it could happen any were. i am a serving staff of one of the 5 star Hilton resort and spa outside Nigeria. we do experience some difficulties as well, both in power and in some other aspects. even in burj al arab, one of the world 7 star hotel, they do have their own issues. my only problems are some no star hotels in Nigeria who claim 5 star, which i dont no were they get it from |
