KingSatan:
"They discussed what the government of Antigua and Barbuda could do to aid the release of Leah Sharibu".

What else can they do than donate to your secret stash?

Are you expecting them to wage war against NIGERIA?

FREE MONEY FOR RENO-O-MOCKERY (I always wondered how he got the money to fund his trips).

Unfortunately, most Nigerians still underestimate the power of crowdfunding. They don't know that it is the strategy most of their pastors used in buying jets.

Boko Haram is rampaging the North East, Russia is selling Kalashnikov's and praying that the insurgency never ends.

Toyota is praying the insurgency never ends so they keep making more HILUX Trucks.

NGO's are springing up here and there, to enjoy their own share of the insurgency money. Ever wondered why they pay more and recruit weekly?

Politicians are investing heavily in terrorism because of the high return on investment. If you invest 2,000,000 Naira hiring 10 AK47 Riffles for 1 week at 200,000 Naira each. Recruit 20 illiterate Locals and promise to pay them 200,000 each for a single successful operation, train them for 2 weeks and deploy them to Kaduna Abuja expressway.

Total Expenditure

2,000,000 for Ammunition
4,000,000 for Salaries
1,000,000 for Bullets
1,000,000 Miscellaneous

Total: 8,000,000

Using Alhaji Umar Addo's daughter as case study. Where He paid $15,000 For her release

If they succeed in Kidnapping 20 Victims and 10 pays $15,000 each while the other 10 Dies (Risk). Convert $15,000 to Naira using 370 as exchange rate (Black Market) = 5,550,000 each.

Multiply 5,550,000 by 10 = 55,500,000

After Paying salaries and expenses of 8,000,000 = 47,500,000

Other Expenses like settling chiefs, local vigilantes and other locals might take like 7,000,000.

You are left with 40,000,000 NAIRA IN JUST 2 WEEKS!

THAT IS GOOD BUSINESS

ITS A DOG EAT DOG SITUATION MY FRIEND

Politics › Re: Nigerian Naira Fast Becoming The Weakest Currency In Africa by olisaEze(m): 9:56am On Sep 20, 2019
Cutealexio:
Currency is really not a determinant to strong economy.
Take South Korea, Japan, Vietnam as examples. Infact it's encouraged that countries should devalue their currencies and this is why China devalued Yuan. Devaluing Currency may seem counter-intuitive, but a strong currency is not necessarily in a nation's best interests. A weak domestic currency makes a nation's exports more competitive in global markets, and makes imports more expensive. It also boosts exports, shrink trade deficits and reduces sovereign wealth bondage. In quote weak currency is an advantage to any country willing to export more than imports. Just my view
Right you are! Unfortunately, our export activities are more or less concentrated on crude oil. And even that is fraught with massive fraud against the Nigerian people.

Please can the federal government of Nigeria enforce a level playing ground? Once you live above your means, you will be called to question by the authority. It will drastically reduce corruption in this country. President Buhari has what it takes ...

Is romance a Nigerian thing? undecided I'm mainly on this section of the forum because really, I don't care about "Naija affairs" or I'd be in another section where such discussions are held.
Nope it isn’t, but you could just be on another forum entirely and get d same satisfaction. Preferably, one hosted by your countrymen. I’d miss some of ur sarcasm tho, but if it’d give u peace as our exodus has given ur fellow countrymen, so bi it undecided

Most of you guys didn't read the story. He didn't defend the teacher, he only flayed the Civil Defense for not making investigation before concluding a rape case.
It’s statutory rape when you have carnal knowledge of a minor, according to our constitution.

But then, the constitution of the north & south has never been the same. How do u think this would have gone down if it was an Emir’s daughter?
Celebrities › Re: 'Happy 43rd Birthday To Linda Ikeji' - Kemi Olunloyo by olisaEze(m): 11:31am On Sep 19, 2019
festacman:
Dear Kemi, please I know you are trying to get back at Linda Ikeji for becoming wealthy by gossiping about other people's lives but if gossip journalism is not your calling you won't blow no matter how hard you tried. You see, life has a way of 'compensating' bold pioneers in unexplored endeavours by giving them iconic success before others join. That's the grace Linda enjoys. So leave her alone.

Stick with your investigative journalism and rebuild your reputation. But I will advise you to stop being erratic and completely quit destroying your reputation further by unnecessarily pleading Post-Taumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) at the least opportunity. That's self-destruct! You sound intelligent with some valuable experience. You have what it takes to build high profile covert collaborations with DSS, FIB, Interpol and attract funding. However, your unstable behaviour is a huge thumb down for a serious investigative journalist.
Mi broda, all u have just written is the unreserved truth!

But ure preaching to the choir! That lady has gone beyond redemption! Wetin remain na to nekid enter market dey select nylon for ground! grin

What a waste of resources ur parents have done for ur education! They should have just used the money & time spent to play kalokalo! cheesy

Can u imagine a university in America in the 40s & 50s inviting don Bonano or Lucky Luciano to speak on unionism? Instead of killing Anini, they should have sent him on a grand tour of our universities to speak on security! Foolish generation ruining the next forever!!
