Political clout ko, political cloud ni. Politics is local, the failure of PDP to have structures at ward levels is what has been costing them from getting this state since 2003. APC is present in every ward, the members of the communities are the member of the party at the ward level, so it becomes very easy for a party like APC to sell their candidate to even the man that has no TV or Radio. How many wards in Lagos state is PDP present, how many times a week do they meet. If you don't have a strong structure in Lagos you can't win elections.
