Blurpy: Everyone has a country that he or she wishes to go to . Mine is UK. The telephone stands, tall buildings, rail system, multiculturalism there and the health system are things I love about UK.
Very correct bro.. i mean debit/credit alert sms fee for the whole of January. Then the second one which is 23 or 25 naira is about the OP using ussd code to buy data/airtime from his bank account. Only person wey get 5,000 naira for account no fit understand this.
envoymedia: Family members of a newborn baby have claimed that the baby was saying "Allah" instead of crying, IGBERETV reports.
A Twitter user, @am_saleem celebrated the baby and stated that "Allah is indeed great". @am_saleem said he was shocked and ''couldn't breath'' after he saw the video on Whatsapp.
The baby has respiratory issue, but they kept standing there rejoicing about the baby not able to breathe well.. if the baby was delivered in a hospital, hopefully the doctors would have done something about that. But i think the poor baby was delivered at home by dkme quack midwives.
Something has really been eating me up, I think I need to share. I'm a young gal of about more than 17, I'm brown, tall, slim, have a long curly hair (I'm from a mixed race - Lebanon and Nigeria), brown eyes and nice lips I'm endowed (no be mouth).
I'm a fresher at UNIZIK. I know I am attractive which I don't deny, I don't boast nor make anyone feel inferior. I have 3 roommates. I respect them cos I'm the youngest amongst them. But they don't seem to get along with me. I have tried everything I Can.
Each time we go out, I'm usually the center of attraction which is not new to me, nothing special. They just hate me. I don't boast. I try 2 look as simple as possible. But guys do come for me and they get jealous.
I have tried talking to them but they said they're fine but deep down I know they don't like me. The other day they intentionally frustrated me, they hid my assignments and burnt a new gown a guy at church got me. I'm tired of all these attitude everyday. I feel lyk taking my life, the hate is much. I didn't make myself. Help me guys!!
Tapout: I had similar experience but mine was in secondary school. The most annoying thing was that it's not like I was open about it oh, I'm a very discreet person so my moves were always subtle but direct. But somehow, It was as if no one knew the girl existed till I started making moves.
henrybangs44: I'm a natural confident guy because our mom taught us to be hard working and earn everything through the rice process. She never allowed us take advantage of situations or people and never look down on anybody.
We are naturally good looking in our family and people always talk about how we are all fine in the house. As a result, almost 70% of conversations we have with people will end up discussing what our parents are giving us that are making us fresh and fine.
But our mom did not like people talking to us that way. She did not teach us how to react to compliments and we are very uneasy whenever this topic comes up in our discussions. I don't even see my self that good looking as people are saying.
I work hard to earn everything the right way, and I'm highly productive but anytime a colleague or team mate talks about my appearance I just lose confidence. I have left a lot of groups and teams because of this. When people start talking to me about it I just don't feel comfortable.
I have a lot of girls and I know I worked hard to get them. But they keep telling me it's just my looks that's giving me their attention without stress but I don't believe that, I believe I work hard to get them.
This is beginning to affect my work. Some people don't believe I got to where I am because of hard work. I have worked so hard and I don't want to be throwing things away simply because of this.
For the fine boys and girls in the house, pls how do you handle compliments without appearing proud and egotistical? How do you handle it without being weird?
dauntless15: I'm not good at maintaining long term relationships, majority of my relationships never survived upto a year because I would be so excited at first and give you all the attention until I get bored and run out of things to do with you, then I stop communicating and at the end it'll feel like you're dating yourself and probably end the relationship yourself.
I have been trying to change the norms but it's not working, I recently got into a new relationship and it's happening again, I really like this one but I don't think this would be enough on the long run, so those who have been in long term relationships, how did you keep the spark alive?
Go on a date regularly. Then discuss about alot of things.
Lenny22: I grew up with a girl in the same neighbourhood from childhood to adulthood, although I'm two years older than her. She looks decent on the outside and she has no scandal to her name so far.
I have done favours for her in the past without an ulterior motive but simply because her elder brother is a close friend.
Recently I asked her out and she agreed but I noticed our conversations was more on her saying she is hungry, broke and bla bla most of the time. I do oblige by sending her money etc.
I began to see the relationship as parasitic and she only texts when she needs something, so I decided to lock up. I stopped giving her stuffs. Recently she told me she had no money on her and I simply told her I'm broke , that I have no money. She decided to block me on WhatsApp.
I don't know if she is trying to play games but I'm not bothered. What can I do to reap a little of what I have sown?
I feel sorry for you bro. This is my own predicament, i told my girlfriend I'll be starting a gas business by june and till then I won't be able to attend to some of her needs because i have to save for the business. Yesterday she posted on her WhatsApp status that val is coming please surprise me with gift.
