uzomakanaki:
Fellow nairalanders, please I need advice from matured minds in this group.

I'm in a two year relationship with my woman, we're both working. I'm 34 while she's 27. My montly salary and commision is over 200k with other side hustle i do that bring in funds for me, i also just got a car i want to register with bolt/uber to still bring in funds in my free time.

My fiancee on the other hand is earning 75k monthly. I take good care of her needs and makes sure she doesn't lack anything I can afford.

We both plan to settle down by December.

Sometimes last month she missed her period, after the test we discovered she's 5 weeks pregnant.

I'm against abortion because of the dangers involved in the aftermath, i suggested she keep the baby while I come and see her family and do some necessary things before the main wedding. But she insisted in aborting the baby, reason being that she can't be pregnant and be working. Unless I place her on a monthly salary.

She has aborted the baby and had complications because of the quack nurse that performed the abortion. I spent a lot to make her back on her feet

I'm gradually losing interest in the relationship cos that single act of her. I've kept this to myself.

I just need advice on how to handle this. Cos I'm already fed up with her with her recent disrespect and the way she talks to me anyhow even in public.
Your fiancée just murdered a human being, may be we should start from there

Take your vanity preaching to your church. You weren't asked to flex with him. Get money or die poor!

Yes he did..the Pentecostal movement in Africa in the 70s was birthed after the ministry of Idahosa. Go and study history. Dont expose ignorance here.
I guess you don’t want to learn but want to fight with your statement but sorry you miss me and we’ll check this and find out.
Joseph Ayo Babalola
It was formally established in 1941 after a split from the Apostolic Church which the original Aladura organization (Faith Tabernacle) had invited to Nigeria. Its growth was led by Joseph Ayo Babalola, a road construction driver who became its founder.

True Talk! But the most surprising thing is that Archbishop Idahosa who started formally the Pentecostal Movement is not given to this manner, he will not castigate the way this mini later day jesuses, who believe that without them no person will make heaven; only them and their families are good see God.
Finally the prophetic ministry should form thier own body or movement instead of joining forces with who will ask who is your father in the Lord.

He didn’t start the Pentecostal movement pls.

Family / Re: My Wife Is A Thief & Greedy: My One-Month Marriage About To Crash by oluwafemim(m): 10:49pm On Jan 31, 2020
COWBOYFAN:
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

I just had a traditional wedding earlier this month. I'm not based in Nigeria. I provided all the finances for the wedding before I arrived Lagos. Everything listed to be bought for the wedding I provided all. To my surprise wedding that was suppose to take place in a hall had to take place in a cramped sitting room. No food, no drinks, no DJ etc. What did they use the funds for? I don't know. I asked questions and no answers given. To be fair to her family members, I didn't give money directly to her parents or siblings. I gave the funds to my wife to be.

Surprisingly on the day of the small wedding, her uncle was accusing me of not providing money to organize the wedding properly. My heart sank. I look in the direction of my wife to be and couldn't believe what just came out of her uncle's mouth. Whereas I provided money for everything. The wedding prayers went ahead and we were joined together.

After the dry wedding ceremony I began to ask questions but my new wife couldn't give me explanation. Fast forward to last week I was looking for money I kept in my drawer and couldn't find it. I decided to just keep quiet and watch. I set another trap. I had some US Dollars in my wallet and exposed the money for her to see. I went to the shower and lo and behold my new wife removed the dollars from my wallet. I got dressed after shower and we went outside to go somewhere together as my driver was in the car waiting. As we were going, I opened my wallet and saw the dollars gone. I blew a whistle right there and she denied it. I asked driver to return home. I had my parent and siblings at home on that day but I can bet my life on them. I told them what's going on. My new wife was all over the place and shaken. I refused to talk to her. I confided in my mother and explained how I set the trap for my wife. Surprisingly my wife started making moves. She planted the money all over the place which I saw as she was doing. I pretended I didn't see her. I refused to talk to her. All of a sudden she confronted me and attacked me that I suspected her to be the one who stole my money. She started saying she stoop so low to allow herself to be ridiculed in the presence of my family. I confronted her with evidence and she began crying and blaming devil. She has done series of money infractions that I couldn't list here. She fights me for money on daily basis since we got married. No money ever enough.

This is a woman that I gave a car to already and spent so much on to be comfortable. I just bought her another car to be given to her on her birthday. On the day she stole the dollars I had just given her 100,000 naira pocket money for the week. She's been crying and begging for two days saying it won't happen again. She has refused to eat.

Here is the bombshell I just confirmed she's now three weeks pregnant. I can't trust my life with her at this juncture. I'm leaning towards divorce. I'm too scared to be with her. She's too greedy.
Thiefing stuff is in your wife base on your story o , she is a possessed thief ; if you don’t do something about this, just be planning your ....... God forbid

Car Talk / Re: 14 Fun Facts You Should Know About Toyota Camry by oluwafemim(m): 8:08am On May 13, 2019
AUTOJOSH1:

Toyota Camry is so dear to most Nigerians and the world at large. You don’t need a rocket scientist to tell you why; you can see a lot of them on our Nigerian roads.

If you’re not above 37 years old and you’re reading this post, just know that Toyota Camry is not your mate. It has been in existence since 1982.

Initially, the Camry cars produced were all compact in size, which we can refer to as narrow-body. As time went by, they graduated to mid-size which can be referred to as wide-body.

Over the years, the Camry has worn the crown as the best-selling vehicle in some of the countries they are found. It is a car is known for its reliability.

Below are 16 fun facts about the Toyota Camry

1. In 1983, Toyota faced a very stiff competition from the Honda Accord; they had to replace the aging Corona sedan with the new Camry.

2. The name Camry comes from the Japanese word for “crown“. Which is a phonetic transcription of a Japanese word, “Kanmuri”

3. The first Camry had four-cylinder engine that was capable of coughing out 92 horsepower.

4. The second generation Camry which was redesigned was introduced in 1987. It came with a 115 horsepower four-cylinder, and a V6 engine option followed in 1988.

5. Toyota Camry is liked by many Nigerians. The number of ‘Tiny lights’, ‘big daddies’, ‘muscles’, ‘spiders’ you see on our Nigerian roads will support this statement.

6. In May 1980, Toyota proposed entering a joint venture with Ford so that its Camry would be manufactured at a Ford factory and sold through the sales channel of both brands. The proposal didn’t work out as planned because Ford deemed Camry to be in competition with a model it was developing. The negotiation ceased in July 1981.

7. The country of Manufacture of a Toyota Camry can found by looking at the first character of the VIN; a Camry manufactured in Japan has a VIN starting with “J”, a model made in the US starts with “4” and a model made in Australia starts with “6”.

8. The Toyota Camry XV10 popularly known as ‘Orobo’ in Nigeria was introduced in 1991. It was with the XV10 that Toyota upgraded the Camry’s status to its second “world car” after the Corolla.

9. A two-door Camry coupé was produced by Toyota to compete with the Honda Accord coupé. Toyota had to drop the Camry coupé off in 1996 because it was not popular. A two-door Camry was later introduced in 1999 with the name Toyota Camry Solara.

10. Toyota Camry XV20 popularly known as ‘Tiny light’ and 'drop light' in Nigeria was introduced in 1996. The production spanned from 1996 to 2002.

11. Toyota Camry XV30 popularly known as ‘Big Daddy’ in Nigeria was introduced in 2001 for the 2002 model year. The production spanned from 2002 to 2006.

12. Toyota Camry XV40 popularly known as ‘Muscle’ in Nigeria was introduced in 2007 model year. The production spanned to 2011.

13. Toyota Camry XV50 was introduced in 2012. The production spanned to 2017 model.

14. Toyota Camry XV70 is the latest Toyota Camry and it falls under the 8th generation of Camry. Its production started in 2017. Nigerians are yet to give it a name.

We hope you enjoyed the Toyota Camry facts.

Here's an amazing picture of the family of five who went viral after their condition (madness) was brought to the notice of the public by a former National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, Progress Oberiko.

The husband named Ben, his wife and three kids for over seven years - roamed the streets of Bekwarra-Ogoja, Cross River State due to their condition.

With support from philanthropist and prompt response from the medical team at the Federal Neuro Psychiatric hospital in Calabar, the family are on their way to full recovery.

According to reports, doctors say it was really a tough time getting them to accept treatments. The doctors met strong  resistance from them as they refused to accept food or care of any sort. They wouldn’t even speak to anyone.

There was breakthrough at some point after several medical checks on the children doctors reported that they were even healthier than they thought.

The Mother who was kept in a separate ward complained about body pains caused by sleeping on the bed after being used to sleeping on the bare floor.

They had lived in delusion, which had cost them a great part of their lives but their lives have taken a turn for the better.
