I am writing to report a criminal case in disguise as a financial company called LENDHA.
Lendha claims to be a financial company that gives out loans but in disguise teams up with a payment company called REMITA to siphon people's accounts to the last kobo.

October 2020, Lendha approached us to obtain a business loan from them at 7% monthly interest. The interest is too high for a business loan but after deliberations and promises that the interest will be reduced sooner, we agreed to work with them. We processed a 1.5million naira loan and 2 automatic remittance was activated to our 2 Business accounts (Zenith and Access Bank). On the 30th Nov 2020, we received credit of N1,485,000.

On the 30th December, we paid our first installment by transfer but during our second installment, we noticed that they will request for transfer payment and still debit our account through Remita. This continues and we will always write them for a refund but instead they will hold the fund till our next payment which is a breach of agreement, so we demanded 1% charge daily on every early debit or our funds in their custody as they also placed a 1% default charge on late repayment.

We do not have control over the remita, so we decided to stop transfer payment and allow their Remita to debit our account but they called to inform us that the Remita has been stopped, that we can transfer not knowing that it was a fraud statement. We funded our account and made the transfer for the 4th month repayment. 10mins after the transfer, we started receiving debits to a tone of over 600,000 naira done by the same Remita they claimed to have stopped. We started calling them and writing mails to get our refund but no response. We wrote mail instructing them to end and liquidate the loan in the 5th month by collecting all their outstanding and refunding us our balance but they never reply to our mails or take our calls.

This loan tenor is 6 months, to end 30th May 2021 but we requidated the loan on April 30th 2021 but as we speak now, their Remita is still siphoning every dime in our business accounts thereby making it unsafe for us to use in receiving payments from our customers. So far they have debited us a total sum of N2,522,687.5 against their N2,025,000 total repayment

The man asked me to send my account details to him which I did. To my greatest surprise, I got a credit alert of #15,000, the same amount I was going to sell that stuff. The man is an Igbo man judging from the name on his account while I'm a pure Yoruba from Osun state. I still don't know what he looks like or where he lives till today. May God bless you abundantly,sir, if you're seeing this. You're just an evidence that shows good Samaritan still exist.

so, because we're now in Buhari's regime we shouldn't voice out when we're been yelled at or threatened? That's a sign of low self esteem. My boss needs my service that's why he employed me, while I also need the cash. So, nobody is helping anyone here. As long as he/she is not giving me free money, if my boss slaps me, I will return the slap. I might lose the job, but I will be helping the next person he/she employ.

Just like a dream! The wait for payment for almost 6 months was over yesterday evening. If your payment is delayed for months. First go and confirm the status of your account in the bank before going to nmfb.

Why do I need to get an account with them before completing the registration even when I clicked on "I don't want stipend"? It always redirect me to the bank app on play store. Seems like they're just trying to promote their bank app

Pls I need the advice of the public here.
I have been an ET with bank A for about 20 months now at the bank’s head office in a department I don’t like and that doesn’t have a career path. So I’d basically be doing the same thing for years to come. The pay is basically 200k which is quite comfortable monthly. I have tried changing departments within the bank all to no avail. I want to leave the Dept asap so I don’t get stuck there due to age. I’d be 25 later this year.

I started the Entry level recruitment for Bank B a month ago, maybe to start again as an ET probably in a better department with a better career outlook. Right now, I am almost into Bank B’s training school. Bank B pays lower than Bank A, but comes with better perks such as a car. But I’m worried about having to start again and lose 20 months of work experience. The issue is I’d have to be in Training school for some months and collect about 25% of my current salary monthly until TS is over. Also, I don’t know what Dept I’d be posted to assuming I take the Bank B job offer.

What advise can you give me pls?? Also note both banks are in the top four banks in the country.

Should i remain in Bank A and keep trying a change of department or a change of Bank as an experienced hire which is a very slim chance

Well,Jumia has taught me a lesson never to believe anything posted online. If I'm meeting a lady for the first time,I do normally lower my expectations.
