I am at my mom's place now.
It's just crazy when the one who claims to love you takes you for a fool.
I didn't have a dime on me since Saturday.
I was hungry throughout yesterday till I borrowed money from a neighbour to go to mom's place so I can at least eat.
My kids were hungry. My baby cried ehn. I bought sachet cerelac for her to manage. She stooled like crazy. When I told him that it makes her stool, he said I should continue it, her body will get used to it. I has to ignore and get Nutribom from a shop at our busstop to pay later. This was after he warned me to mind what I say to him.
I don't have a single pin that I can say I bought for myself this year.
Little capital that I was able to gather to sell small stuff this Christmas in my school, I was forced to use it to pay part of my children's school fees after they had been away from school for over 2 weeks.
And he is not bothered.
How many will I write? I am tired of complaining.
I just want to have something doing on the side so I can take care of myself and my kids. So many opportunities for me but thanks to Father Grace. Debts here and there so I can eat.
I'm a teacher.
My head wants to explode.
I need help.

Hi mama, all I can say is it is well. I'll suggest you put the children in a cheaper school while you try to get back on your feet since the bills might end up falling back on you or try this method of the kids going directly to their dad for what they need since children sometimes find their way around such. God will provide a better job for you and raise helpers for you and the kids. Also keep praying for your husband, God will touch his heart.

Morning sickness can surface at any time of the day. Please make sure she doesn't eat late in the night and she can eat the food in bits. what I do when bloated/nauseated at night is to walk around the house and also ensure there is enough ventilation in the house. All the same, she and the baby/ies are perfectly fine

Good day mamas,I just want to share my experience on boosting PCV. When I was 26 weeks,it was discovered that my PCV was 29% which wasn't surprising to me because my two previous pregnancies were also like that. So,the doctor told me to take ugu and malt everyday for four weeks(I didn't take it more than twice) I was also given jawaron blood tonic. At 30 weeks,I went back and PCV was still 29. My mum came over when I was 35 weeks and brought jehovah witness leaf. She cooked it in a big pot and we warm it once everyday. I didn't take it more than 4 times o. At 36 weeks, I went for check up, lo and behold PCV has gone to 33%. As I type now,a cup of the jehovah witness leaf juice is beside me. I have made up my mind to drink it daily till the leaves have no juice again. I must reach the normal PCV range(34-45). Moreso,I may have this baby through C.S so I need my blood level to be high.
Moral of my story is to get jehovah witness leaf if your PCV is low. Thanks for reading.

There are different answers to this, particularly docs would say 2 - 3 yrs.
For personal experience, I have an aunt who "mistakenly" got pregnant when her first child was 5 months, people including her siblings said a lot which she didn't allow get to her, she cut them off at that moment so their negative talks won't instill fear in her. Guess what, she had that baby girl through vaginal delivery and only called her siblings who didn't believe until they saw her.
Mama, if you aint pregnant yet, wait for up to 2-3 yrs before considering it and if you are, congratulations, don't listen to negative things people might say and work closely with your gynaecologist.

It's like you didn't get the gist, I'm female YES but he is right on that. Imagine having a brother that's dating a lady whom when they talked about having children in marriage insisted on one child and out of love he agreed and she goes further to say after that one child he should go for vasectomy (abeg oo) which he doesn't agree to as there are other methods of family planning.. Yes, the economy is bad but should vasectomy be a thing of consideration after 1 i repeat 1 child? What if something happens to that child (God forbid), what's left for the man or what if something happens to the woman (God forbid too), the man will remain stuck. So if she insists its just one child, she should remove her womb. My opinion

Congratulations, baby boy is on the way cos your wife is very very pregnant.. If she knows the last time her period started, you can go for scan 8 weeks from that LMP.

Am aunt of mine visited me and I was telling her of the bad cough encounter I had and all she said was shey I'm not peeing on myself? That wen she was loaded with one of her children, she pees on herself whenever she coughs and couldn't go to work for 4 months. It's different strokes for different folks

Hello mama, I don't know if saying you "should" wash them is correct but it's okay you do cis those clothes were packaged by people... Detergent and warm water alone is okay though you can add savlon(heard its good for baby's skin... You can wash in the machine for new ones, just set your machine to the mild wash for gentility but if you have 'okirika' outfits, I'll suggest you wash with you hands.... You can thoroughly clean your baby hanger and spread on it..
My own question is how do you plan sanitizing your wardrobe

Please let the man be. God forbids that something happens to that one child, you are the only one who would be able to move on, he would not. Or go tie up your fallopian tubes since you are the one who wants just a child.

Nothing is wrong with you ma and congratulations to you. That sore breast and heavy body is your own ms, just pray those other things don't come near especially vomiting cos it can make one very weak. Do take care of your self

Please let her do away with anything that nauseates her and she should also reduce oily foods (that was what an older woman told me on sunday)

Talk to your doctor and hear what it will say, but I will suggest that honey and warm water especially if after using antibiotics and its not working or you can't sleep at night

My dear, your doctor will prescribe antibiotics for you but if its pregnancy package, it may not work... I had cough from 14 wks to 15 wks which started with chest pain to coming from my stomach back to my throat before landing on my ribs, I was just ingesting antibiotics and cough syrup prescribed by the doctor but it didn't work ooo until I bought original honey and mixed a spoon in little warm water which I drank and I was able to sleep. The honey helped reduce the cough to the barest minimum though it still pains on my right back rib which I read is normal. So, if your doctor prescribes antibiotics and its not working at all, you can try honey..

When she's pregnant, no one will teach her to rotate around the bed looking for comfort without minding her partner.
For most of the comments, everyone has a superstition that's stuck in their head/mind.

That was how we were told when young that it's a taboo or wrong for two people's head to be at the same level in bed, one has to move downward but now, who cares.

It's not a taboo jare, I'm married and I sleep like that too especially when I find the position not comfortable I adjust the pillow and take the other side, when I'm uncomfortable again I switch. I do it many times even in one night.
Also, The head of our bed has windows directly to it which I will never allow hubby open because of cold for me so hubby will move his pillow downward to access the breeze from the other window while I maintain my own lane. The girl was probably brought up to think it's a taboo so you need to calmly talk about it
