Had my IELTS UKVI general on the 12th of this month and I can't still get my result. Made several calls and emails to them. They were just giving silly excuses. Has anyone experienced this and what action did you take. Thanks.

I need your advice on this I took my IELTS for UKVI General Training test but there have been a delay in the result going into 2weeks after writing the exam. Is this normal of them or it's the normal process. Thank you.
