you've already used nepa current to charge for almost 4 days so it's okay charging with generator...... When u buy a new phone the phone already have some bar charges so you just charge it full with nepa current and the essence is due to the stable flow of the nepa current to small generator.

I'm not getting your reply wrong, giving a ranges of 5m - 300m for just a room self contain is extremely ridiculous

Excluding the land ownership, pls just have between 5million to 300million. To build house now isn’t an easy thing. House building has many factors attached to it.
1) site location- the amount you’ll use in building a house around Surulere in Lagos wont be the same with the one in Oke-Bola in Ibadan or Choba in Rivers State.

2) Land terrain- If your terrain is water logged, be prepared to spend a lot of money for foundation. And by the way, you can even spend from 300k to 1M for borehole water drilling and installation.

3) Cost of materials- what kind of materials do you intend to use.

4) Design-both interior and exterior

5) Area- How secured, porous, motorable, etc is it
And many more.
Don’t mind those telling you 700-1.5m. Only if you want to erect a muddy house.

do you read the op post before you comment? Are you saying he's going to spend 300m to build self contain?

Note that I have done all the ffgs to no avail:

clear Google playstore cache n data
Change the Google account
Stop auto update..
Factory reset the second time..yet its same

if there's any system update on ur phone then maybe u should try download the update and install the update package

We started with paxful 5 years ago. It was so peaceful. I remember some of my trades back then up to 15k$ no issues at all. Things have really changed. Nothing last forever, I can still remember those who bought their Sim cards when it's 20k now can you imagine telecommunications agents begging people to have the same sim cards freely or even been sold out for just N50, funny enough those who bought at high price back then are not been treated with special offers.

Strange?? No!!

it's not due to untiled bathroom, this kind of spiders can be found in houses built in new site area, I've seen this type of spider and killed severally in a house which is fully tiles and which I always spray the whole house with insecticide generally so it's not about dirtyness
