You sound like a w**re. And who told you the "militants" didn't engage in bombing?? Who did Atlas Cove? Who did October 1st??

Fvcking degenerate obsolete dyke!

Are the police not bloody civilians as well??undecided

pDude: Let them keep deceiving themselves cheesy

In this age when even smoked fish seller has camera phone, na hin dem nor fit show us deadi body of boko haram or show them removing boko haram's hoisted flag or show soldiers posing with one of Bama's landmarks as evidence?

Try again. This one is story for the palm wine gods cheesy
@Chubhie: the quote above is a mirror image of my opinion.

Fact is that, in war and politics, propaganda is as important as the soldiers and the electorates respectively.
Hitler conquered nearly 60% of the territories he did using carefully crafted propaganda. But the kind of propaganda our government is using is really a hard sell. They are just a body of easily recognisable lies. They really need to have them fine tuned to achieve the desired impact.

You don't say you "repelled an attack and killed dozens of your enemies" today and then tell us thesame territory has been "recaptured" the next day!! How do you "recapture" a place you claim was never losthuh These are the issues we are talking about.

MrMcJay: Coming from Tribune and the two clowns who posted before me, the "source" might just be an ugly teenager with a Tecno phone and MTN 10MB free data. Everyone in the Presidency knows that even if APC presents a puppy to contest against Jonathan, he would be beaten.

2015, and the big-nosed drunkard in Aso Rock would be beaten like a drum.
Brotherly, may you live long!!!
The "source" sounds like a PDP e-scum on nairaland.

And when did posters being torn amount to "opposition in a party"?? Last time I checked kids rip off bills posted on walls just for fun, and even goats eat them sometimes. And who knows if it were cankerworm touts that did the shreading??grin.

Very very cheap propaganda! grin
Politics › Re: Stephen Davis Speaks Again, says the Opposition Party Sponsors Boko Haram by omenka(m): 8:49am On Sep 07, 2014
Now I will offer an opinion as to the motives of the sponsors of Boko Haram. The political sponsors of Boko Haram seem to think that they can use Boko Haram
to terrorise Nigeria to demonstrate that the current
government cannot ensure the security of Nigerian
citizens both Muslim and Christian . Therein the
sponsors assume they can undermine any efforts of the
current government to be re-elected in 2015.
Hehehe!! Nigga pleeaase! grin This op is being clever by half here! grin

He offered and opinion, in other words, he has a hunch as to why xyz is happening and decided to share. Anyone could have an opinion about anything, but a statement of fact remains unalterable! cheesy
The man stated as a matter of FACT that Ihejirika alongside his friend Sheriff, sponsor Boko Haram!! grin

Ps:
And why are some people excited about this and suddenly buying into what the man says; thought he was some greaseball high on cheap liquor. cheesy

Afroconnect: Ok so because u enjoy their lies it should be allowed?

Are you a Nigerian,do you support the terrorists?
I'm sorry to say, but you really sound foolish. The least you could have done was to tell us the lies they've told you about the ongoing war. You just don't come here shouting a media house supports terrorists and advice that they be banned just like that. How many times have the citizens of host nations of CNN and Aljazeera or any other international called for the ban of the media houses for reporting the failures of the Iraqi or Syrian government, or Obama, in the fight against ISIS?? You mumu jor.
Very useless thread.
Politics › Re: One Reason Why Jonathan Must Go In 2015 by omenka(m): 2:59pm On Sep 06, 2014
He is the most incompetent man to ever fill that post. All he does is to polarise the population, turning brothers and friends against one another!!

We can ill afford wasting four more years hating on one another. We need someone who could rebuild bridges between brothers within and without Nigeria!! We need someone who can bring corruption and terrorism to a standstill, not someone who grants ex-cons State Pardon and award them National Awards! Not someone who sends the spokesperson of the nation's top intelligence outfit to go on air to pronounce the acquittal of a suspected terrorist sponsor without investigation!!

We don't need someone who depends solely on luck to deliver the goodies of democracy.

Firefire: Tame on reporting the war against TERRORISM ONLY

The war must be won as fast as possible
The FoI bill doesn't exclude disclosures on terrorism.

By the way, you guys are always quick to site examples of what obtains in civilised climes when it best suit you!! If only Jonathan could act the way some of those leaders act, Nigeria wouldn't be in such a mess as it is today.

And don't tell me how the problems didn't start with Jonathan. It is a fact that things have taken a turn for the worse under his watch, and we aren't footing his bills for buck passing; we are footing his bills so he can fix the problems he met getting into that office!!

There are enormous privileges attached to that office, and so are duties and responsibilities!! The president must, as a matter of urgency, come alive to his responsibilities!!
Nairaland General › Re: The 10 Most Dangerous Sea Creatures by omenka(m): 12:26pm On Sep 06, 2014
groovie: there are salt water crocs. And they grow up to 20feet. These are the real monsters, not the usual swap/fresh water crocs u are thinking. So technically a saltwater croc can be classified as sea, cos its a reptile not and amphibian.
Owkay. But they usually reside in swamps, estuaries, lakes and other fresh water bodies. Nonetheless, thanks for the enlightenment. cool
Nairaland General › Re: The 10 Most Dangerous Sea Creatures by omenka(m): 10:22am On Sep 06, 2014
FeverRay: Crocs live most of their life time in water...they only go on land to lay eggs or to bask in the sun....maybe the word 'sea' shldnt ve been used tho
Yeah. The word "aquatic" wouldave been most appropriate to cover all of the creatures listed. Crocs live in freshwater and not sea (salt water).
Nairaland General › Re: The 10 Most Dangerous Sea Creatures by omenka(m): 10:14am On Sep 06, 2014

This is so damn sureal!! After viewing the first page to see no one commented about the croc, I just clicked on the reply button, posted my reply, landed on page 3 and saw this just above mine!! Lol

Politics › Re: SSS Absolves Iherijirka Of BH Sponsorship Without Investigations by omenka(m):
The polarisation of the Nigerian state has taken a deadly dimension under Jonathan!! Jonathan's ethnoreligious bias poses a graver danger to this nation than Boko Haram and Ebola combined!!

Here's what an SSS operative said as regards how the organisation is now being run..
“Professionalism is dying and this is why the act of
intelligence gathering is no longer there. We are in trouble in this country because almost everything in the service has
been politicized...
The man Jonathan poses an existential threat to this nation!!

OAUTemitayo: Brother FireFire,
I thought the PDP led Federal Government said they are in control of Bama?
How did Boko Haram get to have bases in Bama that the Airforce is now striking?
The thing dey make my eyes roll like earth rotation o
My brother, that was one of the reasons Oga Se#n created that shameful thread the other day (which I suspect he regrets now cos he pulled it down after three pages) to malign and intimidate APC supporters, saying their acts constitute support for Boko Haram because they insisted Bama fell to the terrorists, while the government, PDP (alongside the e-scoundrels) and the NA insisted the attack was repelled and scores of insurgents were killed!! Now they are carrying out air strikes in a place they claim to control!!! One can clearly see who the liars are!!

Telling the truth about the ongoing war now constitutes and act of sabotage, unpatriotism, treason, and support for terrorists!!

Most of the comments on this bears credence to that.

It is our utmost desire our military squash these terrorist and put an end to their campaign once and for all. They need our support and prayers to do that, but spreading false news like the op did, isn't gonna help in that regard!!

This is utterly shameful and is the umpteenth time the op has been caught pants down, lying in broad day light!! We have yet to forget the Osun guber election "chopper landing in a secret location" saga. Now he's abandoned his own thread!!

These are the kind of things that attract the criticism of well meaning, honest nigerians, but sadly, when we do these days, the headless roaches go- "there goes a boko haram supporter"!! It is now official on nairaland (since the Oga at the top himself created a thread to that effect) insisting the truth be told about the ongoing war constitutes support for terrorists!!

Good job lakpalakpa.
God help us all.
