Just wondering. Is dia no app available that can integrate the memory card so that the phone will see it as the RAM their by increasing the RAM and addressing the issues some Peeps are raising here.

Make sure ur software version is the one dat supports WIFI. U could cross check on

Why not use a flash? But if u most, go to Crosat.us and download SRT LOADER. Dat's what u use on pc for software upgrade.

Its only 4940 dat can be paired with a mytv card. Why would u want to pay for mytv when you have all the equivalent channels on FTA on 60/90cm for that matter?

Dinobenson: u the best,kind of have a problem with mytv.i'm using srt4653,while my friend is using 4669.we have been asked to upgrade to 4675,because of that i can no longer view those pay stations,the most painful aspect of it all is that i didnt enjoy this month's subcribtion at all!!! And i've answered u before on the strong receiver thread. When u ask a question, try and read backwards to see if the question has been answered.

olenyi: Dia's no way out. Either u get the recommended receiver or 4940. Dat's the only receivers dat can work for paid mytv channels. Why not apply for upgrade to mytv. Call dia customer care and request to be assigned an upgrade code which when u receive it, u can approached any participating dealer around ur area for a new receiver at under #8000.

That is Amos 5 @ 17'e right? Its possible. But to get stable signal on the Ait/daarsat channels, it's advisable to go for 90cm if possible. Track with 11881 v 27500. Try and get the highest signal % possible. Then blindscan. It's a little above multi tv/ joy tv position. Get joy tv with 12.523 v 19531 first, then input the above freq and raise ur dish a little up and to the right while standing at the back of the dish.

upright2010: @all kindly help, i tracked dstv with 12245h27500 and got 93% on my strong rx but when i connected it to dstv rx the channels were freezing. Pls what do i need to do.

Reconnect ur strong and make sure the ''v'' freq's as well as the ''h'' freq's are all shooting well. Tweak the lnb a little. Dat should solve the problem.

gabon: hello gurus, please I need assistance. I wanna loop out LNB signal frm my strong decoder unto my DSTV. how possible can I do that cos there is no way I could run a cable from a dual LNB into the building because its have a tiled wall and I cant crack the walls to penetrate cable.

Ur proposition is not possible. Are u tired of paying for Dstv? If yes, disconnect the cable from the Dstv setup and use it for strong. But if u want to use the two at the same time, then go run another cable thru the window or ceiling or something. Regards.

The rx is just like any other rx and can be used for anything FTA. Just dat mytv made it in such a way dat it doesn't have patch updates, thus making it useless for future modifications if u understand what I mean. It's more or less made to cater mainly for mytv subscribers.

The pairing is done so u can't use the smart card on any other receiver. Just like Dstv. The smart card is married to one receiver for life.

How many dishes are u using? Do u have a dish pointed at 17'e for stations like rdv, oromiya, stv, ait, etc. If not, then u don't expect to pick those channels. Get in touch with ur installer or do it urself if u feel confident enough. Get a 90cm for good signal and track with 11881 v 27500. A little bit above multi tv. And blindscan.
