Yes TT vaccine according to my Dr is given/taken at first contact with the hospital during pregnancy.
I took my 1st short around 13weeks also

For scan, asides from the ones requested by your hospital, its your money that determines that... For me, anytime I'm really down with anything and I chat my doctor, after telling me what to use, I carry myself to scan to check before using anything. I also had this aunt that her husband was always taking her tfor scan so that he can see theit little swimmer. So it depends on you

I registered at 13 weeks and I was given TT injection. I hope the name is correct. Also my urine was taken. Normal body check up was done

1. 18 weeks not late, better to start now than later cos you should soon be assigned for Anomaly scan, take TT vaccine, and commence routine malaria, prevention

2. Scan, I honestly can't remember the rest but I gave blood and urine samples

3. Cerclage is used to manage cervical incompetence/ shortening of cervix which is usually detected by scan or used as cautionary measure when carrying multiples, usually done around 13weeks -14 weeks. Down side is with cerclage you are to avoid getting jiggy . Generally risk of mcs reduces in 2nd tri, I would say rather than get worried about this, focus on feeling kicks from your LO

Thank you ma, I'm 16 now but feeling so lazy to register and was thinking of postponing to 18. Thankfully, I've dragged myself to the hospital for registration.

1.ANC registration can b done from 10weeks.
2. Test dt r done are blood test to check ur iron level, ur blood pressure will b checked, ur weight n lastly ur urine will b tested 4 infection
3. We will never experience dis ooo... Godforbide... People dt ve gone through previous miscarriages go 4 dis cerclage n people with short or low cervix go 4 cerclage to prevent miscarriage... Low cervix is diagose by having travaginal scan done at 20weeks scan to measure d length of the cervix... If d cervix is short then cerclage will b done asap to prevent story dt touch d heart.

The hospital will tell you if you do do Scan and other tests will follow when you Register with them

2. What are the tests done when registering for the first time?
3. I've heard a lot about 2nd Tri MCs (it won't be our portion in Jesus name) and the use of cerclage, how is it detected to know cerclage is needed and how can it be prevented?

They said it’s nothing to worry about…scan showed everything is fine cervix closed .placenta ok…etc…but I’m still wondering what could cause the spotting…although the doctor said stress…I wasn’t worried yesterday because I still felt the kick a after the spotting…abi could the kick have caused the spotting…still no ans

To know her intentions, tell her you are going to call her mum to tell her the truth if she doesn't give you concrete reasons for what she did to her mum.

If you use net for your own bed, I think you can lay her with you but to prevent lying on her, let her continue in her bed till she starts rejecting it herself by crying when you lay her in it

Mummies, please what can stop a woman from menstruating besides pregnancy and infection? There's this church member of mine who is 30 this year and has 3 children but she said she hasn't been menstruating since last year and she has done several scans which indicated there was nothing wrong with her. Please what can be happening to her

I don't know if she still show any labour sign. but there was a time she told me she felt some labour sign about a week or 2 weeks ago
Also, d last time we did scan about 3 weeks ago, d baby is head down.

A friend of mine put to bed 2 Fridays ago. She said she felt labour sign but everything later became normal and she was able to carry on with her activities over a period of time. Until her mum and sister became uncomfortable saying she looked like she's in labour while she insisted she wasn't in labour though it wasn't her first child. She said both her mum and sister insisted she's going to the hospital and she followed and on getting to the hospital, the doctor saw her face and said she looks like she's in labour which she still insisted she's not. Upon checking her, she was dilating already but the progress was very slow and they took it from there.
In a nutshell,
I'll advise you go to the hospital so that your mind can be calmed with whatever you are told there. Let them check and ask her questions.

Hi daddy, I think they say its +/- 2 weeks but if you aren't sure, you both can go to the clinic. Moreover it's she showing any labour signs? Let her take regular walks, eat pineapple, baby dance if she can and also check on her gynae.

She will deliver safely in Jesus name.

Went for scan yesterday was still asked to repeat scan in a months time to ascertain viability. Pls I need advice concerning taking pregnacare and what other things that needs to be done by me before then.thanks

Pregnacare is fine or folic acid.. But ensure you don't undergo stress or lift heavy items. Also drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables, stay off stressful chores, treat yourself like a baby and rest well. Stay off pineapple and zobo, unripe pawpaw with those pepper soup spices used to wash the stomach as they may cause contraction. Anything you feel like eating and you are not sure of, you can ask here or check on Google. You can also download a or different pregnancy apps to keep track of pregnancy and get useful tips. You can also read through the pages here at your leisure to read helpful discussions that has been had by our senior and most senior mamas. Congratulations and happy bumping to you.

Please mamas in the house, why do I vomit blood, has anyone has dis experience?? am in my 10weeks and I drank garri today, I used garri water as my water yesterday too because ordinary water no dey go. The blood will come with other vomit and throat will be peppering small after vomitting the blood as if a wound dey dere. Anybody with the idea pls. Am using only folic acid as my drug and have not register for antenatal

Please go to the hospital and complain, you can go even without having registered for antenatal.. It is well with you ma
