raumdeuter: Chelsea fans will be calling Pep a fraud yet chasing his assistant
Pep is the biggest name and most impact full coach in epl history
How many Ferguson boys even became successful coaches
EPL don almost turn to Pep and sons More like Pep Guardiola and Co Meanwhile, have you noticed that every Chelsea player is always better than other players when compared individually but not great as a collective or when it's time to show winnings. For instance, Palmer is better than Foden, Fofafa is better than Ake, James is better than Walker. Yet in another argument, Sterling is a world class player helping Pep to dominate EPL. Same world class Sterling came to Chelsea and became the most hated and top class flop. Then they claimed the players at city are doing well because of the system created by Pep, yet Pep is a fraud #Fraudiola! |

Why doesn't he go down quick to make quick stops. I just don't get it. See the goal he conceded today. Near post and between legs 🤮🤮🤮

Kilishihunter: Omo cancelo dey cook ooh Man doing all he can to impress Flick All the crosses and dangerous play from Sevilla is coming down his flank. Barcelona should not sign him. We need players who'll be astute in their primary duties; A goal keeper stopping shots and making saves, a defender defending well and keeping his position, a striker scoring goals. All the secondary attributes could be talked about later. Cancelo should go! |

OhBritannia: Sacking xavi is the best decision Barcelona has made in years. This is the first time a club will be signing a new coach and opposition teams are already afraid.
I have always said this that we have one of the most dangerous squad in the world but what we lack is a good coach. I see flick staying in this club for many many years, you might think i am kidding but kid will do to Spanish league the way Manchester City has done to the premier league and he will get Barcelona several uefa champions league trophies back to back and back to back and back to back. I said it few weeks ago that the reign of Madrid in Spain and Europe is over and Barcelona with this squad will soon take over and i ain't even capping, this is not over confidence, i am telling you that Barcelona is back and Europe about to feel the rise of the catalan Tigers.
When i said that mbappe won't win the balloon d'or and laliga and uefa champions league even if he goes to Madrid and stay for 6 years, this is what i am talking about, This season's laliga is the last madrid will win in Atleast 6 years from now. Mark my words and screenshot this. Hahaha.....Oh Britannia!!!! It's a funny/great read but I'll take solace from the fact that in 2022 you wrote a longer missive and you were mocked for it as well. People called you different names when you said Argentina will still win the World cup despite losing to Saudi in the first game. You were so damm sure. I remember after the win Vs Australia you said it was a done deal and Argentina will go on to win it. With all that said, what you have here is really funny not gonna lie. Oh Britannia!!! 😂

Na Xavi attitude and him talk talk dey make the thing worse each day. I can remember the animosity fans had for Koeman with each and every interview the man had in his final season before his sack.
Xavi worse so tey him go blame grass. Imagine team wey Araujo go calm down talk that nonsense after what he did. If na Koeman, you think say that yeye man no go call him name 150 times for interview for losing that match. Him get lucky say Xavi no get spine. Xavi was just trying to please players and it back fired so bad. I wish him well for the future though... |

lordfalcao: are you just mentioning coaches for mentioning sake or what.
Is it nagglesman under contract with Germany.
Is it insazghi a more defensive coach
So you will pick a 61 year old gaspereni, why not go and get mourinho back.
The only notable name here is amorin, who is still not a top coach. Lol, Inzaghi is not defensive at all. He's very adaptable like Anceloti. That he's playing 3-5-2 doesn't make him defensive. Motta tried to explain this thing. He said you can be ultra defensive in a 4:3:3 and be ultra attacking in a 5:3:2. Inzaghi is a top/modern coach, Gasperin is also good! |

Awesome01: I don't think Flick will cause Stegen much worry. Why? Because he always invites same Stegen to play in the German National team when was their coach.
What I expect is that Stegen will sit-up cause he knows Flick will not take Bullsit from any player. Flick, Negelsman these guys do not rate Stergen...Even when Neur was not in good form and Stergen was killing it in Laliga, Flick still kept using Nuer. Neur is almost 40 now, got injured and was out for almost a year, still came back and be #1 under Negalsmaan. If Emi was from Germany, Neur for don chop bench same way Kahn chop bench for Lehman with both in the twilight of their career but Lehman was still showing top form. I don't expect Flick to bench him immediately but if he doesn't go down quick and stop shots, he'll be dropped. Flick no too rate am! |

khingTony: In as much as I don't like the way Xavi was treated, I feel it's what is best for the club, if you want to be successful as a business man, you don't put emotions and sentiments first, you do what is best for your business regardless of how bad you'll feel afterwards.
Xavi is a good coach but he is not what we need at the moment, Xavi lacks tactics and ideas, most of the time, individual brilliance makes up for him and other times, individual mistakes hangs him, but in all, we need a coach that tactically win games.
We keep talking about the Barcelona DNA but I think that's what brought us to this rabbit hole that we find ourselves in at the moment, we don't have and cannot afford the quality to play the 'Barcelona' way anymore, sadly though.
What I care about right now is results, if we win the champions League while playing 'haram' football, I don't mind anymore because the embarrassment on European nights has been too much to bear
I support the dismissal of Xavi even though I like him, but he's not the sort of coach that can lead us anywhere, yes, he won La Liga in his first season but that was it! That was all! We got beaten by A Manchester United team that Sevilla trashed in the Europa League, that's poor, very poor!
We move! and while at it we'll get to witness what the new manager has for us
🔵🔴 Love this, another good piece! 👍 |

Kilishihunter: Tbh I'm actually surprised he snubbed Chelsea with more money and a better salary package than us, I also read Bayern held talks with him about coming back, For him to wait for the squad even after laporta begged xavi to stay and also accept a mere 1+1 optional contract when the minimum is 2 years is kinda suspicious, maybe he sees something in this team we're not seeing or maybe he feels this could be his best chance to land another top profile job after being without work for long, remember laporta wanted him at first before he moved to Germany though the financial situation was much worse, I'll looking forward to see what he has to offer but I'm also cautious To be clear, I wanted Xavi gone in a respectful way, not this fashion but that's in the past now because he's gone anyways. I was a confam Xavi out but not this way, no, not this way. Meanwhile, talking about caution, yeah any rational person should be cautious about new appointments because it comes with uncertainties. So, like you I'm also very cautious with Flick. Personally, only the appointment of Pep, Enrique and Klopp would've given me the utmost confidence but we have Flick now and I'm very pleased with him. Time will tell! |

Vischy: Not entirely his faults when Barca is thin on budget. He sincerely tried though. It's true and you're right.... He tried but at Barca trying isn't enough. Same way you berate arsenal for sticking with Arteta is same way you'll denigrate us if we stick with Chavi for too long with nothing to show. You said Atrtea won't last that long at Chelsea, zero chance Xavi is staying more than what he's done here without trophies and good play style. This is Barca ooo. This is Barca, not arsenal, not Chelsea. It was time to go and I'm glad he's gone but Laporta handled the situation like an aging grandma suffering from amnesia. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by oliverano: 1:26pm On May 24, 2024 |
Kilishihunter: With all being said laporta handled this xavi situation in the worst possible way Now he'll not only be blamed for only Messi and koeman 's departure but xavi's too, I feel bad and im really grateful to him for bringing out of the trenches to be able to at least compete titles, Gracias Legend But then sentiments have to be dropped aside for the greater good of the club, Xavi for all his goodwill and ambition had reached the end of the road with the squad concerning experience and sentiments, sentiments is the reason why we have only 5 UCL titles today Hopefully any non performing player or deadwood would be shown the door or benched for the more hungry ones Bienvendo Hansi Flick 🔵🔴 You've summarised our current situation! |
