have any friends married to ugly Scandinavian women. You can’t work in Ericsson as a black guy and settle for less. 1 Like |

revontuli: False false false. Scandinavian women have zero social life except the few ones who go hiking or ice skating which are not even social activities but sporting activities. They don’t really make friends here and are forced to live very close to families all their lives, all social activities are centered around their parents and relocating her to another city 2hrs away will be very choking for you as she will not and cannot make any friends in 10yrs at your new location unless she moves back. They don’t even talk to their neighbors, so be ready to be fully choked. Every black guy that I know married to Scandinavian women all complained the same thing, and also be ready for them to kick you out of the kids lives should the relationship end. The only problem Nigerian women have is financial dependence, otherwise they are the sweetest any man could wish for. Although I detest the entitled ones who feel they are doing you a favor by engaging in sex and should be paid. 2 Likes |

rusher14: Hahahah don’t knock down Nigerian youths, they are hardworking and display more perseverance than any other country out there. You are so biased in your write up. How can any youths make any meaningful contributions to our economy when Nepa will disappoint them once they are about to settle down by 8pm and start coding,,,you must be joking. More than 50% of western youths would have committed suicide and burn down all government infrastructure if faced with same problems Nigerian youths are facing. #istandwithnaijayouths Let’s keep grinding and one day we will get the right leaders. 3 Likes |
Romance / Re: "Women Have More Opportunities To Cheat Than Men, Men Shouldn't Blame Devil" by olaboy1: 4:54pm On Apr 18, 2018 |
BadBradley: Women who come up with this argument are most times biased. Women will cheat more if they have high testosterone, big clit as big as a pen!s and a society that doesn’t judge them. Search for sexual hysteria on google. This used to be a mental medical sickness ages ago when women became hysterical due to lack of enough sex and that was why d!ldos were created. Sociobiologically we are not the same and our sexual needs will always vary. Also consider all the body enhancement products and boobies exposing clothes women wear, if men do the same things then I bet women would have a tough time staying faithful. Her variable that women get more approaches doesn’t mean anything in the ground scheme of sex and seduction. 2 Likes 1 Share |

tomalin: Replace Australia with any other western countries and it’s the same story trust me. It almost feels like all western countries have met and done a meeting to have same social economic structure. I can bet with my life all Nigerians working in professional fields in any western countries will have almost same residual income after bills. The question is not which western country is economically better, but rather which one can a professional black person find jobs easily with no prejudice. The argument for Malaysia may seem more mish mash and a cliche, but I think I understand the point of view of the Malaysian guys. What’s the point of having a very high OECD if it doesn’t translate into social inclusion, fast jobs and career promotions in your field of study. I know many professionals driving taxis in Stockholm and many master degrees holders with no jobs, is it not better to be in Malaysia or in a country where you can hit the road and run fast. An average Nigerian migrant is most times not interested about those OECD quality of life reports but rather to have money in his pocket and send back home, his OECD doesn’t count for him in a foreign country but the financial welfare of his family members back home in a shithole country with no good OECD. 10 Likes |

I really need to know how difficult it is for painters to use cardboard papers to separate different areas of paint colors that mesh together. Almost all Nigerian homes I see white paint from the wall flowing to a red door and vice versa. Is it not possible to hang the doors after paint jobs to avoid smearing of paint on them. Is common sense so hard to accomplish for our artisans, I mean things that don’t require any artificial intelligence tech. Are the artisans only interested in fast job and money than quality control. 3 Likes

Safiaa: All the places around the world that I have been to have the same dynamics when it comes to dating, and we call it the 90/10 rule. There are just around 10% of highly successful young and handsome men leaving around 90% of women to struggle for and do remember part of this 10% are gay guys also. You are not settling if you get together with an ambitious young guy in your Ojuelegba neighborhood than gunning for that scarce commodity living in a gated estate on the Island that doesn’t even attend the same social events as yours. Now let’s say you want to keep up with the Kardashians, you madam must be on Cardi B level. Be prepared to fork out your entire monthly allowance to pay for entry fees in places big boys frequent. 1 Like |

Safiaa: No manipulation at all. I don’t see myself Bleep&n a 35yr old woman. The highest I have gone in the last 3 yrs is around 28yrs. Maybe if I were poor and desperate I would settle with one of those single bank execs. African men in their 50’s who frequent in the gym and eat healthy can still pull a 25yr old Naija girl, biologically we can’t say the same thing for the women....babe don’t fight nature, stay humble and ride the tides with that cool average Joe across your street with the determination to succeed. I started from the bottom myself and I have turned down a request of ordinary 5k Naira from a girl and I’ve equally blessed a deserving one with 1m. Safiaa: Same thing the woman is looking for. I’m not asking her to pay for my time, companionship and affection, so I see no reason why I should pay for those. Any man that gives you money no matter how little is doing you a favor and doesn’t owe you shit because of sex. You should be grateful and thankful. Sex for favors in some countries is a criminal offense you know. If we go on this part in Nigeria then trust me many vulnerable young girls will suffer for this. From sex for university marks, sex for jobs. Be careful what you wish for. 2 Likes |

Safiaa: I’m sure you know guys like me can get as many sex as we want from many girls as we deem fit. I’ve had sex with multiple women in a day that I couldn’t deal with more because I was tapped out, so sex does not keep men like me. One of my ex’s attracted me when I saw she was sending money to this poor girl in an orphanage home from the little she was earning. Those little things keep us not some sloppy wet kitten that sometimes personally I resent because of the odour.....no pun intended. 2 Likes |

Hahahaha Nigerian girls desperately trying to corner the men into permanent provider roles without bringing anything to the table. Only a low self esteem Nigerian guy would settle for the kind of crap I’m reading here. I consider myself to be 8/10 and I’m very rich and I don’t have a problem dating a dirt poor girl and will NEVER see myself as doing her a favor, but I will go on ghost mode once I sense any sense of entitlement from her. You are not doing men any sex favor, and you girls need to stop acting like your clitoris don’t pulsate during ovulation, money can’t be the only thing that makes your kitten wet. Why is everyone surprised. Are there no people working on the Island. When I worked on the Island and lived on the mainland, I usually drove from Festac to V.I around 20mins. It was a big shock the first day I did that weekend trip to quickly get something in the office. I still can’t live on the Island though, it’s more of a business district. No be oyinbo, na dem way. Basically that’s why video games all about shooting were created for them, so they can do all the killings on the computer rather than real life. Caucasians mental state is more of a hormonal and biological imbalance, they are blood suckers. But they have succeeded in creating a false narrative that African American men are violent and should be shot by the police at any little resistance. Imagine a world of Caucasians without video games and medication.....by now we should be on WW10. 1 Like |

Finally thanks WHO. They have taken it to a new level here due to the fast affordable internet in the western world. I know university guys who play video games more than 14hrs daily, no wonder western women are moving abroad in droves to fine their partners. I know a 17yr old chap who plays it for around 18hrs daily. They can’t cook good food, can’t go to the gym, can’t clean and seldom shower, all for some stupid sword or gun battle game. Career / Re: 5 Reasons It Is Better To Work In Lagos Than Abuja by olaboy1: 6:06pm On Mar 22, 2018 |
MiddleDimension: Lagos may be very stressful to live in terms of transport mobility, but the state is making a huge progress in road construction. Food is expensive in Lagos because of the cost of transporting food items from the north, but it’s still manageable. If Lagos state continues on this path, it’s going to compete favorably with all the perks of Abuja planned city. Lagos needs to fix more BRT dedicated lanes and provide more buses. It’s the most lively city in Nigeria so far. One should be able to catch BRT by 1am from Surulere to go clubbing in Festac without any fears. I will still give it up for Lagos because no city in the world is capable of managing over 20m people like Lagos is doing. Both cities have pros and cons. If you are a young upcoming entrepreneur then it’s better to start from Lagos because Lagos prepares you for life. 1 Like |

lexy2014: Read this article and you would understand all developed countries thrive on taxation. See how many times tax comes up in the article. I have not anytime dispute the importance of good management. Pay attention to this quote “Germany—currently running a budget surplus—has no plans to cut taxes, according to Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government. And Singapore—running a surplus this year and looking at a roughly balanced budget next year—is proposing a significant tax increase“. https://www.forbes.com/sites/beltway/2018/02/22/what-singapore-and-germany-can-teach-the-us-about-fiscal-policy/#5552b60a65df |

lexy2014: I am not going to argue with you base on sentiment. Germany is having 36b euros excess budget, they are not borrowing or relying on foreign aids. That excess budget is coming from external and internal generated revenue with tax bracket between 20-50%, why have they not reduced taxation with the excess budget. You need to look at this from a wider perspective, the rich people who travel to Dubai and fly private jet around the world are doing so because they are paying meager tax, tax them properly and use the money to develop our country and their trips abroad will reduce. With taxation we can create more middle class and not some overfed billionaires who are thriving because of little or no taxation. When I worked in Nigeria I had more disposable income that I was able to do 2 UK vacations in a year, if I paid 30% I would do maybe 1 and other poor citizens could have free healthcare. Nigeria needs to borrow every year to meet up our poor budget, have you asked yourself why. If your Gowon argument holds true then we don’t need to borrow a kobo. Go back and take a good look at our budget breakdown and see how much was budgeted for education, so in hindsight you don’t need to talk about management. World bank says we feed on $2 per day, while here in Europe we feed on $10-$20per day, I bet you can use this simple information to agree to my previous comment that we need 10-20 times more money than we have today. |

lexy2014: Management or no management, give those western countries our budget to work with and they will all be in penury. Check those countries budget and divide it by the exchange rate of Naira and prepare a table of budget and population and you would quickly realize we need around 10-20 times more of the budget we have today. It doesn’t matter how much managerial skills you have, if your resources are so limited then you can’t do much. |
Travel / Re: Tinubu Square, Lagos: See The 1960 Vs. 2018 Look by olaboy1: 11:10pm On Mar 17, 2018 |
lexy2014: Germany does not export crude oil and they make more money than Nigeria through other derivatives apart from tax. Just like we have oil revenue they too have revenues from car manufacturing, biotechnology, house hold equipment, farming equipment production etc. Our national budget is a meager amount to meet our needs. Either we tax ourselves more and build industries that can produce all we need locally so we don’t spend a large chunk of our national budget buying expensive equipment in dollars. To fight corruption we need billions of dollars to automate the system. How much do you think Microsoft will charge us to integrate all our sectors. Oil is not enough and with Nigeria sitting on just 3.1% of OPEC world oil reserves, it’s not a particular bright future for Nigeria on total reliance on oil. Remember we have the Niger Delta militants that could half our 2.3m bpd with just one uprising. We need to think outside of the box and no I’m not advocating for a higher tax margin for the common man. Those who earn 1m monthly should pay around 30% tax and those who earn lower could pay 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%. We elected some of our corrupt leaders, maybe next time we should look well before we leap. |

lexy2014: Maintenance is the running cost of an establishment. It’s expensive to pay qualified doctors/nurses, drugs and service hospital equipment , and using a 3 bedroom apartment as a case study is too shallow. Maintenance is not just about changing the light bulbs in a decent hospital. We are not talking about private companies here in case you mixed up the argument and yes I’ve seen government bailing out private companies with tax payers money to avoid recession and loss of jobs. I listed those companies because the government gets very high revenue from them and we still pay 30% tax just like Nigerian government gets almost all his revenue from crude oil. Do you still need more clarification or we good? |
Travel / Re: Tinubu Square, Lagos: See The 1960 Vs. 2018 Look by olaboy1: 3:10pm On Mar 17, 2018 |
lexy2014: Exactly. Now with all the listed companies you can see for yourself it cost money to maintain but not much to build. The question is are you willing to pay 30% in tax and get the whole system revitalize. Here in Europe many countries make more money than our crude oil in automobile e.g Benz, Volvo, Peugeot, in selling of war weapons, all home applieances like Electrolux washing machines and dish washers, furniture like IKEA and many many many others and yet some people still have to pay as high as 50% in tax. Every good thing comes at a cost. |
