greetings folks, advice is needed, i tried sending money on atm, but the transaction was not successful cos of network, i checked my balance the money was deducted, it was showing in ledger account and the available balance is showing the balance after they deduct the money i intended to send, which was not completed, even the money is not showing on my statement of account since on 2nd, i went to the bank and they are just defending themself with crazy stories, pls what can i do to get my money back. 200k for that matter o. i need advice abeg, or if theres anyone that can help, i will be happy. thanks
