Notwithstanding, I do not see any blame in you, you did nothing wrong, it's just ur nature and you need a choleric counterpart for compatibility sake. Your boyfriend was right on d compatibility issue and I like his openness. He may have also thought of how people would say that the wife is more emotionally balanced than d husband who call himself a man...you know people don't understand the psychic behind compatibility.. it's what they know by African culture they'll always say. What do you expect in a country where even the president sees religion superior to his patriotic responsibility of securing Nigerian lives. Just in South Africa, he could not call up for a negotiation as early as possible despite having stronger military than south Africa, he had to wait over a month before he could decide. Within that one month, south Africans achieved killings, dominations and even came back to ask for forgiveness.. can u imagine, all in 3 weeks+. The mumu did not do anything. A former military head was assassinated, up till now he's not demanding an investigation report.

The groom has my kind of instinct; inconspicuousness with the best evidence.. I like it. Although if na me, I won't bother to tie the knot with her and then embarrass myself shortly after reception. I will just get copies of the clip, send one to her father, one to her mother, like 3 more to her family members as pre-wedding videos and photo shots, then if they do not say anything; perhaps they've not watched it, I will go to registry as planned but before the wedding begins, I'll play the clip so everybody can go home early.

2. You are born again but engaged in sinful indulgence.
3. You are yet to be filled with the Holy Spirit. The baptism with the Holy Spirit puts a stamp of ownership of God upon your life. God from that moment takes personal responsibility to protect you.
4. You are not prayerful especially in tongues.
5. You are not committed to the advancement of the kingdom of God. You go to church whenever you like. You are not involved in any activity department. Not a tither and not a giver. How would you explain how miles Munroe crashed in a plane with his family? He lacked the holy spirit? Or he wasn't praying in tongues? Or he goes to church whenever he likes?

You've even diverted the topic. It's one thing to be spiritually mature that evil powers would have a hard time getting you, it's another thing for them to disappear in fear at your arrival cuz they know you are on the offensive side as did Elijah before Baal.

At least you watch Nollywood. When you find yourself in a situation where there are custodians of evil powers in ur family (witchcraft or consulting babalawo etc) and are responsible for your misfortunes or a Yahoo family member has used ur undies while you're drying up. If you can pray for them as you die on, honestly I will commend you and tell the world about you..

Viewing his points with fairness, he's right! His reason is also similar with why deeperlife church too do not celebrate it.

However, everybody has d right to believe what he/she wants. As for me I choose to agree with what he said; that Christmas is not mentioned in the Bible and no specific date was mentioned for Jesus' birth. Notwithstanding, despite being chosen by d Romans, the date or name has no significance with my belief, what I'm particular about is that a day is set aside for the celebration of the birth of the Savior of the world. Whichever day in d year it could ever be, it is worth celebrating. It's the reason for the celebration I'm concerned about, not the name nor the date. Unlike Islam, Christianity which is new testament belief is not frantic about dates and routine rites except the old orthodoxies such as Catholics..

It's also a day for deep reflections on the purpose of Jesus' birth and wining a soul for him on that day isn't bad.
