ezivision:Because Nigerians worship money. If you use someone's child for money rituals, even that person will hail you when your big car passes. GEJ cannot point to single achievements, yet he's being worshiped. |
tbaba1234:The defence just prevented a certain goal. Lets clap for them on that |
http://linkis.com/SHlSS I think this link is better |
28 minutes in...Korea 0- 0 Nigeria. Suwon live scores. |
I just HATE the horrible word 'Babymama'. These kids will grow up without the full attention of a father, not for any fault of theirs. |
aminho:When? Any links? |
He will cancel the visit last minute. The president hasnt officially visited any Southern state in the past 1 year in office. I stand to be corrected though. |
Until I watch the U17 play, I cannot judge them. The only player I know very well is Rashidat Ajibade, she is very good, and a decent play maker. I watched the England U17 vs Japan, and if that team faces Nigeria, it will be quite easy. They play very physical, full of running gung ho. Brazil and Korea I do not know, although Korea will be tricky but quite beatable. U17 is all about stamina and techniques. If we can get a decent back 5, then we will go far. |
On behalf of JTF, I hereby say to Massob..... gerraaahahia! 48 hours ko, 48 years ni. |
They are shrinking by the day. Sai Baba! Most of the Biafran agitators I met in London are washed up, usually disjointed individuals. The pictures tell a story. |
AZUH:Whats your interest rate? It was previously 8m. Or you just pick a figure based on your mood of the day? |
Et tu India?? No be una fault. Na condition make cray fish head bend. |
GlorifiedTunde:This is why I shake my head at the Biafran agitators. All they want is to simply break away. Break away to what? Do they have a precedence to back up them wanting to be alone? Western Nigeria had all the templates for greatness, with time proven results even up to today. Lagos state is the only state that is generating enough to sustain itself. Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti can all replicate the Lagos template if they have decent leaders. Same has to be said for all of Nigeria though. |
Democracy is starting to take root in Nigeria. We will get there if we can shed hypocrisy. Lets all critisize Buhari and APC where needed, and praise them where needed. |
ShiaMuslim:First, I'm not Sunni. I am a Muslim. Secondly, I believe the 'Mahdi' you're referring to is the Caliph. If so, then offcourse I do not think the Caliph has been born. Or is he hibernating somewhere in Iran? |
I dont like threads like this. No need to single out any tribe, but the Yoruba nation of old was truly exemplary. At a time, Western Nigeria was paying salaries much higher than the federal government. I think the solution will be to go back to regional government. Let Biafrans develop SE to the envy of the rest of Nigeria first, SS do the same, and watch the North also get dragged along. The current system is dysfunctionally lazy. Monthly federal allocations that have made politics easy for the touts in government. The more powerful regional (and state) governments become, the weaker the president will become. When the centre becomes politically weak, then it becomes less attractive to occupy. Hausas can even have the federal government for as long as they want, as long as States are developing rapidly. This is the only way to bring back good governance to Nigeria. With good governance, ALL tribes will behave themselves. |
Who is 'Imam Mahdi'?? |
Although I am fully with Buhari, but I think he is really underestimating the Fulani scourge. He obviously has a soft spot for herdsmen, but he fails to realise that he is actually alienating many Nigerians by his inactions. |
one man's food is another's poison. She's not funny to me. What messages do companies want to send out by signing her? Or companies should just sign her because '30 million' viewers watch her per week? |
IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE EXPLOSION IN BIU At about 8.15am today a tricycle, known as “Keke NAPEP” unknowingly stepped on an Improvise Explosive Device (IED) planted by the side of Biu -Damboa road close to a military checkpoint at the outskirts of Biu town, Borno State. Unfortunately, the IED exploded instantly killing 4 persons comprising of a woman with her baby and 2 other male adults. Three other persons were injured including a soldier and they were immediately evacuated to Biu General Hospital. We regret to state that the injured soldier also died at the hospital. The general area has been cordoned off and Explosive Ordinance Device (EOD) team from Forward Operation Base (FOB) in Buratai have been mobilized to carryout further search of the area. Preliminary investigations shows that the IED was buried long time ago undetected. It exploded when the tricycle erroneously stepped on it. We commiserate with the families of the victims of this sad incident. This unfortunate development has brought to the fore, the need for more security consciousness and vigilance among all. We would like to reiterate that the explosion would not deter us from seeing to the end of Boko Haram terrorists wherever they might be hiding through our ongoing clearance operations. We want to use this opportunity to solicit for more cooperation from the members of the public to enable us succeed in the fight against the remnants of these criminal elements going by the appellation “Boko Haram terrorists”. Thank you for your kind cooperation. Official account... The enemies of Nigeria will rejoice at any bad news. |
Quick advice needed...my carpenter just stole leftovers of my decking woods. I do not know exactly how many he stole, because I didnt count. I had plans for those woods, and they may be needed for upper floor woodworks. Anyone had similar experience? Should I arrest him? N:B I owe him no kobo even though he has had to redo some works. Please dont advice me to let go, except you're ready to refund some money. Dollar don cost. |
neocortex:You so wish ISIS were the face of Islam, but are quick to dispose off the pastor's action as being individualistic. You try. |
hopeforcharles:*caught I like your logic, now apply that to news of terrorism whenever you hear such, otherwise, you confirm my believe in the evolution of an hypocritical brand of Christianity. One that totally dominates the mugu, while the daddy G.O can do all he likes, with the 'touch not my anointed' phrase at hand for any likely criticism. |
The face of modern Christianity...Pastors raping, immoral sex, etc. Yet, they will still have the mouth to call some people terrorists. Has this pastor not forever terrorised the woman's family? |
In essence, this woman just came out to say her first child is a product of molestation....I wonder where the child is now. |
anonimi:You have evidence of that? Until then, dont engage in beer parlour speculations. |
anonimi:In reality, when was the last time we had a bomb blast in a major city? When was the last reported BH attack? Why are Emirs and people of North East going back to their homes? Security, Buhari has tried. His obvious failing is in handling the Fulani herdsmen, and it is quite understandable that PMB still has a soft spots for his people. |
With all sincerity, Buhari has almost quenched all the major security problems he met. 1. Boko Haram is now confined to a small area inside sambisa. 2. No bomb blasts like before 3. Chibok girl found The ones that are just coming up during his tenure, he hasnt really handled them as I would have expected. e.g Fulani and ND Avengers. Buhari has to do major reforms on the police force, and only then can there be a real change. For now, he is patching things. |
If it is illegal for Fulanis to have assault rifles, who made it legal for Agatus? Buhari must lay down the laws fast. It is scary for people to have plenty assault rifles because the police is not doing its job. |
Funny that the first act to dissociate the girl from Islam is to remove the niqab, and then start shifting her clothes off her shoulder. By the last pix, the lady had suddenly turned to be wearing a boobtube. I believe Christianity does not support nudity as well. Whoever forced the lady into Islam should be prosecuted accordingly. |
Fayose gives a paltry 2.5Million naira to local hunters with no authority, while Ambode gives cars and bikes to help Police operations. One is a working governor, the other is a hero to wailers. |
Fayose is a tactless leader. He should go and learn from Oyo state. Hunters have been protecting Oke Ogun for almost 10 years now, with government support, with no implicative videos like this. |
