Change the lnbf. My candid advice. Just to rule it out. i believe its a dual view lnbf. Just change it or use another one to test ur set up. one of the port might be faulty for all we know. Dat the HD is working well doesn't rule out any fault wit the second port. Or as i suggested earlier, interchange the lnbf wires just to be sure

can u state ur location. Or better still, look for the main multichioice office around ur place or a multi choice SUPER DEALER OFFICE, not dis ordinary dealers or retailers. They will attend to u promptly and efficiently. In situations like this, these retailers may not be able to help u. It might a reset of the xtra view settings. In Enugu for instance, dia's a multichoice office and also a super dealer office dat attends to customer complaints. Hope u find this helpful.

If the machine gets to work perfectly at dia office but freezes wen u get home, i suggest u change the LNBF and also discard all the wires and get new wires and re-wire the whole set-up. From the dish to the com-port (rf in, rf out)wires. Hope it helps.

Also if it boils down to changing the dash and all dat, we live in a global village now. Why not try out ebay and orderbay.com. U might be suprised at the rock bottom prices u get for a whole lot of stuffs. Still my 2 cents.

Why not look for one of these major auto dealers, or auto body shops and inquire from them. Though am not dat vast in auto repairs but i tink i've heard of the HONDA PLACE for honda car's (dont know if the place is still operational ), COSCHARIS for land rover, range rover, BMW, etc, ANNAMCO for mercedes benz and so on. Ask around, maybe one of such for toyota cars might exist in nigeria. My 2 cents.

Though dis is not the correct tread 4 ur question. Anything lass than 2.4 meter up, is an exercise in futility.

@olofofo. Pls your expert advice is urgently needed. I've been using dstv card with paid subscription and split among three 63x with RJ232. But since 3 months now it has refused to split. What do you advice i do to get the card to split again. Thanks

just finished diseqc-ing one today. the picture and audio are ok. but its a bit clumsy unlike wat we've come to expect from strong-technologies.

I wanted to diseq two dish but I was surprised that when I went to the installation menu of my 4329, then select disec 1.0 but I didnt see any option for committing the diseq. I wonder if it is a bug from strong. If not, how can one install diseq to srt 4329. Thanks.

after selecting the diseqc type, press ok. the diseqc port numbers will pop out. cheers

@ all pls help. my three 63x shared wit rs232 for dstv are having 1.70p but the two slaves dont show all the channels. no sports channel and the others that show are randomly selected. how do i make them show all the channels as the master. pls i need your help
