Trust me, by the time nigerians start using the name to refer to her, she would feel insulted!! Nigerians have a way to making gold seem like charcoal!! ![]() . |
So that Nigerians can see the hypocrisy of Obasanjo.
And then.... ![]() |
Crassus: cant you post the words properly? It's a fp material buddie. He wants to be the first to break the story on nairaland. He'd be back to edit it i believe. Something tells me this letter is a subliminal call to military intervention. |
Don't know about anyone else, but Obj spoke my mind. |
Pukkah: This paragraph speaks volumes. My brother you sabi book!!! Infact, that point alone, for discerning minds, summarises the letter written by Sanusi, and confirms indeed the source of the letter! |
I feel really heart broken seeing the kind of negative reception this letter has received so far. The barrage of attacks obj has come under in the past 24hrs for reason of this letter only signals how fiercely resistant the nigerian state is to positive change. They have completely abandoned the substance and content of the letter and gone for the jugular of the messenger, thesame way they did Soyinka when he stood up against the overbearing attitude of the first lady. Obj is no saint, and it doesn't take a saint to give a good advice, but just as his letter warns, most of the president's actions and inactions as we speak portend grave dangers for the future of the Nigerian State. I give him credit for speaking out while his contemporaries have decided to adopt the "sidon look" approach. May God steer this nation away from the catastrophe this seemingly drunken leader is steering her towards. The Rwanda experience would be child's play if we ever cross that line. God bless Nigeria. |
Can the Mods move this to the frontpage please, thank you.
And why should they move it to the fp ![]() |
ckkris: St Obasanjo.Does this in anyway diminish the substance of Obj's letter Obj might not be a saint, and he never claimed to be one, but the fears and concerns he expressed in his letter are genuine and present, and even the most gullible folks can see that.Your kind are the very people leading dumbo to the slaughter. I see a Samuel Doe like end to his reign. God bless Nigeria. |
musiwa112: ile ife to ondo is about 30 minute drive.Musiwa, not on this thread please ![]() May God rest the souls of the departed, amen. |
Seems he's been infected with the jo virus!! Sound's so much like a disoriented toddler. |
Funny!! I usually load with *555* without the #1. So, does that mean I'm refusing to give OBJ my 1naira? SMH!!!
It's amazing the number of ancient anti Obj threads that have been exhumed since his letter to Gej went viral. |
Ever since the subsidy fiasco, I completely lost faith in the HOR and the Senate. I don't expect anything different this time. The senate president himself might even be complicit in this theft! |
Aare Musiwa, you are also aiding boko haram. You are the one who's been posting satelite pictures here. Don't you know they use those pictures of yours to plot their attacks? I'm suspecting you are also a member of boko haram. ![]() |
OsunOriginal: And who are those many Nigerians that condemned the letter? Stupid foooolish people managing a country.Their hirelings of course. Jonathan surrounds himself with people that are leading him nowhere but the guillotine. It is such a pity he can't see that. |
FreeGlobe: please how is it victory for ASUU? most of their demands and conditions were not met by FG. The sack threat really played a huge role here. ASUU lost and were embarrassed not fgSack threat worked?? What part of the cosmos do you get that your blunt Would really like to get some o' dat!!. The sack threat was a disastrous gambit which blew in the govt's face and embarassed them deeply. That underscores why Okupe had to scramble one of his biggest lies yet, that there was over 70% compliance from the lecturers to the directive issued by the FG to return to class. When they saw it wasn't gonna work, first, they extended the "deadline", followed by outright cancellation due to "compliance" ![]() . One wonders if the lecturers that complied were ghost lecturers. U know, these PDP fellas, yourself inclusive, have eyes for the supernatural. ![]() . They thought they were dealing with a toothpaste factory union. It's a blunder I would like to believe they would never repeat. But hey, who knows, if history has taught us anything, it taught us govt is the worst student of history! |
Lord Nicvuitton: the president has long since November agreed to the tabled demands but ASUU staff were too tired and lazy to lecture again, so they used the death of the chairman as a lame excuse saying he was murdered and when doctors proved them wrong, they had neither the alibi nor d reason to keep d strike going again.. now they've achieved 5mnths of holiday.. they deserve no payment for works not done. ASUU can kiss d blackest and most hairy part of ma a.ssWhy are you so dvmb Don't you have anything new to say You keep spaming all the threads created over this issue with this silly post thinking you are making a point. |
Jman06: Finally! APC has been put to shame.I heard they've got very good rehabs in Jos. Do yourself a favour bro. @post. ASUU did well to have the govt append her signature to that document before calling off the strike otherwise all the struggle wouldave been in vain. Now its a valid legal document that can be used whenever the need arises. Long live ASUU Long live FRN. Death to Martins Elechi. |
Fvcking troglodites! They should have kept on with the threats and propaganda naw. Good job ASUU. |
jude33084: PICTURE OF NELSON MANDELA'S BODY LYING IN STATE?Thought I was the only one who noticed the error. |
sunnychuks: Never trust any news from premium times! And who should we trust, NTA ![]() |
And it keeps getting messier!!! I have said it time and again, jonathan is on a mission to balcanize nigeria. Never in our history as a nation hve our faultlines been this accentuated. Nigeria as we speak, is standing on the precipice and just a little more shove could send us plunging into the abyss! Jonathan as a matter of urgency oughts to take a step back and reconsider the actions he seeks to take in the coming days. He would still take the glory if things work out right for all of us. |
I guess it is this money they plan to buy the refineries with. Nigerians open to see how your future is being basterdized right in front of you!!! |
Missing billions, planed sale of refineries... Connect the dots folks. |
40Lightyears: If I say you must return to work on the 9th and 70% of the people that I am talking to have returned to work, that is substantial compliance.it's a face saying lie. Not even 10% complied. They wanna still appear like they are the bosses but they've already made sissies of themselves! |
AKUNWATA1: I DON'T REALLY EXPECT THIS THREAD TO HIT FRONT PAGEAkuna!!! We have dealt with and resolved this mode of blackmailing mods. Get a life. |
Spineless twerps! Where are those fools that said the lecturers are gonna be sacked. If this govt is worth it's salt, it should even try sacking the 30% they are now claiming abstained from work. All they do is bluff and huff. |
“It begins with you to say I would not pay bribe, not only will I not pay, I will report to authorities, also by supporting those trying to fight corruption, not castigating those trying to fight it, where we are not doing well point it out to us, anywhere you see wastage report to us, we would do something about it,” she added.
With all due respect madam, shut the hell up!! |
This one wey bingo never begin dey bark, e be like say he never see dis one o! |
Good one! I dare the govt to come sack them. They think these are bankers or people working in biscuit factories. This govt is demonic to say the least. They cant sign an agreement they made to fund public universities with a paltry N200bill development fund anually, yet Sanusi just told us nnpc failed to remit over $45bill in the past one year! In their minds, they imagine they should rather steal and keep the money for themselves than chanelling it into giving giving nigerians quality education. |
It would serve my heart better if i believe it's just a replica. So i believe it is. |
Still finding it hard to wrap my mind around this figure. This is plain insane! |
Sincere 9gerian: Personally, I cannot touch any of house of reps jaundiced, APCnized, Tinubunized, Buharinized and bribe-tainted probe reports with a 10 metre pole. I dont know about you.But ye can wipe the president's asss clean with your 10metre long tongue. Honestly, your opinions call to question the state of your mental health. No pun intended. |
