Please allow me send a dm. Please, I need a vital info from you. I'm reachable here 07067483508 slimdel91: Apply for key distributor for any FMCG products from brand like Nestlé, viju, cocoa cola & any popular brand you may think of which products are known already. Have it in mind that your target market is Lagos although they might give you areas to cover, but diversion is allowed as a smart distributor. Hire someone with experience in sales, focus on major market e.g Lagos Island market etc. Put in place proper accounting $ auditing. As a business man, hoard fast selling goods and selling with more profit during peak period. You must pay attention to figures, 50,100, 150 naira added to your goods can give you millions if you know figures. Incentives from these companies nko? FYI cocoa cola do pay my company up to 7- 10M monthly rebate excluding operational expenses oooo.
So invest in distributorship business although getting the distributorship no be Beans but if you get right connect and give these brand results, trust me it pays.

Moneyboyz: I did that last year, they said they are not taking any new applications, instead they referred me to some large distributor in the area. Your money may be too small for them, they are always taking applications from big investors |

The man will later sell the house TheBillyonaire: From the points you raised, you have a good heart and also have the resources to expand your wealth. Whenever ever you experience constriction, do the opposite - Expand!
I know you mentioned that he wants 3-Bedroom Flat and wants to move in as early as February. Do not allow yourself to be manipulated. ASk him to be patient because you have a better plan for him.
Do some research on your State Capital or your Husband's Capital and and convince your husband to help out too because this is an opportunity to own a little more real real estate. Buy cheap land at the sub-urban that could be useful for you or your kids in the future and build a 3-Bedroom bungalow which he will move him and when he translates, the house is yours.
Ignore the idea of rent if you can afford to build a simple 3-Bedroom and tell him you are building a house for him, the news will restore his pride and yours and shut the lips of the naysayers and also buy him sometime to enjoy the village.
As for his Electric Pole business, it is a good idea, but he can start with Block Making business after the house is complete, there is a chance he can get back on his feet with it. |

Smartdoctor: I actually put over 2m on my new jaiz account and I noticed this jaiz bank is no different from other criminal banks in Nigeria as this guys charge me 50 for every transaction that comes to my account irrespective of the amount. And the worse part is that, this jaiz bank will charge me 100 for recharge card I purchase using my account. I've returned my money to my formal Biko. JazakumuLLAHU Khair and jumaat Mubarak jaiz bank is not different from conventional bank in their modus operandi, imagine someone invested 7 million for 90 Days only for him to be paid dividend of 101k. The worse of it all was when it's Twitter account was contacted over the transaction, without any enquiry as to which business was the money invested in, as if there's a fixed percentage for any money invested for mudorabah, he replied the dividend of 101k was correct. There I just concluded that there's is no shariah compliance in their way of operation at all. No difference from conventional bank |

I thought respect for elders is sacrosanct in those parts?
After I watched one short video where a guy pulled a jiu jitsu move on someone in the street and killed him cold, I made the decision to by all means avoid fights, brawls and altercations.
Also, though unpopular, I do not meddle in people's fights or try to be peace maker, every adult has the faculty to choose between right and wrong. So if an adult chooses to go into a rage, hell no way I'm playing UN.
Same thing with a woman in an abusive relationship, except you expressly call for my help, I'll never be caught doing the work of onyeoma Eliza.

15thAccount: Hey, I don't know if you'll ever see this, as there are many posts before mine, but i was a similar boat as yours, I graduated with a third class about 3-4 years ago and this was after 3 extra years. I graduated with no skills and no experiences, inferiority complex and social anxiety. I was learning animation for a while before I decided to go into tech. Even though tech is stressful, the growth is exponential, even compared to what you see in other industries, you'll probably earn in your first year what others in industries like banking or insurance earn after 2 to 3 years.
You'll say your salary as a developer on nairaland and it'll cause fight, because many Nigerians cannot fathom how someone will earn that kind of money in this economy. Nobody will believe you. so basically tech gives you the potential to earn unbelievable salary lmao.
People outside of tech don't understand and think about guys telling you "let me build a website for you 10k". That's not the tech industry i'm talking about. on average junior devs earn about 150k to 350k here in Nigeria every month, If its a foreign Job, its about 1000 - 2000 dollars every month.
My Advice. Pick up a laptop and do your research of how to go into tech, learn necessary skills like HTML and CSS and Javascript and a backend language, It would probably take you a year to be comfortable (I learnt for about a year or two, before getting my first role). Developers are in high demand in Nigeria, because many experienced developers go on to work for foreign companies remotely, so many Nigerian firms need to constantly hire devs to replace them.
This is the only advice I can give now, because it worked for me and I don't regret, I still feel some inferiority complex and social anxiety gathered over the years while i was in school due to the consistent F9's and my broke state (seriously broke all those years). But I generally feel a lot better than I did, I've made some worthwhile friends, I'm very comfortable and I feel I have a direction which I never felt all my days in school. Of course I also pray, so God is very involved too. If you are an atheist, know that I have a lot of agnostic friends who are doing quite well (them boku for tech), but I know that personally, I couldn't manage without God.
If you're serious about this and want to give this a shot, quote me and I'll give you a roadmap or possible roadmaps you can follow to get your first tech job. Its not easy at all(you'll have to learn algorithms and data structures and read a lot of theory) but its very worth it. Need to reach you please |

With 2:1, you may be jobless. Don't do PGD!!! Learn I.T, or become a marketer for dealers of FMCG. Just apply and ensure you meet the dealer in person, promise him a better turnover, you will thank me later. But attitude matters in everything. Change your mindset and assume you are not a graduate.
